Detailed Description
The terminology used in the description of the embodiments section of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application.
In the prior art, if a traffic light at an intersection fails, such as a line fault or a power supply system fault, and the traffic light is not on, and the traffic indication function is lost, vehicles passing through the intersection lose the traffic order due to the traffic light fault, so that the phenomena of intersection blockage and the like are easily caused, the traffic efficiency is low, the occurrence rate of traffic accidents is increased, and the like, and troubles are brought to urban traffic.
Therefore, the application provides a traffic light information processing method, an electronic device and a traffic system, which can indicate vehicles to pass under the condition that the traffic light fails, avoid crossing blockage, reduce accident rate and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic method diagram of an embodiment of a traffic light information processing method according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the traffic light information processing method may include:
s101, obtaining traffic light information of the intersection.
Preferably, the traffic light information may be used to indicate the operation conditions of the traffic lights at the intersection, such as the on/off conditions of the traffic lights, the variation law of the traffic lights (e.g., the variation law of the red, green and yellow lights), and the like.
And S102, judging whether the traffic light has a fault or not based on the traffic light information.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the traffic light information processing method may be applied to a traffic system. The traffic system may include a camera device for capturing an image of the intersection, the traffic light information includes the image captured by the camera device, and step S102 may include:
and carrying out image recognition on the image, and determining whether the traffic light has a fault according to a recognition result.
Preferably, the camera device may be fixedly installed at the intersection and shoot towards the traffic light of the intersection to obtain an image, or the traffic light is within the shooting range of the camera device, so that the image shot by the camera device may include a traffic light area, such as an RGB image. Because the intersection can include a plurality of intersection directions, for example, the intersection includes 4 intersection directions, and a traffic light is arranged in each intersection direction, the traffic system can include a plurality of camera devices, and each camera device is respectively used for shooting images in each intersection direction.
Since the camera device and the traffic light are kept relatively fixed, the area of the traffic light in the image captured by the camera device can be defined as a preset area or range in the image. In other alternative embodiments, the image may be identified to obtain the traffic light area, for example, a special mark, such as a color or an object mark, is disposed at an edge of the traffic light area, and after the image is captured by the image capturing device, the traffic light area is identified according to the special mark in the image.
Considering that the traffic light is not turned on when the traffic light fails, the color of the traffic light is darkened (different from red, green, yellow, and the like), and the recognition result may include that the traffic light is turned on and the traffic light is turned off, so in step S101, it may be determined whether the color of the traffic light region in the image is greater than or equal to any one of a red threshold value, a green threshold value, and a yellow threshold value, if so, the recognition result is output as that the traffic light is turned on, and if not, the recognition result is output as that the traffic light is turned off, indicating that the traffic light fails. The color of the traffic light region in the image may include red, yellow, or green of all pixel points in the traffic light region.
Further, the camera device may capture a video, the video may include a plurality of images, and when the identification result is that the traffic light is on, step S101 may further include obtaining a color of the traffic light in each image and a corresponding capture time, obtaining a change rule of the traffic light, such as a change rule and a duration of the red light, the green light, and the yellow light, according to the color of the traffic light and the corresponding capture time, and determining whether the change rule of the traffic light satisfies a preset change rule (such as whether the duration of the red light, the green light, or the yellow light is within a corresponding preset range), if so, outputting the identification result that the traffic light is not failed, and if not, outputting the identification result that the traffic light is failed.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the traffic light is not in fault, the traffic system may obtain the change law of the traffic light, if there is a traffic light control device at the intersection, the traffic light control device is used to control the state or change law of the traffic light, and has an input/output interface, the traffic system may access the input/output interface of the traffic light control device, and obtain the change law of the traffic light from the traffic light control device, and send traffic light configuration information to the traffic light control device, the traffic light configuration information is used to configure the change law of the traffic light, and the like, so that the traffic light control device configures the change law of the traffic light, and the like, to improve the traffic quality.
S103, if the traffic light breaks down, traffic indication information is obtained, and the traffic indication information is used for indicating that vehicles pass through the intersection.
That is to say, the traffic indication information can indicate that the vehicles orderly pass through the intersection, so that the situations of jam and the like are avoided, and the accident rate is reduced. For example, the traffic indication information may include timing data of a plurality of intersection directions, and the timing data is used to indicate a time period or a time variation law, and the like, in which the intersection directions allow the vehicle to pass or prohibit the vehicle from passing.
In one possible implementation manner, the traffic system is connected to a traffic light management center, where the traffic light management center includes traffic indication information, and step S103 may include:
s201, sending a traffic indication request to the traffic light management center, wherein the traffic indication request is used for requesting to acquire the traffic indication information;
s202, receiving the traffic indication information sent by the traffic light management center.
