The impurity processing unit comprises a hydraulic slag removing machine 10, and the hydraulic slag removing machine is connected with a hydraulic pulper through a sediment well 2. The slag discharging system of the hydraulic slag removing machine 10 comprises six processes of slurry feeding back flushing, slurry feeding, disintegrating, cleaning, light slag discharging and heavy slag discharging, the whole slag discharging process is automatically controlled, and the whole slag discharging process is completed by setting the time of each process and opening and closing a valve. And the time of each process can be changed and set according to the difference of raw materials and the slag discharging effect.

A part of slurry containing impurities is discharged into a hydraulic slag removal machine 10 through a sediment well 2 communicated with a hydraulic pulper 1, the hydraulic slag removal machine 10 carries out processes of disintegrating, cleaning and the like on impurity raw materials, and the good fiber raw materials are pumped to a liquid storage tank 6 through a discharge pump 5.
Discharging impurities remained in the shell of the hydraulic slag remover 10 into the cylindrical screen 11, cleaning again, recovering good fiber raw materials doped in the impurities, putting the fiber raw materials into the hydraulic pulper 1, and finally discharging the cleaned impurities.
Another part of the impurities comes into contact with the ragger ropes 7 thrown into the hydropulper 1, so that the impurities are gradually wound around the ragger ropes 7 as the pulp rotates in the hydropulper 1, forming large ragger ropes 7.
Rope winch 8 slowly pulls out stranded rope 7 from hydrapulper 1, and the impurity stranded rope 7 that pulls out cuts out through rope winch 9 of cutting of 8 one sides of rope winch, cuts out to the length that can effectively collect the transportation of being convenient for, and whole stranded rope 7 is whole for manual control with cut the rope process.
After a period of pulping, some heavy impurities can be deposited at the bottom of the sediment well 2 and need to be grabbed out through the grab bucket 4.
