The multipoint control method of the video monitoring equipment according to claim 2, characterized in that the primary control authority can control the monitoring angle, the focal length of a lens, the opening and closing of the equipment and the opening and closing of voice of all the terminal video monitoring equipment; the secondary control authority can control the monitoring angle, the focal length of a lens, the opening and closing of equipment and the opening and closing of voice of part of secondary monitoring equipment.
6. A multipoint control arrangement for a video surveillance appliance, the arrangement comprising:
the level division module is used for carrying out level division on the terminal video monitoring equipment and the control authority;
the signal receiving module is used for receiving a control application signal sent by the terminal video monitoring equipment;
the grade judging module is used for judging the grade of the terminal video monitoring equipment which sends out the application control signal; and
and the authority granting module is used for granting the corresponding control authority according to the level of the terminal video monitoring equipment so that the terminal video monitoring equipment can control the monitoring equipment through the multipoint control unit.
7. The multipoint control device of claim 6, wherein said level dividing module comprises:
the monitoring equipment level dividing unit is used for dividing the terminal video monitoring equipment into main meeting place monitoring equipment and branch meeting place monitoring equipment, wherein the main meeting place monitoring equipment is primary monitoring equipment, the branch meeting place monitoring equipment is secondary monitoring equipment, and coding authentication is carried out on each terminal video monitoring equipment; and
and the control authority level dividing unit is used for dividing the control authority into a primary control authority and a secondary control authority, wherein the primary control authority can control the primary monitoring equipment and the secondary monitoring equipment, and the secondary monitoring authority can only control part of the secondary monitoring equipment.
8. The multipoint control device of claim 7, wherein said level determining module comprises:
the device comprises a coding information acquisition unit, a coding information processing unit and a coding information processing unit, wherein the coding information acquisition unit is used for carrying out level judgment on terminal video monitoring equipment by applying a control signal, and the application control signal comprises equipment coding information;
the primary monitoring equipment judging unit is used for determining the terminal video monitoring equipment as the primary monitoring equipment when the equipment coding information is the same as the coding information of the authenticated primary monitoring equipment; and
and the secondary monitoring equipment judging unit is used for determining that the terminal video monitoring equipment is the secondary monitoring equipment when the equipment coding information is the same as the coding information of the authenticated secondary monitoring equipment.
9. The multipoint control device of claim 8, wherein the right granting module comprises:
the primary control authority granting unit grants a primary control authority to the terminal video monitoring device when the terminal video monitoring device is determined to be a primary monitoring device;
the secondary control authority granting unit grants a secondary control authority to the terminal video monitoring device when the terminal video monitoring device is determined to be the secondary monitoring device; and
and the execution unit is used for implementing corresponding control behaviors when receiving the control command of the terminal video monitoring equipment after granting the control authority.
10. A computer system, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform the method of any of claims 1-5 above.
