Starting a second power water pump 104c and mixing a cleaning agent with purified water in a purified water tank 104a, enabling the mixed water to enter a water collecting central pipe 102a through a backflushing pipe 104b, enabling part of the mixed water to fall into the bottom of a tank body 101, enabling the other part of the mixed water to enter a plurality of groups of filter membrane accommodating pipes 102c-2 respectively through a plurality of groups of suction pipes 104d to be soaked in an external pressure type ultrafiltration membrane 102c-4, performing reaction cleaning with trapped matters again, fully cleaning harmful substances through a plurality of reactions, and enabling the mixed water to be scattered to the periphery through inlet and outlet holes 102c-5 at the bottom of the filter membrane accommodating pipes 102 c-2; the mixed water which enters the water collecting central tube 102a partially sets the impact array on the plurality of groups of inclined impact blades 102a-4 on the transmission shaft 102a-3, and the transmission shaft 102a-3 is fixedly connected with the water collecting central tube 102a, so that the water collecting central tube 102a rotates under the impact of the mixed water and drives the purification blade pieces 102c on the side surfaces of the water collecting central tube to rotate, and the conical cleaning plate 102c-7 scrapes and cleans the inner wall of the tank 101 to prevent residues from accumulating and damaging the tank 101; when the water collecting central pipe 102a rotates, the mixed water passing through the inlet and outlet holes 102c-5 is sprayed to the inner wall of the tank body 101 at 360 degrees, so that residues are fully contacted with the cleaning agent, and the cleaning efficiency of the conical cleaning plate 102c-7 is improved.
In conclusion, the invention fully stirs the wastewater and the reagent in advance and filters and reserves the wastewater in real time through the purification and filtration component, thereby accelerating the treatment speed of the wastewater, improving the treatment degree of the wastewater, and prolonging the service life of the device because the reserved purified water is used for backwashing the cleaning tank body.

the circulating filter unit (100) comprises a tank body (101), a purifying filter component (102) arranged in the tank body (101) and with two ends extending outwards, a universal pipe (103) connected with the top of the purifying filter component (102), a circulating component (104) connected with the universal pipe (103), and a feeding component (105) connected with one side of the tank body (101);
a storage unit (200) including a base member (201) provided at the bottom thereof, a driving lifting member (202) provided above the base member (201), and a storage member (203) connected to the base member (201);
the base component (201) comprises two groups of symmetrically arranged underframes (201 a), fixed supporting frames (201 b) arranged between the two groups of underframes (201 a), guide blocks (201 c) arranged on two sides of the underframe (201 a), guide limit grooves (201 d) arranged on the inner walls of the guide blocks (201 c), a plurality of groups of extension fixing plates (201 e) connected with the bottoms of the underframes (201 a), and universal wheels (201 f) connected with the extension fixing plates (201 e);
the driving lifting component (202) comprises a motor (202 a) connected with the top of the fixed supporting frame (201 b), a screw rod (202 b) connected with the motor (202 a), and a nut sleeve plate (202 c) with two ends respectively connected with the containing component (203); the screw rod (202 b) is connected with the nut sleeve plate (202 c);
the storage part (203) comprises a bidirectional storage rack (203 a) symmetrically arranged above the base part (201), and a vertical moving block (203 b) symmetrically arranged on the bidirectional storage rack (203 a); the vertical moving block (203 b) is clamped with the guide limit groove (201 d);
the two-way storage rack (203 a) comprises a plurality of groups of support storage pieces (203 a-1) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the two-way storage rack, an anti-falling top block (203 a-2) arranged on the top of the support storage pieces (203 a), and a storage groove (203 a-3) arranged on one side of the anti-falling top block (203 a-2); the support containing piece (203 a-1) comprises two groups of symmetrically arranged triangular frames (203 a-11); the nut sleeve plate (202 c) is arranged in the middle of the bidirectional containing frame (203 a), and two ends of the nut sleeve plate are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bidirectional containing frame (203 a); the circulating filter unit (100) further comprises tank body supporting blocks (106) which are arranged on two sides of the tank body (101) and are clamped with the containing grooves (203 a-3); the circulating component (104) and the feeding component (105) are arranged in the containing groove (203 a-3);
the feeding component (105) comprises a waste water storage box (105 a), a conveying pipe (105 b) connected with the waste water storage box (105 a) and the tank body (101) respectively, and a first power water pump (105 c) arranged on the conveying pipe (105 b); the circulation part (104) comprises a clean water tank (104 a), a backflushing pipe (104 b) connected with the clean water tank (104 a), a second power water pump (104 c) connected with the backflushing pipe (104 b) and the universal pipe (103), a suction pipe (104 d) connected with the clean water tank (104 a), and a third power water pump (104 e) connected with the suction pipe (104 d) and the universal pipe (103);
the purifying and filtering component (102) comprises a water collecting central pipe (102 a) movably connected with the tank body (101), a detachable sealing sleeve (102 b) arranged at the bottom of the water collecting central pipe (102 a), and a plurality of groups of purifying fan blade pieces (102 c) arranged on the side surface of the water collecting central pipe (102 a) in an array manner; the water collecting central tube (102 a) comprises a joint (102 a-1) arranged at the top of the water collecting central tube, the joint (102 a-1) is movably connected with the universal tube (103), and the joint (102 a-1) and the universal tube (103) can rotate relatively;

the purifying fan blade piece (102 c) comprises a fan blade tank body (102 c-1), a filter membrane accommodating tube (102 c-2) arranged in the fan blade tank body (102 c-1), a flow tube (102 c-3) with two ends respectively connected with the filter membrane accommodating tube (102 c-2) and the water collecting central tube (102 a), an external pressure type ultrafiltration membrane (102 c-4) arranged in the filter membrane accommodating tube (102 c-2), a plurality of groups of inlet and outlet holes (102 c-5) arranged at the bottom of the filter membrane accommodating tube (102 c-2) in an array manner, an inlet and outlet through hole (102 c-6) arranged at the side surface of the fan blade tank body (102 c-1), a conical cleaning plate (102 c-7) arranged in the inlet and outlet through hole (102 c-6), a trigger frame (102 c-8) connected with the bottom end of the conical cleaning plate (102 c-7), two groups of trigger frames (102 c-9) arranged at two sides of the conical plate (102 c-7) and contacted with the inner wall of the fan blade tank body (102 c-1), and a second arc-shaped trigger frame (102 c-8); the second arc-shaped convex block (102 c-10) is arranged opposite to the arc surface of the first arc-shaped convex block (102 b-7).
