Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial board gum dipping equipment, in particular to gum dipping equipment suitable for COSB (chip on board) base materials for container floors.
Background
The raw materials of the COSB base material for the existing container floors are fast-growing woods/bamboos, and the high-strength COSB base material is formed by hot-pressing through special technological equipment such as flaking, drying, glue mixing, paving and the like. In the production process, the adhesive adopts isocyanate adhesive MDI, and the adhesive is characterized by strong permeability and adhesive strength, but high price. Compared with MDI, the adhesive phenolic resin PE has the characteristics of stronger adhesive force, better weather resistance, better water resistance and the like, but the price is 1/4-1/5 of that of the MDI, so the production cost is low.
The glue mixing process equipment in the prior art is adhesive adding equipment for evenly mixing wood/bamboo shavings in a rotary drum by quantitatively inputting MDI glue into a high-speed rotary atomizing nozzle through a metering pump and wood/bamboo shavings in the rotary drum. In order to reduce the production cost and enhance the waterproof performance of the container floor, the PE glue is used for replacing MDI, but the existing equipment is not suitable for adding the PE glue, firstly, the PE glue has high viscosity and is easy to cause the blockage of a high-speed atomizing nozzle, and secondly, the wood/bamboo shavings are easy to adhere to the inner wall of a roller and conveying equipment due to the strong adhesiveness of the PE glue, so that the equipment is blocked.
Based on the knowledge of the person skilled in the art, the current technology and equipment cannot support the preparation of PE glue for the COSB substrate floor due to the high viscosity of PE glue, so that the technical prejudice in the art is formed to a certain extent.
However, the PE glue has better cementing, weather-proof and waterproof performances after the surfaces of the wood/bamboo shavings are fully soaked, and the problems of adhesion equipment and the like can be solved by weakening the viscosity after the PE glue is dehydrated by low-temperature drying PE resin after the glue dipping.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a dipping device for a cobb substrate for a container floor, so as to overcome the bottleneck that the high-viscosity glue solution in the prior art cannot be used for manufacturing the cobb substrate floor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gumming device suitable for COSB base materials for packaging floors, which is used for gumming, so that high-viscosity glue solution is uniformly added, wood shavings are not blocked, and continuous and balanced operation of production equipment is ensured. To solve at least one of the problems of the prior art.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the gum dipping box body is internally provided with the partition plate, and the gum dipping box body is divided into a first-stage gum dipping box and a second-stage gum dipping diversion box which are positioned at two sides of the partition plate.
Further, the roller stirring shafts are horizontally arranged and have the same height as the partition plate.
Further, a filter screen is arranged in the secondary gum dipping diversion box, the chain scraper is positioned above the filter screen, and a scraper of the chain scraper is respectively close to the partition board and the filter screen during operation.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the gum dipping equipment further comprises a first gum pumping pump and a second gum pumping pump which are used for pumping gum solution into the primary gum dipping box, and the first gum pumping pump is communicated with the bottom of the secondary gum dipping diversion box; the second glue pump is communicated with the bottom of the glue depositing box body.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the roller stirring shaft, the chain scraper and the disc roller conveyor are all of variable frequency.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects:
1. the equipment provided by the invention can realize stable gum dipping of wood shavings in high-viscosity glue solution, can control gum dipping amount, overcomes the technical bias that the high-viscosity glue solution such as PE glue cannot be used, and effectively promotes the application of the high-viscosity glue solution in industrial production of COSB substrate floors;
2. the invention is provided with the filter screen structure and is attached to the scraping plate, so that glue solution can be split under the action of the chain scraper, and meanwhile, wood shavings are prevented from being blocked, and the reliability and the running stability are improved;
3. the invention can realize the circulation recovery of the split glue solution and improve the economy; in addition, the speed of the parts which are operated through the frequency conversion design is controllable, and the glue can be uniformly dipped according to glue solutions with different viscosities or wood shaving materials with different specific gravities, so that the universality is stronger.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention provides a dipping device suitable for a COSB substrate for a container floor, which comprises a dipping box body 1 with a hollow inside, wherein a wood shaving inlet 11 is arranged at the left end of the dipping box body 1, a vertical partition plate 2 is arranged at the middle position inside and divides the box body into a primary dipping box 3 and a secondary dipping diversion box 4, and the upper parts of the primary dipping box 3 and the secondary dipping diversion box 4 are communicated. A plurality of roller stirring shafts 31 which are arranged in the horizontal direction are arranged in the primary dipping box 3, the height of the stirring shafts is the same as that of the partition plates 2, and the stirring shafts are used for fully mixing shavings and sizing materials entering the primary dipping box 3 and conveying the shavings and sizing materials into the secondary dipping shunt box 4. The bottom of the secondary gum dipping and dividing box 4 is provided with a filter screen 42, the upper part is provided with a chain scraper 41, and the upper layer of the chain scraper 41 is higher than the partition plate 3, so that the wood shavings sizing material mixed in the secondary gum dipping and dividing box 4 is taken out of the box. Preferably, the left part of the filter screen 42 is parallel to the bottom surface, the right part is inclined and extends beyond the right end of the scraping plate of the secondary gumming diverting box 4, and the filter screen 42, the extension surface of the partition plate 2 and the upper opening surface of the secondary gumming diverting box 4 form an inverted trapezoid structure. The stroke of the chain scraper 41 matches the inverted trapezoid. The chain scraper 41 is a common annular chain scraper structure, and the parallel scrapers are utilized to rotate clockwise circularly so as to convey the materials out of the secondary gum dipping diversion box 4. As shown in fig. 2, in the invention, a roller stirring shaft 31 is formed by connecting a plurality of stirring shafts with gears in parallel along a horizontal plane, the horizontal plane where the center of the stirring shaft is positioned is consistent with the height of a partition plate 2, so that shavings positioned on the liquid level of PE sizing material can be conveniently conveyed to a secondary gum dipping diversion box 4 when the roller stirring shaft 31 runs. As shown in fig. 3, the disc roller conveyor 61 is a common roller conveyor, and the rollers fixed on the support automatically rotate to complete the conveying of materials, and optionally, the rollers with encryption structures are arranged, so that redundant glue on the surfaces of the shavings after gum dipping can be conveniently leaked, and the shavings can be prevented from falling off.
