本发明属于车辆电子控制信息***的技术领域。更具体地,本发明涉及车速信号的采集方法。
背景技术
随着汽车智能化的发展,汽车各***对车速信号需求越来越多,传统燃油车将变速箱车速传感器采集的数字脉冲信号通过硬线传输到组合仪表(ICM),组合仪表通过单片机接收脉冲信号并结合后桥传动比和轮胎尺寸计算出车速,然后驱动步进电机带动指针旋转指示相应车速值并将车速信号转化为占空比信号通过硬线传输给发动机电子控制单元(Engine ECU);
由于现代汽车配置的功能、配置不断丰富,电动助力转向模块(EPS)、车身控制模块(BCM)、防抱死制动模块(ABS)、气囊控制模块(Airbag ECU)均需要结合车速信号进行分析运算然后实现相应的功能和动作,另结合当前传统燃油车国六排放升级,各个模块之间信息需求量和传递量越来越大,导致传感器和传输导线的数量急剧增加,同时也增加故障维修的难度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种车速信号的采集方法,其目的是利用轮速传感器采集车速信号,降低成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的车速信号的采集方法采取以下技术方案:
防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过轮速传感器采集四轮的轮速传感器输出的脉冲信号,并进行滤波、分析、运算后,将计算结果转换成轮速占空比信号/车速数字信号。
具体的第一技术方案:
防抱死制动模块(ABS)在完成计算结果转换成轮速占空比信号后,防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过硬线将轮速占空比信号传输到发动机电控单元(Engine ECU);
发动机电控单元(Engine ECU)对于由防抱死制动模块(ABS)输入的轮速占空比信号进行滤波、分析、运算,并将计算结果转换成车速数字信号;
最后通过CAN将车速数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到组合仪表(ICM)、车身控制器(BCM)、电动助力转向***(EPS)、安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)和车载诊断模块(OBD),实现上述各模块与车速信号相关的功能。
具体的第二技术方案:
防抱死制动模块(ABS)在完成计算结果转换成车速数字信号后,防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过CAN将车速数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到组合仪表(ICM)、车身控制器(BCM)、电动助力转向***(EPS)、安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)、发动机电控单元(Engine ECU)和车载诊断模块(OBD),实现上述各模块与车速信号相关的功能。
所述的发动机电子控制单元(Engine ECU)接收CAN报文,读入CPU再通过CPU进行数据分析、运算,控制发动机点火、喷油调节,从而提高发动机的动力性及车辆驾驶的舒适性。
更进一步地,在上述两个技术方案的基础上,分别采用以下技术方案:
所述的组合仪表(ICM)接收车速信号进行车速显示:组合仪表(ICM)接收CAN报文,读入CPU,再通过CPU控制口控制模拟放大电路驱动步进电机旋转,指示相应的车速值。
所述的车身控制器(BCM)接收车速信号实现自动开闭锁:车身控制器(BCM)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合初始设定的解闭锁车速,再通过CPU控制口控制四门门锁的自动解锁和闭锁动作,从而完成五门门锁自动开闭锁。
所述的电动助力转向***(EPS)接收车速信号实现扭矩控制:电动助力转向***(EPS)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合转矩传感器的信号进行分析计算,再通过CPU控制口控制转向电机的旋转方向和助力电流大小。
所述的安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收车速信号控制安全气囊引爆时间:安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合碰撞传感器的加速度信号进行分析计算;当需要安全气囊引爆时,再通过CPU控制口驱动气囊点火器引爆安全气囊。
所述的车载诊断模块(OBD)通过OBD诊断口与整车CAN网络进行CAN报文的读、写功能,检测车速信号,以达到实时动态数据读取、故障诊断、故障维修、故障清除的目的。
本发明采用上述技术方案,取消了现有技术中的变速箱车速传感器,利用ABS轮速传感器采集轮速信号,同时利用ABS/发动机ECU强大的数据运算、分析、处理能力,能同时满足整车各控制模块对车速信号的需求;将ABS轮速传感器采集的轮速脉冲信号转化为车速数字信号,通过CAN总线以CAN报文形式发动送到各个功能模块,实现相应功能,避免了组合仪表、变速箱车速传感器等零部件的重复开发,缩短了整车开发周期、降低了产品开发费用、降低了整车成本,同时促进了零部件平台化、通用化的应用。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1和图2所示:本发明的车速信号采集传输、处理结构,实现车速信号的采集方法,由发动机ECU对车速进行分析、处理、运算并通过CAN芯片以CAN报文形式传输到ICM、EPS、BCM、Airbag ECU模块。
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,实现利用轮速传感器采集车速信号,降低成本的发明目的,本发明采取的第一技术方案为:
如图1所示,防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过轮速传感器采集四轮的轮速传感器输出的脉冲信号,并进行滤波、分析、运算后,将计算结果转换成轮速占空比信号/车速数字信号;
然后通过硬线将轮速占空比信号传输到发动机电控单元(Engine ECU);
发动机电控单元(Engine ECU)对于由防抱死制动模块(ABS)输入的轮速占空比信号进行滤波、分析、运算,并将计算结果转换成车速数字信号;
最后通过CAN将车速数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到组合仪表(ICM)、车身控制器(BCM)、电动助力转向***(EPS)、安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)和车载诊断模块(OBD),实现上述各模块与车速信号相关的功能。
在上述第一技术方案中,车轮转动通过轮速传感器采集轮速信号,输出数字脉冲信号,ABS采集四轮轮速传感器输出的脉冲信号进行滤波、分析、计算后,转换成占空比信号,然后通过硬线传输到发动机ECU,发动机ECU对输入的占空比信号进行采集、滤波、分析、运算并将计算结果转换成数字信号,最后通过CAN芯片将转换成的数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到各个模块实现各项功能,组合仪表ICM接收车速信号进行车速显示、EPS接收车速信号实现扭矩控制、BCM接收车速信号实现自动开闭锁、Airbag ECU接收车速信号控制气囊引爆时间,同时满足各个模块及OBD诊断需求。
所述的发动机电子控制单元(Engine ECU):在Engine ECU中存储后桥传动比参数、车轮半径参数、占空比对应轮胎转速参数;Engine ECU采集ABS输入占空比信号进行滤波处理后输入到ECU处理器,处理器结合后桥传动比、车轮半径参数、占空比对应轮胎转速列表通过车速计算函数计算出当前实时车速,并通过CAN芯片以CAN报文形式发送到组合仪表(ICM)、电动助力转向模块(EPS)、车身控制模块(BCM)、气囊控制模块(Airbag ECU)。
本发明采取的第二技术方案为:

