The method for monitoring the motion state of the medical scanning device provided by the present application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, and fig. 1 is a schematic application environment diagram of the method for monitoring the motion state of the medical scanning device according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1. The medical image scanning device comprises a rack 101, a scanning bed 102, a host machine 103 and a reconstruction machine 104, and a doctor controls the scanning device 101 to scan a patient on the scanning bed 102 through the host machine 103 to obtain scanning data of the patient. The host 103 sends the acquired scan data to the reconstructor 104 for image reconstruction, and finally obtains a scan image. During the scanning process, abnormal movement of the gantry 101 or the scanning bed 102 may occur, and thus it is required to be monitored by the monitoring device.
The embodiment provides a method for monitoring the motion state of a medical scanning device. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring a motion state of a medical scanning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S210, obtaining current operation information of the medical scanning device, and determining expected operation information of the medical scanning device according to the current operation information.
The medical scanning device in the present application may be a PET device, a CT device, an MRI device, or may be a multi-modality scanning device such as a PET-CT, PET-MR, or the like. The current operation information is input instruction information currently acquired by the medical scanning device and used for controlling the action of the medical scanning device, and the expected operation information is the movement which the medical scanning device should perform and corresponds to the current operation information under the condition that no fault occurs, such as the inclination of a stand, the movement of a scanning bed and the like.
Step S220, acquiring actual operation information of the medical scanning device through the first monitoring device.
The first monitoring device of the embodiment is installed in the scanning room, can perform real-time video monitoring on the operation of the medical scanning device, and collects the actual operation information of the medical scanning device, such as a camera. The actual operation information is the actual feedback of the medical scanning equipment to the current operation information, and can be acquired simultaneously or not simultaneously with the current operation information.
Specifically, if there is no time interval between the current operation information and the expected operation information corresponding thereto, the acquisition of the actual operation information and the acquisition of the current operation information are performed simultaneously, and if there is a time interval between the current operation information and the feedback thereof, there is also a corresponding time interval between the acquisition time of the actual operation information and the acquisition time of the current operation information.
Step S230, determining an operation state of the medical scanning apparatus according to the actual operation information and the expected operation information.
In the application, the actual operation information is compared with the expected operation information, and the operation state of the medical scanning equipment is obtained according to the comparison result. The operation state of the medical scanning equipment is used for evaluating whether the medical scanning equipment is abnormal or not, and whether unexpected conditions exist in the current operation of the medical scanning equipment or not is indicated. Specifically, the operating state of the medical scanning device includes a normal state and an abnormal state, and when the actual operating information is consistent with the expected operating information, the medical scanning device is considered to be in the normal state, and at this time, the medical scanning device keeps the current operating state unchanged, and the first monitoring device continuously monitors the medical scanning device. In the case where the actual operational information is not consistent with the expected operational information, the medical scanning apparatus is considered to be in an abnormal state.
Through the steps S210 to S230, the present embodiment can obtain the actual operation information of the medical scanning device in real time based on the first monitoring device, and on this basis, the actual operation information is compared with the expected information to obtain the real-time operation state of the medical scanning device.
In some embodiments, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for acquiring actual operation information according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step S310, acquiring a monitoring video of the medical scanning device through the first monitoring device.
The monitoring video is the video of the medical scanning device obtained by the first monitoring device in real time, and comprises the running conditions of the scanning bed and the rack.
Step S320, identifying actual operation information in the monitoring video, wherein the actual operation information includes image information and sound information.
Specifically, the image information in the surveillance video is identified through an image identification algorithm, and the sound information in the surveillance video is identified through a sound identification algorithm, both the image identification algorithm and the sound identification algorithm in the embodiment are subjected to deep learning training, during training, the operation image/sound information of the medical scanning equipment for training and the operation image/sound information marked with actual operation information are used as training sets, and deep model training is performed according to the training sets, so that the image identification algorithm and the sound identification algorithm capable of identifying the actual operation information are obtained.
Through the above steps S310 and S320, the image information and the sound information of the medical scanning apparatus are identified in the monitoring image in the present embodiment, so as to improve the accuracy of the identification of the actual operation information.
Further, when the medical scanning equipment moves unexpectedly, the scanning equipment and the rack may interfere with other objects, so that the medical scanning equipment can generate different sounds from those generated during normal movement, and the abnormal state of the medical scanning equipment can be judged according to the sound information.