According to the invention, a first glue extraction pump 5 is arranged between the secondary glue dipping shunt box 4 and the primary glue dipping box 3, and a second glue extraction pump 7 is arranged between the glue dipping box body 6 and the primary glue dipping box 3, and is respectively used for pumping redundant glue materials in the secondary glue dipping shunt box 4 and the glue dipping box body 6 into the primary glue dipping box 3, so that the recycling of the glue materials is realized, and the fully dipping of the entered wood shavings is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, in the present invention, a first driving gear box 311 is provided on the roller stirring shaft 31, a second driving gear box 411 is provided on the chain scraper 41, and a third driving gear box 611 is provided on the tray roller conveyor 61, for driving the above mechanisms, respectively. Preferably, the driving gear box is variable in frequency, so that the running speed can be adjusted, and the material conveying speed can be conveniently controlled to realize the gum dipping stability.
As shown in fig. 1, when the machine works, a proper amount of PE glue is added into the primary impregnation tank 3, the roller stirring shaft 31 is started, and the raw material shavings dried in advance enter the primary impregnation tank 3 from the shavings inlet 11, and at this moment, the roller stirring shaft 31 rotates anticlockwise to drive the shavings to be immersed into the PE glue and move rightwards. When the density of the wood shavings is high, the first driving gearbox 311 is controlled, the stirring rotation speed of the roller stirring shaft 31 is adjusted, the wood shavings can be stopped on the surface of the PE glue and move, the dipping time of the wood shavings is controlled, and the control of the dipping amount of the wood shavings is realized. Fully dipping the wood shavings gradually in the moving process, when the dipped wood shavings move to the rightmost end of the primary dipping box 3, the wood shavings cross the partition plate 2 and automatically flow onto the chain scraper 41, and move to the rightmost end of the secondary dipping diversion box 4 from bottom to top along with the operation of the chain scraper 41, and in the process, the excessive PE glue solution on the wood shavings surface falls downwards under the action of gravity and is filtered to the bottom of the secondary dipping diversion box 4 through the filter screen 42; a small amount of shavings falls on the screen 42 and is scraped off by the chain scraper 41 running on the screen 42. The dipped wood shavings fall into the glue depositing box body 6 along with the action of gravity when moving to the rightmost end of the secondary dipped diversion box 4, and are continuously conveyed to the right end by the disc roller conveyor 61, and enter the next paving and forming procedures. Likewise, the second driving gearbox 411 and the third driving gearbox 611 can be adjusted to respectively realize the travelling speed of the chain scraper 41 and the travelling speed of the disc roller conveyor 61 so as to control the transferring time of the impregnated wood shavings and realize the control of the wood shavings impregnation amount. In the process, the residual glue solution in the secondary glue dipping and distributing box 4 and the glue depositing box 6 is pumped back into the primary glue dipping box 3 through the first glue pumping pump 5 and the second glue pumping pump 7 respectively, so that the glue solution can be recycled.
In particular, the glue liquid level in the secondary glue dipping and distributing box 4 can be controlled to realize secondary glue dipping, namely when the liquid level in the secondary glue dipping and distributing box 4 is higher than the filter screen 42 (or below the chain scraper 41), the shavings on the scraper are dipped again, and glue liquid distribution is also realized in the process that the shavings after secondary glue dipping are conveyed outside the box through the chain scraper 41. Since the lower part of the chain scraper 41 is close to the filter screen 42, shavings falling off from the scraper are crushed even if scraped away, and the blockage cannot occur, so that the reliability is improved.
The impregnated wood shavings are conveyed by a disc roller conveyor 61, then enter a tunnel for low-temperature microwave secondary drying, are paved and metered, and are formed by a hot press to obtain the finished product of the container floor with the COSB base material.
