For example, "first" information may also be referred to as "second" information, and similarly, "second" information may also be referred to as "first" information, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a water draining device of a marine sanitary unit, which includes a first water draining pipe 1, a rotating assembly 2, a water draining joint 3 and a second water draining pipe 4, wherein the first water draining pipe 1 includes a first connecting portion 12 and a second connecting portion 13, the water draining portion of the sanitary unit a, the first connecting portion 12, the second connecting portion 13, the water draining joint 3 and the second water draining pipe 4 are sequentially connected along a water flow direction, the water draining joint 3 is fixed on a deck B, and a horizontal plane where the water draining joint 3 is located is lower than a plane where the deck B is located. One end of the rotating component 2 is rotatably connected with the drainage connector 3, the other end of the rotating component is fixedly connected with the second connecting part 13, and the drainage connector 3 is fixedly connected with the second drainage pipe 4. Through the rotation connection between the rotating assembly 2 and the drainage connector 3, the disassembly and the assembly between the first drainage pipe 1 and the rotating assembly 2 can be conveniently completed, the disassembly and assembly convenience is improved, the possibility of part damage caused by disassembly and assembly between a deck and the drainage connector is reduced, and the device can meet the fireproof requirement of ships. In addition, because the fixed position of the drainage joint is slightly lower than the upper plane of the deck, a relatively spacious position can be reserved for the first drainage pipe to be connected with a drainage port of a sanitary unit, and the first drainage pipe can be detached to drain water by utilizing the drainage joint during maintenance. When the residual water of the sanitary unit A needs to be discharged, the first drainage pipe 1 and the drainage joint 3 are separated by rotating the rotating assembly 2, and then the drainage part of the sanitary unit A is separated from the first drainage pipe 1, so that the residual water of the sanitary unit A can fall to the deck B and flow into the drainage joint 3 which is lower relative to the deck B to be discharged.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the drain connector 3 is fixedly connected to the second drain pipe 4 by welding, the second connecting portion 13 is fixedly connected to the rotating member 2 by welding, the drain connector 3 is fixedly connected to the deck B by welding, and a first welding portion 31 and a second welding portion 32 are formed at different levels. The first welding part 31 and the second welding part 32 which are positioned on different horizontal planes ensure the water tightness and air tightness of the drainage device and meet the fireproof requirements of ship design, the first welding part 31 and the second welding part 32 form double guarantees to ensure that no gap exists between the drainage connector 3 and the deck B, and when a fire disaster occurs in a ship, flames enter a lower layer or other areas through the gap between the drainage connector 3 and the deck B.

The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the drainage device of the marine sanitary unit A, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, selecting materials: selecting a drainage connector 3 and a rotating assembly 2 which are made of antirust materials, and selecting a waterproof first drainage pipe 1 according to the required height;
secondly, fixedly connecting: one end of the water drainage joint 3 is fixedly connected with the second water drainage pipe 4, the other end of the water drainage joint is fixedly connected with the deck B, and the rotating assembly 2 is welded with the first connecting part 12;
thirdly, assembling: the first connecting portion 12 is fixedly connected with the drain portion of the sanitary unit a, and the second connecting portion 13 and the drain joint 3 are fixedly connected by the rotating assembly 2.
The drainage device of the marine sanitary unit of the embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
the first drainage pipe and the rotary component can be conveniently disassembled and installed through the rotary connection between the rotary component and the drainage connector, the convenience in disassembly and installation is improved, the drainage connector can be fixed below the plane of the deck, drainage can be conveniently performed through the drainage connector, the possibility that parts are damaged due to disassembly and installation between the deck and the drainage connector is reduced, and the device can meet the fireproof requirements of ships.
When the residual water of the sanitary unit needs to be discharged, the first drainage pipe and the drainage connector are separated by rotating the rotating assembly, the drainage part of the sanitary unit is separated from the first drainage pipe, and the residual water of the sanitary unit can fall to the deck to flow into the drainage connector which is lower relative to the deck position and is discharged.
The first welding part and the second welding part located on different horizontal planes ensure the watertight airtightness of the drainage device and meet the fireproof requirement of ship design, the first welding part and the second welding part form double guarantee, no gap is reserved between the drainage connector and the deck, and when a fire disaster occurs in a ship, flames enter a lower layer or other areas through the gap between the drainage connector and the deck.
