Among them, electronic devices include but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
In a fifth aspect, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be included in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the electronic device. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by one or more processors, perform the fitness test method described herein.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the application referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a particular combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the application. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions as those described in this application.

Claims (10)

1. A physical fitness test method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an angle value generated by an angle sensor arranged in a bracelet worn by each user when the user carries out physical ability items in a preset time, wherein the physical ability items comprise sit-up, pull-up and push-up;
obtaining a distance difference value when a user carries out a physical fitness item within a preset time, wherein the distance difference value refers to the distance difference from a preset position on the body of the user to a distance detection device before and after action;
when the angle value is in a preset angle range, identifying the angle value as an effective angle value; when the distance difference corresponding to the effective angle value is in a preset difference range, identifying the distance difference as an effective distance difference, and reserving the effective angle value and the effective distance difference;
and determining a test result of the user according to the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value of the user.
2. The physical fitness test method of claim 1, further comprising:
and identifying a first effective angle value and a first effective distance difference value of a user, and selecting one of the physical fitness items to start the test according to the first effective angle value and the first effective distance difference value.
3. The fitness test method of claim 1, wherein determining the test result of the user based on the valid angle value and the valid distance difference value of the user comprises:
calculating the difference value between the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value of the user and a preset standard value;
determining the standard degree of the user action according to the difference value of each user;
and determining the test result of the user according to the standard degree, the effective angle value and the number of the effective distances.
4. A fitness test system, comprising:
the bracelet is provided with an angle sensor and is used for acquiring an angle value of a user during physical ability items in a preset time, wherein the physical ability items comprise sit-up, pull-up and push-up;
the auxiliary device is used for acquiring a distance difference value when the user carries out the physical fitness item within a preset time, wherein the distance difference value refers to the distance difference from a preset position on the body of the user to the distance detection device before and after the action;
the data processing module is used for identifying the angle value as an effective angle value when the angle value is in a preset angle range; when the distance difference corresponding to the effective angle value is in a preset difference range, identifying the distance difference as an effective distance difference, and reserving the effective angle value and the effective distance difference;
and the result output module is used for determining the test result of the user according to the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value of the user.
5. The fitness test system of claim 4, wherein: the auxiliary device comprises a supporting frame arranged above the test area, a distance detection device is arranged on the supporting frame, the distance detection device is in sliding fit with the supporting frame, and the distance detection device is used for identifying a preset position on the body of a user and acquiring the distance difference;
the distance detection device comprises a calculation unit for recognizing a preset position on the body of a user and acquiring a distance value before and after an action and a difference value for calculating the distance value before and after the action.
6. The fitness test system of claim 4, wherein: the starting device is used for identifying a first effective angle value and an effective distance difference value of a user, and selecting one of the physical fitness items to start the test according to the first effective angle value and the first effective distance difference value.
7. The fitness test system of claim 4, wherein:
the data processing module is also used for calculating the difference value between the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value of the user and a preset standard value; determining the standard degree of the user action according to the difference value of each user;
and the result output module is also used for determining the test result of the user according to the standard degree, the effective angle value and the number of the effective distances.
8. A fitness test system, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an angle value generated by an angle sensor arranged in a bracelet worn by each user when the user carries out physical ability items in a preset time, wherein the physical ability items comprise sit-up, pull-up and push-up;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a distance difference value when the user carries out the physical fitness item within a preset time, wherein the distance difference value refers to the distance difference from a preset position on the body of the user to the distance detection device before and after the action;
the identification module is used for identifying the angle value as an effective angle value when the angle value is in a preset angle range; when the distance difference value corresponding to the effective angle value is within a preset difference value range, identifying the distance difference value as an effective distance difference value, and reserving the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value;
and the determining module is used for determining the test result of the user according to the effective angle value and the effective distance difference value of the user.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 3.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
