Abstract

Disclosed is a sterilizing device including: a frame; a sterilization chamber disposed on the frame; the spraying mechanism is arranged in the disinfection chamber and is used for spraying disinfectant to the disinfected objects in the disinfection chamber; and a transport mechanism disposed on the frame and configured to transport the item to be sterilized through the sterilization chamber to spray a sterilizing liquid to the item to be sterilized within the sterilization chamber through the spray mechanism to sterilize the item to be sterilized.

The embodiment of the disclosure relates to the field of disinfection equipment, in particular to a disinfection device.
Background
At present, in public places such as customs ports, aviation, rail transit, railways, postal service and the like, the luggage and package mails carried by passengers are generally disinfected by manually spraying disinfectant, however, the following defects generally exist by manually spraying: the spraying is uneven, and places which can not be sprayed exist; the spraying amount is not easy to control, so that the flow is caused, and the ground is polluted; manual operation, high labor intensity and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present disclosure is to solve at least one aspect of the above problems and disadvantages in the related art.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a sterilizing device including:
a frame;
a sterilization chamber disposed on the frame;
the spraying mechanism is arranged in the disinfection chamber and is used for spraying disinfectant to the disinfected objects in the disinfection chamber; and
a transport mechanism disposed on the frame and configured to transport the item to be sterilized through the sterilization chamber to spray a sterilization liquid through the spray mechanism to the item to be sterilized within the sterilization chamber to sterilize the item to be sterilized.
According to a sterilization apparatus of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the spray mechanism includes a plurality of spray heads, and a spray direction of at least two spray heads of the plurality of spray heads is different.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the sterilization apparatus according to the present disclosure, at least one of the plurality of spray heads is located above the transfer mechanism, and at least one of the plurality of spray heads is located below the transfer mechanism.
A sterilizing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a controller including a control cabinet in which a first receiving space and a second receiving space spaced apart from each other are formed, a sterilizing liquid control module located in the first receiving space, and an electric control module located in the second receiving space.
According to a disinfection device of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the spraying mechanism may further include a disinfection liquid source, the spray head is in fluid communication with the disinfection liquid source through a pipeline, the disinfection liquid control module includes a direction change valve disposed on the pipeline, and the direction change valve is configured to change a flow direction of the disinfection liquid to cause the disinfection liquid to flow back to the disinfection liquid source when the spray head is not in operation.
According to a disinfection device of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the disinfectant liquid control module may further include a pressure regulating valve disposed in the first accommodation space, the pressure regulating valve being configured to regulate a pressure of the disinfectant liquid in the pipeline.
A sterilization device in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a first sensor for sensing whether a sterilized article is present at the entrance of the transport mechanism, the first sensor being connected with the controller such that when the first sensor senses the presence of a sterilized article at the entrance of the transport mechanism, the transport mechanism is shouldered to transport the sterilized article through the sterilization chamber.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the sterilization apparatus of the present disclosure, the sterilization apparatus may be further configured to turn on the spraying mechanism to sterilize the sterilized article after a first predetermined time elapses since the first sensor senses that the sterilized article is present at the entrance of the transport mechanism, the first predetermined time being calculated based on the transport speed of the transport mechanism and the distance from the entrance of the transport mechanism to the sterilization chamber.
The sterilizing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a second sensor for sensing whether a sterilized article is present at the outlet of the conveyor mechanism, the second sensor being connected to the controller such that the conveyor mechanism is deactivated when the second sensor senses the presence of a sterilized article at the outlet of the conveyor mechanism and the first sensor does not sense the presence of another sterilized article at the inlet of the conveyor mechanism during the period from the inlet to the outlet of the conveyor mechanism.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the sterilization apparatus of the present disclosure, the sterilization apparatus may be further configured to deactivate the spraying mechanism after continuously turning on the spraying mechanism for a second predetermined time, which is calculated based on a conveying speed of the conveying mechanism and a length of the sterilization chamber in a conveying direction of the conveying mechanism.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the sterilization apparatus of the present disclosure, the waste liquid recovery mechanism may further include a waste liquid recovery container in fluid communication with the recovery tank.
The sterilizing device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a shield connected to the frame for preventing the sterilizing liquid from being splashed outside the sterilizing device.
A sterilization apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a sterilization basket for receiving articles to be sterilized, the sterilization basket having an aperture formed in a wall thereof.
According to the disinfection device of the above exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the disinfected objects are conveyed through the disinfection chamber by the conveying mechanism, so that the disinfected objects are sprayed with the disinfectant by the spraying mechanism arranged in the disinfection chamber, thereby realizing the disinfection of the disinfected objects. In addition, by spraying in the disinfection chamber, the influence on the external environment can be effectively avoided, thereby protecting the sanitation and safety of public places.