That is, in the event of a failure of a traffic light, the traffic system may obtain traffic indicating information from a traffic light management center, such as a traffic light management department or other device that stores traffic indicating information. The traffic light management center can obtain traffic indication information according to historical traffic light change rules or traffic flow information of the intersection, or artificially set the traffic indication information of the intersection, and the like.
In one possible implementation manner, the traffic light change rule of the intersection is recorded in the traffic system, and step S103 may include:
and generating traffic indication information according to the traffic light change rule of the intersection.
That is, the traffic system may establish a connection with the traffic light, and when the traffic light is not in failure, the traffic system records a change law of the traffic light, and the change law of the traffic light may include a change law (or a change time) of a red light, a green light, or a yellow light of the traffic light, and the like. The traffic indication information may be consistent with traffic light change laws, etc. Therefore, the traffic system can obtain the traffic indication information without the need of a traffic light tube center, and the applicability is increased.
In one possible implementation manner, the intersection includes a plurality of intersection directions, the traffic system includes a plurality of camera devices, the traffic indication information includes timing data of the plurality of intersection directions, and step S103 may include:
s301, acquiring a plurality of images of the intersection direction, wherein the image of each intersection direction is obtained by shooting through the camera device;
s302, carrying out image recognition on the image of each intersection direction to obtain traffic flow information of a plurality of intersection directions;
and S303, acquiring timing data of each intersection direction according to the traffic flow information of each intersection direction.
Preferably, the road (vehicle may be present) and the traffic light in the intersection direction may be captured by one camera, that is, the image captured by the camera may include the road in the intersection direction, the vehicle (if present) on the road and the traffic light, and it should be noted that the capturing angle of the camera may be preset to reduce the rate of coverage of the vehicle and the traffic light after the image is imaged. In other alternative embodiments, the road (where there may be vehicles) and the traffic lights in the intersection direction may be captured by different cameras respectively, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the image of each intersection direction may further include a road region, the road region may be a fixed region preset in the image, and the road region may correspond to a road in the intersection direction. The traffic information may include the number of vehicles in the road area, and the number of vehicles in the road area is obtained by performing image recognition on the road area in the image in step S302.
Further, each of the intersection directions includes a straight road and a turning road (such as a left-turn road, a right-turn road or a u-turn road), the traffic information of a plurality of the intersection directions includes the number of vehicles of the straight road and the number of vehicles of the turning road, the road area in the image of the intersection direction may include a straight road area and a turning road area, and the step S302 may include:
s401, obtaining vehicles in the images of the intersection direction;
s402, judging whether the vehicles are in the straight road area or not, and obtaining the number of the vehicles on the straight road according to the judgment result;
and S403, judging whether the vehicle is in the turning road area or not, and obtaining the number of the vehicles on the turning road according to the judgment result.
The vehicle in the image may include a vehicle contour (or a partial contour after the vehicle is partially blocked), and the like, that is, due to the limitation of the shooting angle, a part of the vehicle in the road may be blocked by an obstacle such as another vehicle, and therefore, the vehicle in the image may include a partial contour of the vehicle.
Preferably, an image semantic segmentation algorithm may be used to extract vehicle outlines (or partial vehicle outlines) in the image, so as to obtain a region or an identifier (such as a number) corresponding to each vehicle. The image semantic segmentation algorithm may include, but is not limited to, one or more of MASK-RCNN, Yolact, SOLO series, deep Lab series, and the like.
In step S402, it is determined whether the area corresponding to each vehicle in the image overlaps the straight road area (e.g., whether the intersection is 0), if so, the vehicle is in the straight road area, and the number of vehicles in the straight road area (i.e., the number of vehicles on the straight road) is counted, otherwise, the vehicle is not in the straight road area.
Accordingly, in step S403, it is determined whether the area corresponding to each vehicle in the image overlaps the turning road area (e.g., whether the intersection is 0), if so, the vehicle is in the turning road area, and the number of vehicles in the turning road area (i.e., the number of vehicles on the turning road) is counted, and if not, the vehicle is not in the turning road area. It should be noted that the number of vehicles turning the road may also include the number of vehicles turning left the road and the number of vehicles turning right the road.
It is known to those skilled in the art that the intersection direction may also include straight and turning roads (roads allowing both straight and turning), to determine whether the vehicle is in the straight and turning roads, to obtain the number of vehicles in the straight and turning roads according to the determination result, and the like, without being limited thereto.