In some embodiments, the medical scanning system includes a medical scanning device and a console, the console includes a controller and keys, so that the current operation information of the medical scanning device can be obtained by the following method: internal control information of the medical scanning apparatus is acquired as current operation information by a controller connected to the medical scanning apparatus. The controller is used for sending internal control information to the medical scanning equipment and receiving a scanning result returned by the medical scanning equipment, wherein the internal control information is information which is sent to the medical scanning equipment by the controller and used for controlling the operation of the medical scanning equipment.
Further, the current operation information of the medical scanning apparatus can also be obtained by: and acquiring key control information of the medical scanning equipment as current operation information through the second monitoring equipment. In particular, the second monitoring device may be installed in an operation room for controlling the medical scanning device, or in a scanning room where the medical scanning device is located. In the operation room, the staff can input the internal control information to the medical scanning equipment through the keys on the console, and the states of the keys on the console can be different when different internal control information is input. The second monitoring equipment can acquire a key monitoring image reflecting the pressing and rebounding states of the keys on the console, and then identify the key states in the key monitoring image based on image identification algorithms such as image segmentation and the like, so as to finally obtain key control information. In the scanning room, the staff can operate the medical scanning device through the buttons on the rack, so that the states of the keys on the rack, such as pressing, rebounding and blocking of the keys, can be monitored through the second monitoring device in the scanning room. It should be noted that, the image recognition algorithm in this embodiment is used to recognize the key states, and is also subjected to deep learning training, and the training set includes a plurality of key images and key images labeled with specific states.
In the embodiment, the current operation information is obtained through the internal control information and/or the key control information in the controller, so that the adaptability of the method in different scenes can be improved.
Further, when the key control information is the key card key, the expected operation information corresponding to the key card key is consistent with the expected operation information in the case of the key rebound. Specifically, when there is no abnormality, the key should rebound normally after being pressed, and at this time, the medical scanning device has a corresponding expected operation information, so if the key is stuck, the medical scanning device may not operate with the expected operation information. In the embodiment, the special condition of the key card key is considered, and the corresponding expected operation information is set for the key card key so as to meet different scene requirements. In other embodiments, other expected operation information may be set for the key card according to actual requirements, for example, in the case of the key card, the medical scanning apparatus may operate according to an existing operation state, or may stop operating and remain still. And finally, comparing the actual operation information of the medical scanning equipment with the expected operation information corresponding to the key card to judge whether the medical scanning equipment is in an abnormal state.
And if the expected operation information determined according to the current operation information is inconsistent with the actual operation information, judging that the medical scanning equipment is in an abnormal state, wherein the current operation information comprises internal control information and/or key control information.
On the one hand, since the medical scanning device may have unintended movements due to component failures, software errors, etc., the monitoring may be achieved by internal control information, which is software control instructions received internally by the controller. The specific judging method comprises the following steps: the controller compares the monitoring image acquired by the first monitoring device with the internal control information of the medical scanning device, and if the actual operation information obtained according to the monitoring image conflicts with the internal control information of the medical scanning device, the medical scanning device is judged to be in an abnormal state.
On the other hand, the key control information is state information of the key such as pressing and rebounding, wherein the key comprises all user interfaces through which the user can operate the medical scanning equipment. Specifically, when a key is pressed and a key is pressed or no person operates the medical scanning device, the medical scanning device is considered to be in an abnormal state. The case of the card key is divided into two cases: 1) one is that the key is blocked when the worker is not operating; 2) the second is that after the worker actively presses the key, the key cannot rebound. Both of these conditions can cause abnormal conditions in the medical scanning apparatus. For the first case: the actual operation information of the medical scanning equipment is obtained through the first monitoring equipment, and if the medical scanning equipment moves under the condition that the keys are not manually touched, the situation that the keys are blocked is judged. And aiming at the second condition, obtaining the monitoring image of the key through the second monitoring equipment, further obtaining key control information according to the monitoring image of the key, judging whether the key rebounds, and if the key does not rebound, judging that the key is blocked.