Therefore, it should be understood that the foregoing description is a broad disclosure directed to persons of ordinary skill in the art, and that there is no intent to limit the exemplary embodiments described in this disclosure.

According to the general inventive concept of the present disclosure, there is provided a sterilizing apparatus including: a frame; a sterilization chamber disposed on the frame; the spraying mechanism is arranged in the disinfection chamber and is used for spraying disinfectant to the disinfected objects in the disinfection chamber; and a transport mechanism disposed on the frame and configured to transport the item to be sterilized through the sterilization chamber to spray a sterilizing liquid to the item to be sterilized within the sterilization chamber through the spray mechanism to sterilize the item to be sterilized.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a sterilizing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a frame 10, a sterilizing chamber 90, a spraying mechanism 20, and a transfer mechanism 30. The sterilizing compartment 90 is provided on the frame 10 and includes top and side walls formed of, for example, aluminum-coated polyester fabric, but may be formed of waterproof metallic and non-metallic materials known in the art. Spraying mechanism 20 is disposed in sterilization chamber 90 and is configured to spray a sterilizing fluid onto the articles to be sterilized in sterilization chamber 90. Transport mechanism 30 is disposed on frame 10 and is configured to transport the sterilized articles through sterilization chamber 90 to spray sterilizing fluid through spray mechanism 20 to the sterilized articles in sterilization chamber 90 to sterilize the sterilized articles.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the spraying mechanism 20 includes a plurality of spray heads 21, and the spray heads 21 may be, for example, atomizing spray heads, although the spray heads 21 may be any alternative device known in the art or applicable thereto. In this embodiment, the positions of the plurality of heads 21 are different, for example, at least one of the plurality of heads 21 is located above the transport mechanism 30, at least one of the plurality of heads 21 is located below the transport mechanism 30, and at least some of the plurality of heads 21 are staggered in the transport direction of the transport mechanism 30, and further, the spraying directions of at least two heads 21 of the plurality of heads 21 are different. Thus, the whole surface of the sterilized object can be sprayed, and comprehensive sterilization can be realized.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the sterilizing apparatus further includes a controller 40, the controller 40 including a control cabinet connected to the frame 10, the control cabinet having a first receiving space and a second receiving space formed therein to be spaced apart from each other, the controller 40 further including a sterilizing liquid control module in the first receiving space and an electric control module in the second receiving space. In this way, the disinfectant control module and the electric control module are controlled separately, so that the operation is convenient.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the spraying mechanism 20 further includes a disinfectant source 22 located below the conveying mechanism 30, wherein the spray head 21 is in fluid communication with the disinfectant source 22 through a pipeline 23, the disinfectant control module includes a reversing valve 43 disposed on the pipeline 23, the reversing valve 43 is located in the first accommodating space and configured to change a flow direction of the disinfectant to enable the disinfectant to flow back to the disinfectant source 22 when the spray head 21 is not in operation, so that a utilization rate of the disinfectant can be effectively improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, the sterilizing fluid control module further includes a pressure regulating valve 41 disposed in the first accommodating space, the pressure regulating valve 41 being configured to regulate the pressure and the like of the sterilizing fluid in the pipeline 23, so that the amount of the sterilizing fluid sprayed can be controlled.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, the sterilizing fluid control module further includes a driving mechanism 42 disposed in the first accommodating space, and the driving mechanism 42 is used for driving the flow of the sterilizing fluid in the pipeline 23. The drive mechanism 42 may be, for example, a diaphragm pump, although the drive mechanism 42 may be any alternative device known in the art or suitable for use.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sterilizing device further includes a first sensor 71, the first sensor 71 being for sensing whether or not there is a sterilized article at the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30. The first sensor 71 may be, for example, a laser photoelectric switch, but of course, the first sensor 71 may also be any alternative device known in the art or applicable thereto, such as an infrared correlation photoelectric switch or an infrared diffuse reflection photoelectric switch. First sensor 71 is connected to controller 40 such that when first sensor 71 senses the presence of a sterilized article at the entrance of conveyor 30, conveyor 30 is opened to convey the sterilized article through sterilization chamber 90, and then spray mechanism 20 sprays sterilizing fluid onto the sterilized article in sterilization chamber 90 to sterilize the sterilized article.