Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heating non-combustible tobacco products, in particular to a heating non-combustible cigarette provided with composite polysaccharide magnetic particles.
Technical Field
The cigarette is heated by electronic equipment instead of burning tobacco substances, open fire and ash are not generated in the smoking process of the cigarette, the cigarette is environment-friendly, consumers can feel the fragrance of the tobacco when smoking the cigarette by the electronic heating equipment, harmful substances generated by pyrolysis in the conventional cigarette in burning are reduced, an effective way is provided for healthy smoking of the consumers, and the smoking mode is popular at home and abroad, so that a considerable consumption group is formed.
Compared with the traditional cigarettes, the heating of the non-combustible tobacco cigarettes utilizes an external heat source to heat tobacco rather than ignite the tobacco to generate nicotine and tobacco flavor substances so as to meet the demands of tobacco consumers. Because the heating non-burning cigarettes are heated at a low temperature (300-500 ℃), the release of tar and harmful substances in main stream smoke can be greatly reduced, and the heating non-burning cigarettes become the main stream direction of the development of the tobacco industry.
Compared with the traditional cigarettes, the heating non-burning tobacco products are heated by carbon or electricity to ensure that the non-burning tobacco products are not burnt, smoke is generated by low-temperature pyrolysis at the temperature of 200-400 ℃, and the smoke is filtered, so that the temperature of 50-100 ℃ is 50-100 ℃, the consumers can suck the fragrance of the tobacco, and meanwhile, the harmful smoke components of the conventional cigarettes, which are cracked and distilled in the burning process, are reduced.
The smoking set that heating incombustible technique adopted generally includes the casing, locates the holding pipe that is used for holding the cigarette in the casing and arranges the heating element outside holding the pipe, inserts the cigarette in the casing during the use, then heating element circular telegram generates heat and toasts the cigarette through holding the pipe heating for the cigarette releases the aromatic substance and supplies the user to inhale. The existing heating assembly is divided into resistance type heating and electromagnetic type heating, heat emitted by electrifying the heating assembly is firstly transferred to a containing tube, the containing tube is used for heating cigarettes, the defects of low heating efficiency, high power consumption and slow heating of the existing cigarettes are caused, the problem can be overcome through electromagnetic type heating, alternating current is introduced into an electromagnetic heating coil in the electromagnetic type heating assembly so as to generate an alternating magnetic field, metal in the non-combustible cigarettes is heated through cutting alternating magnetic lines so as to generate alternating current, namely vortex, at a high speed, and vortex electrons move randomly, collide and rub with each other so as to generate heat energy, namely materials contained in the cigarettes are heated in the cigarettes, the commercial products of the electromagnetic type heater for cigarettes are more, the electromagnetic type heating non-combustible novel cigarette heating device is disclosed in the prior art, such as a tobacco smoking device based on electromagnetic heating disclosed in Chinese patent with publication No. CN 201520621349.7.
The heating non-combustible cigarette adapted by the heating device is generally filled with metal substances in a smoke section to complete electromagnetic heating, as disclosed in China patent with publication number of CN2015121329. X, a novel cigarette for heating non-combustible cigarettes is heated by electromagnetic heating, a disc or a ring made of metal is arranged in the middle of a cigarette body of the cigarette, rapid heating can be realized, the heating of the cigarette body is more uniform and sufficient, china patent with publication number of CN202021127931.5 discloses an electromagnetic heating smoking set and a matched cigarette, the electromagnetic heating smoking set comprises a smoke generator, the smoke generator comprises a cigarette accommodating cavity, an induction coil is arranged on the periphery of the cigarette accommodating cavity, and the winding mode of the induction coil is gradually changed from sparse; the tobacco material section of supporting cigarette has the heat acceptor, the heat acceptor is granular magnetic permeability heating material, the heat acceptor with tobacco material section mixes together and forms the section of fuming, but the heat acceptor that this scheme was filled is pure metal magnetic particle, and density is too high, and in the cigarette connect the in-process, the magnetic field that the high-speed operation of cigarette machine produced can adsorb magnetic particle, has the influence to the running speed of cigarette machine, and has reduced the actual magnetic particle quantity that adds in the cigarette, influences heating efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a heating nonflammable cigarette provided with composite polysaccharide magnetic particles, wherein the density of the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles is low, the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles are resistant to processing, and the prepared heating nonflammable cigarette has high heating efficiency.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the heating non-combustion cigarette provided with the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles comprises a smoke generating section, a smoke guiding section, a cooling section and a filter tip section which are sequentially connected, wherein the smoke generating section is filled with a mixture of the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles and an aerosol matrix, the smoke guiding section is a hollow cellulose acetate tube, the filter tip section is filled with cellulose acetate tows, the outer layers of the smoke generating section, the smoke guiding section, the cooling section and the filter tip section are all coated with cigarette paper, and the mass ratio of the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles to the aerosol matrix is 1: (30-100).
The whole idea of the scheme is that the prepared composite polysaccharide magnetic particles are filled in a smoke section of a heating non-burning cigarette, the smoke section is heated to heat an aerosol matrix mixed with the smoke section, so as to generate aerosol, the aerosol is a suspension of solid particles or liquid drops in gas such as air, namely 'smoke' of a person in the field, during smoking, volatile compounds in the aerosol matrix are released from the aerosol forming matrix through heat transfer from a heat source and are entrained in the air through sucking aerosol generating products, the smoke is conveyed to a cooling section through a smoke guide section to be cooled, the condensed aerosol compounds, namely smoke, are sucked into a filter section through a user, the magnetic particles in the scheme are wrapped by the composite polysaccharide, the relatively simple magnetic particles are added in the aerosol matrix, the density of the whole particle system is reduced due to the wrapping of the composite polysaccharide on the metal magnetic particles, the polysaccharide outer layer has a protective effect on the inner layer metal magnetic particles, the volatile compounds in the processing of the smoke section are more resistant to processing, the polysaccharide has a certain effect on the magnetic particles, the composite polysaccharide is easy to absorb the magnetic particles in the smoke section, the composite polysaccharide is not influenced by the composite polysaccharide, and the composite polysaccharide is easy to be absorbed by the smoke particles in the smoke section, so that the quantity of the composite polysaccharide is not influenced by the composite particles easily to be heated.
Preferably, the composite polysaccharide magnetic particles are magnetic particles wrapped by cellulose/chitosan composite, and chitosan can be used as an adhesive of aerosol matrixes to adhere the aerosol matrixes together, so that smoke generating sections are more compact, and the magnetic particles can be embedded; the cellulose and the chitosan are easy to form hydrogen bonds, and the jointly embedded magnetic particles can enhance the stability of the composite magnetic particles, so that the composite magnetic particles are resistant to processing, and on the other hand, the porous structure and the inflammability of the composite magnetic particles can be used as the combustion improver of the aerosol matrix, so that the heating difficulty is reduced, and the heating efficiency is improved.