It should be noted that, if the current operation information is only internal control information or key control information, the determination may be performed according to the internal control information or the key control information, and if the internal control information and the key control information are simultaneously obtained and current operation information obtained by the two is inconsistent, one of the current operation information corresponding to the current operation information is selected according to a preset priority for determination.
In the embodiment, the expected operation information is obtained based on the internal control information and/or the key control information, and then the expected operation information is compared with the actual operation information to judge the operation state of the medical scanning device, so that the accuracy of judging the operation state of the medical scanning device is improved.
Furthermore, after the medical scanning device is determined to be in the abnormal state, the operation of the medical scanning device needs to be stopped, and meanwhile, warning information is generated according to the abnormal state so as to remind workers that the medical scanning device is stopped emergently, so that more serious accidents are avoided, and loss is reduced. Specifically, a motion termination instruction is sent to the medical scanning equipment through a controller connected with the medical scanning equipment so as to stop the operation of the medical scanning equipment, and meanwhile, warning information is generated according to the abnormal state and is transmitted to communication equipment of staff or audible and visual alarm is carried out.
In some embodiments, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for acquiring expected operation information according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step S410, acquiring a preset corresponding relation between the current operation information and the expected operation information;
and step S420, determining expected operation information according to the corresponding relation and the current operation information.
Any operation information sent to the medical scanning device should have a corresponding feedback, i.e. running information, and the corresponding relation between the operation information and the running information can be stored in the controller in advance.
Before monitoring the operation state of the medical scanning device, it is necessary to obtain the correct corresponding relationship between all the operation information and the operation information, for example, under what kind of internal control information and key control information, the scanning bed should move forward correspondingly, under what kind of internal control information and key control information, the scanning bed should move backward, under what kind of key control information, the medical scanning device should stop operating, and so on.
In the process of monitoring the medical scanning equipment, after the current operation information is acquired, the operation information consistent with the current operation information can be searched in the corresponding relationship, and then the corresponding operation information is searched according to the corresponding relationship to be used as the expected operation information.
Through the above steps S410 and S420, the present embodiment determines the expected operation information according to the preset corresponding relationship, so that the accuracy of identifying the expected operation information can be improved.
In some embodiments, the first monitoring device and the second monitoring device each include a camera capable of capturing images, and further, the first monitoring device and the second monitoring device independently further include auxiliary detection devices, such as sensors and/or radars. The sensor may be an infrared sensor or a sound sensor, and the radar may specifically be a millimeter wave radar. If the current operation information or the actual operation information acquired by the camera device has an unclear image, the image of the sensor and/or the radar can be used for replacing and supplementing, so that more accurate monitoring is realized.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the above-described flow diagrams or in the flow diagrams of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here. For example, the order of step S210 and step S220 may be permuted.
The embodiments of the present application are described and illustrated below by means of preferred embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a medical scanning device motion state monitoring system according to a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5. The medical scanning system comprises a medical scanning device 51 and a console 52, wherein the console 52 further comprises a controller and keys, wherein the medical scanning device 51 is arranged in a scanning room, the console 52 is arranged in an operating room, a first monitoring device 53 is arranged in the scanning room and used for monitoring the medical scanning device, a second monitoring device 54 is arranged in the operating room or the scanning room and used for monitoring the keys of the console 52 and the keys on the rack of the medical scanning device 51, wherein the controller can be composed of one or more central processing units and used for receiving signals such as actual operation information of the medical scanning device collected by the first monitoring device 53, key control information collected by the second monitoring device 54 and the like, and meanwhile, the controller also receives internal control information of the medical scanning device, and the keys can be virtual touch screen keys or physical keys. When the CT system moves, the controller compares actual operation information between scans acquired by the first monitoring device 53 with internal control information, and determines whether the motion trigger of the CT system is artificial, purposeful, or conscious. If unexpected movement occurs, the CT system is judged to be in an abnormal state, the controller can stop the movement of the CT system, and can inform workers of the existence of unexpected movement such as key pressing, card pressing and the like in a prompting mode such as an alarm.
Further, when the controller performs processing, it may also analyze image information and sound information of the operation room and the scanning room, specifically, the image information refers to actual operation information acquired by the first monitoring device 53 or current operation information acquired by the second monitoring device 54, and the sound information is sound of the CT system in an abnormal state in the scanning room, for example, collision between the scanning bed and the gantry.