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sterilizing apparatus is further configured to activate the spraying mechanism 20 to sterilize the sterilized items after a first predetermined time has elapsed since the first sensor 71 senses that the sterilized items are present at the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30, the first predetermined time being calculated based on the conveying speed of the conveyor mechanism 30 and the distance from the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30 to the sterilizing chamber 90. That is, the first predetermined time corresponds to the time from when the first sensor 71 senses the presence of the sterilized article at the entrance of the conveyor 30 and turns on the conveyor until the sterilized article begins to enter the sterilization chamber 90. Therefore, the utilization rate of the disinfectant can be effectively improved.
It should be noted that in some other embodiments of the present disclosure, a sensor may be disposed in sterilization chamber 90 for sensing whether the sterilized item starts to enter sterilization chamber 90, and controller 40 may activate spraying mechanism 20 based on a signal from the sensor that the sterilized item starts to enter sterilization chamber 90. Specifically, when the sensor senses that the sterilized object starts to enter the sterilizing chamber 90, the spraying mechanism 20 is turned on to sterilize the sterilized object.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sterilizing device further includes a second sensor 72 for sensing whether or not the sterilized article is present at the exit of the conveyor mechanism 30. The second sensor 72 may be, for example, a laser photoelectric switch, although the second sensor 72 may also be any alternative device known in the art or suitable for use, such as an infrared correlation photoelectric switch or an infrared diffuse reflection photoelectric switch. The second sensor 72 is connected to the controller 40 such that the conveyor mechanism 30 is deactivated when the second sensor 72 senses the presence of a sterilized article at the exit of the conveyor mechanism 30 and the first sensor 71 does not sense the presence of another sterilized article at the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30 during the time that the sterilized article is passing from the entrance to the exit of the conveyor mechanism 30. That is, the conveyor mechanism 30 is deactivated when the second sensor 72 senses the presence of a sterilized article at the exit of the conveyor mechanism 30 and another sterilized article is not present on the conveyor mechanism 30.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the sterilizing device may be further configured to deactivate the spraying mechanism 20 after continuously turning on for a second predetermined time, which is calculated based on the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 30 and the length of the sterilizing chamber 90 in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 30. That is, the controller 40 controls the spraying mechanism 20 to be turned on when the sterilized object enters the sterilizing chamber 90, then the sterilized object continues to travel under the driving of the conveying mechanism 30 and leaves the sterilizing chamber 90, and the controller 40 deactivates the spraying mechanism 20 when the sterilized object leaves the sterilizing chamber 90, wherein the time elapsed from turning on the spraying mechanism 20 to deactivating the spraying mechanism 20 is the second predetermined time.
It should be noted that in some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the sanitizing device may also be configured to deactivate the conveyor mechanism 30 after a third predetermined time has elapsed from the first sensor 71 sensing the presence of a sanitized item at the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30 and when the first sensor 71 does not sense the presence of another sanitized item at the entrance of the conveyor mechanism 30 within the third predetermined time period, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. The third predetermined time is calculated based on the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 30 and the distance between the entrance of the conveying mechanism 30 and the exit of the conveying mechanism 30.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a level meter (not shown) is disposed within the source of sanitizing liquid 22 for monitoring the level of sanitizing liquid within the source of sanitizing liquid 22, the level meter being connected to the controller 40 such that when the level meter monitors that the level of sanitizing liquid within the source of sanitizing liquid 22 reaches a preset level (e.g., a level indicating that sanitizing liquid is about to be absent), the controller 40 controls a buzzer or status indicator light of its electronic control module to sound an alarm.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the disinfection apparatus further comprises a waste liquid recovery mechanism, which includes a recovery tank 61 located below the conveying mechanism 30, wherein the recovery tank 61 is connected to the bottom of the disinfection chamber 90 and is used for recovering the sprayed disinfection liquid.