在上述第二技术方案中,车轮转动通过轮速传感器采集轮速信号,输出数字脉冲信号,ABS采集四轮轮速传感器输出的脉冲信号进行滤波、分析、计算后转换成车速数字信号;最后通过CAN芯片将转换成的数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到各个模块实现各项功能,组合仪表接收车速信号进行车速显示、EPS接收车速信号实现扭矩控制、BCM接收车速信号实现自动开闭锁、Airbag ECU接收车速信号控制气囊引爆,同时满足各个模块及OBD诊断需求。
本发明中的各模块的具体功能如下:
所述的轮速传感器(WSS):后桥带动车轮转动,通过电磁感应原理,前桥和后桥上的齿轮切割四轮WSS磁感应线,产生四轮数字脉冲信号输出通过硬线传输至ABS。
所述的防抱死制动模块(ABS):ABS采集四轮WSS输入的数字脉冲信号并对脉冲信号进行滤波并读入处理器,处理器经分析运算通过控制口驱动模拟放大电机驱动ABS阀体和电机动作,从而实现ABS防抱死功能,同时处理器将四轮WSS输入的数字脉冲信号进行计算转化为占空比信号通过硬线传输至Engine ECU。
所述的组合仪表(ICM)接收车速信号进行车速显示:组合仪表(ICM)接收CAN报文,读入CPU,再通过CPU控制口控制模拟放大电路驱动步进电机旋转,指示相应的车速值。
所述的车身控制器(BCM)接收车速信号实现自动开闭锁:车身控制器(BCM)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合初始设定的解闭锁车速,再通过CPU控制口控制四门门锁的自动解锁和闭锁动作,从而完成五门门锁自动开闭锁。
所述的电动助力转向***(EPS)接收车速信号实现扭矩控制:电动助力转向***(EPS)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合转矩传感器的信号进行分析计算,再通过CPU控制口控制转向电机的旋转方向和助力电流大小。
所述的安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收车速信号控制安全气囊引爆时间:安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收CAN报文,读入CPU同时结合碰撞传感器的加速度信号进行分析计算;当需要安全气囊引爆时,再通过CPU控制口驱动气囊点火器引爆安全气囊。
所述的车载诊断模块(OBD)通过OBD诊断口与整车CAN网络进行CAN报文的读、写功能,检测车速信号,以达到实时动态数据读取、故障诊断、故障维修、故障清除的目的。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.车速信号的采集方法,防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过轮速传感器采集四轮的轮速传感器输出的脉冲信号,并进行滤波、分析、运算后,将计算结果转换成轮速占空比信号/车速数字信号;
所述的防抱死制动模块(ABS)在完成计算结果转换成轮速占空比信号后,所述的防抱死制动模块(ABS)通过硬线将轮速占空比信号传输到发动机电控单元(Engine ECU);
发动机电控单元(Engine ECU)对于由防抱死制动模块(ABS)输入的轮速占空比信号进行滤波、分析、运算,并将计算结果转换成车速数字信号;
最后通过CAN将车速数字信号以CAN报文形式发送到组合仪表(ICM)、车身控制器(BCM)、电动助力转向***(EPS)、安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)和车载诊断模块(OBD),实现上述各模块与车速信号相关的功能;
所述的组合仪表(ICM)接收车速信号进行车速显示:组合仪表(ICM)接收CAN报文,读入组合仪表的CPU,再通过组合仪表的CPU控制口控制模拟放大电路驱动步进电机旋转,指示相应的车速值;

所述的安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收车速信号控制安全气囊引爆时间:安全气囊控制单元(Airbag ECU)接收CAN报文,读入安全气囊控制单元的CPU,同时结合碰撞传感器的加速度信号进行分析计算;当需要安全气囊引爆时,再通过安全气囊控制单元的CPU控制口驱动气囊点火器引爆安全气囊;
所述的车载诊断模块(OBD)通过OBD诊断口与整车CAN网络进行CAN报文的读、写功能,检测车速信号,以达到实时动态数据读取、故障诊断、故障维修、故障清除的目的。

所述的发动机电控单元(Engine ECU)接收CAN报文,读入发动机电控单元的CPU,再通过发动机电控单元的CPU进行数据分析、运算,控制发动机点火、喷油调节,从而提高发动机的动力性及车辆驾驶的舒适性。