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the waste liquid recovery mechanism further includes a waste liquid recovery container 62 located below the conveying mechanism 30, the waste liquid recovery container 62 being in fluid communication with the recovery tank 61 to receive the sprayed sterilizing liquid from the recovery tank 61.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sterilizing device further includes a shield 50 connected to the frame 10, the shield 50 being used to prevent the sterilizing liquid from being splashed outside the sterilizing device to further reduce the influence on the external environment. The shield 50 may be made of, for example, aluminum-coated polyester fabric, but the shield 50 may be made of waterproof metal materials and non-metal materials known in the art.
In one embodiment not shown in the present disclosure, the sterilization apparatus further includes a sterilization basket for containing articles to be sterilized, and the sterilization basket may include a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein both the bottom wall and the side wall of the sterilization basket are formed with an aperture such that the sterilization liquid sprayed by the spraying mechanism 20 can be sprayed onto the articles to be sterilized in the sterilization basket through the aperture. The sterilization basket is particularly useful for containing small articles to be sterilized.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the electric control module further includes a switch (not shown) disposed in the second receiving space, the switch being for controlling an operating state of the sterilizing device. In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the disinfection device further comprises an emergency stop switch 80 located below the transfer mechanism 30, the emergency stop switch 80 being used to deactivate the disinfection device in case of an emergency event, the emergency stop switch 80 being provided with a protective cover to avoid false triggering of the emergency stop switch 80.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the conveying mechanism 30 includes a drive roller that is driven to rotate by, for example, a driving device, and a plurality of driven rollers that are driven by the drive roller, thereby achieving conveyance of the sterilized article. The drive roller and the plurality of driven rollers may be made of, for example, stainless steel. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that other forms of conveying mechanisms, such as belts, may be used in other embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the frame 10 includes a frame body 11 and an adjustable foot 12 connected to the frame body 11, and the level of the sterilizing apparatus can be adjusted by the adjustable foot 12 to ensure its stability.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the sterilizing apparatus further includes a ground running mechanism, such as wheels 13, provided at the bottom of the sterilizing apparatus, so as to flexibly adjust the position of the sterilizing apparatus. Specifically, when it is desired to move or adjust the position of the disinfection device, the adjustable feet 12 may be adjusted upward to be separated from the ground, and then the position of the disinfection device is flexibly moved or adjusted by the wheels 13, and after the disinfection device is adjustably moved or adjusted in place, the adjustable feet 12 are adjusted downward to separate the wheels 13 from the ground.
According to the disinfection device of the above-mentioned various embodiments of the present disclosure, the disinfected objects are conveyed through the disinfection chamber by the conveying mechanism, and the disinfected objects are sprayed with the disinfection solution by the spraying mechanism arranged in the disinfection chamber, so that the disinfected objects are disinfected. In addition, the spraying is carried out in an independent sterilizing chamber, so that the influence on the external environment can be effectively avoided, and the sanitation and safety of public places are protected. The device can be used in occasions such as customs ports, aviation, rail transit, railways, postal service and the like to disinfect luggage, package mails and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described above are exemplary and can be modified by those skilled in the art, and that the structures described in the various embodiments can be freely combined without conflict in structure or principle.
While the present disclosure is described in connection with the drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the drawings are intended to be illustrative of the embodiments of the disclosure and should not be construed as limiting the disclosure.
Although a few embodiments of the present general inventive concept have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the general inventive concept, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
It should be noted that the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the words "a" or "an" do not exclude a plurality. Additionally, any element numbers of the claims should not be construed as limiting the scope of the disclosure.

Claims (15)

1. A disinfection device, the disinfection device comprising:
a frame;
a sterilization chamber disposed on the frame;
the spraying mechanism is arranged in the disinfection chamber and is used for spraying disinfectant to the disinfected objects in the disinfection chamber; and
a transport mechanism disposed on the frame and configured to transport the item to be sterilized through the sterilization chamber to spray a sterilization liquid through the spray mechanism to the item to be sterilized within the sterilization chamber to sterilize the item to be sterilized.
2. The disinfection device of claim 1, wherein the spray mechanism comprises a plurality of spray heads, at least two spray heads of the plurality of spray heads having different spray directions.
3. The disinfection device of claim 2, wherein at least one spray head of the plurality of spray heads is located above the transport mechanism and at least one spray head of the plurality of spray heads is located below the transport mechanism.
4. The disinfection device of claim 2, further comprising a controller including a control cabinet having a first receiving space and a second receiving space formed therein and spaced apart from each other, a disinfection fluid control module located in the first receiving space, and an electrical control module located in the second receiving space.
5. The disinfection device of claim 4, wherein the spray mechanism further comprises a source of disinfectant, the spray head being in fluid communication with the source of disinfectant through a conduit, the disinfectant control module comprising a diverter valve disposed on the conduit, the diverter valve configured to change a flow direction of the disinfectant to return the disinfectant to the source of disinfectant when the spray head is not operating.
6. The disinfection device of claim 5, wherein the disinfection solution control module further comprises a pressure regulating valve disposed within the first receiving space, the pressure regulating valve configured to regulate a pressure of disinfection solution within the conduit.
7. A fumigation arrangement as defined in claim 4, including a first sensor for sensing the presence of fumigation articles at the inlet of the transfer mechanism, said first sensor being connected to said controller so that when said first sensor senses the presence of fumigation articles at the inlet of the transfer mechanism, said transfer mechanism is activated to transfer fumigation articles through said fumigation chamber.

The sterilization apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the sterilization apparatus is further configured to turn on the spray mechanism to sterilize the sterilized article after a first predetermined time has elapsed since the first sensor senses that the sterilized article is present at the entrance of the transport mechanism, the first predetermined time being calculated based on the transport speed of the transport mechanism and the distance from the entrance of the transport mechanism to the sterilization chamber.

A fumigation arrangement as defined in claim 7, including a second sensor for sensing the presence of a fumigated article at the outlet of the transfer mechanism, said second sensor being connected to said controller so as to deactivate the transfer mechanism when the second sensor senses the presence of a fumigated article at the outlet of the transfer mechanism and the first sensor does not sense the presence of another fumigated article at the inlet of the transfer mechanism during its passage from the inlet to the outlet of the transfer mechanism.
10. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 4, wherein said disinfection device is further configured to deactivate said spray means after a second predetermined time, said second predetermined time being calculated on the basis of the transport speed of said transport means and the length of said disinfection chamber in the transport direction of said transport means.

The disinfection device of claim 4, wherein a level gauge is disposed within the source of disinfection fluid for monitoring a level of disinfection fluid within the source of disinfection fluid, the level gauge being connected to the controller such that the controller issues an alarm when the level gauge monitors that the level of disinfection fluid within the source of disinfection fluid reaches a preset level.
12. The disinfection device as claimed in any one of claims 1-11, further comprising a waste liquid recovery mechanism comprising a recovery tank located below the transport mechanism, the recovery tank being connected to the bottom of the disinfection chamber and being adapted to recover the sprayed disinfection liquid.
13. The disinfection device of claim 12, wherein the waste recovery mechanism further comprises a waste recovery container in fluid communication with the recovery tank.
14. The disinfection device of any one of claims 1-11, further comprising a protective shield coupled to the frame for preventing the disinfection fluid from spilling outside the disinfection device.
15. A fumigation arrangement as defined in claim 14, in which there is further included a fumigation basket for receiving items to be fumigated, the walls of which are formed with apertures.