In step S303, the timing data of each intersection direction may include timing data of a straight road, timing data of a turning road, and the like, and the timing data of the straight road and the timing data of the turning road may be determined according to the number of vehicles in the straight road and the number of vehicles in the turning road in each road direction, for example, when the number of vehicles in the straight road is recognized to be large, the time period during which the vehicles are allowed to go straight in the timing data of the straight road is increased to increase the number of vehicles passing on the straight road in a single straight time period, and when the number of vehicles in the turning road is recognized to be large, the time period during which the vehicles are allowed to turn in the timing data of the turning road is increased to increase the number of vehicles passing on the turning road in a curve in a single turning time period to improve traffic quality.
In one possible implementation manner, step S303 may include:
s501, weather information is obtained;
s502, inputting the weather information and the traffic information into a neural network model, and outputting timing data of each intersection direction.
In this embodiment, the traffic system may establish a connection with the weather system, the weather system stores real-time weather information, the traffic system may send the position (or coordinates, etc.) of the intersection to the weather system, and the weather system sends the weather information corresponding to the position of the intersection to the traffic system. The weather information includes wind speed, rainfall, road humidity, etc. of weather conditions (such as sunny days, rainy days, snowy days, foggy days, etc.).
The neural network model can be obtained by training a training sample, the training sample can contain a plurality of pieces of weather information, traffic flow information and timing data of each intersection direction, and the trained neural network model can comprise a mapping relation of the weather information, the traffic flow information and the timing data of each intersection direction.
In one possible implementation manner, the traffic indication information includes timing data of the intersection, and step S103 may include:
s601, acquiring traffic light information of an adjacent intersection adjacent to the intersection;
s602, acquiring traffic flow information of the intersection;
s603, obtaining timing data of the intersection according to the traffic light information of the adjacent intersection and the traffic flow information of the intersection.
The traffic system may obtain traffic light information of adjacent intersections from the traffic light management center, for example, the adjacent intersections adjacent to the intersection may be determined according to the identifications of the intersections, such as numbers or coordinates, and the adjacent intersections may represent the previous intersection or the next intersection of the intersection, or intersections in the same traffic area, and the traffic area may be set in advance manually or obtained by dividing the traffic area on a map according to a preset area or size.
In order to improve the passing quality of vehicles at a plurality of intersections or relieve the traffic pressure at the peak period, the timing data of the current intersection is optimized by considering the traffic light information (such as the traffic light change rule) of the adjacent intersections and the traffic flow information of the current intersection, so that the passing time of the vehicles at the plurality of intersections is shortened, and the passing quality is improved.
Furthermore, the traffic system can also acquire traffic information of a plurality of intersections, select the traffic information of an adjacent intersection adjacent to the current intersection from the traffic information of the plurality of intersections, and obtain the timing data of the current intersection according to the traffic information of the adjacent intersection, the traffic information of the current intersection and the traffic light information of the adjacent intersection. For example, the traffic system may include that the timing data of the intersection corresponds to a maximum number of vehicles allowed to pass (e.g., a maximum number of vehicles allowed to pass within a single passing time period, etc.), and the timing data of the current intersection should satisfy that the number of vehicles passing at multiple intersections is not greater than the maximum number, so as to ensure traffic quality and traffic efficiency and avoid occurrence of congestion and other phenomena.
And S104, sending the traffic indication information to vehicles passing through the intersection.
In this embodiment, the traffic system includes a wireless gateway, the wireless gateway is installed at the intersection, and the wireless gateway can broadcast and send traffic indication information to passing vehicles (or vehicle-mounted terminals, etc.) at the intersection, such as bluetooth, wifi, NB-loT, LoRa, etc. in a wireless broadcast manner, so that the passing vehicles at the intersection can pass through the intersection according to the traffic indication information after receiving the traffic indication information, thereby avoiding traffic congestion, etc. and reducing the occurrence rate of traffic accidents. The vehicle can include a man-made vehicle or an unmanned vehicle, the man-made vehicle can show or broadcast the traffic indication information, so that a driver can pass through the intersection according to the traffic indication information, and the unmanned vehicle can control the vehicle running state according to the traffic indication information so as to pass through the intersection.
In summary, under the condition that the traffic lights have faults, vehicles pass through the intersection according to the traffic indication information, the conditions of traffic jam and the like can be effectively avoided, and the accident rate is reduced.
It should be noted that the 3GPP defined communication standard of vehicle networking (V2X) is well established at present, and the evolution direction from 4G to 5G is also defined; however, the price of the current 5G internet of vehicles (V2X) communication module is high, and the vehicle-mounted terminal needs to support both 4G and 5G dual modes and other functions, so that the cost is high. In addition to the large investment required for early development and infrastructure, the 5G vehicle network (V2X) also faces the problem of the need to find "first customers". Therefore, in the embodiment, the traffic system adopts a mode of broadcast communication between the wireless gateway and vehicles passing through the intersection, so that the cost can be effectively reduced, and the realization difficulty is low.
In one possible implementation manner, the traffic light information further includes a positioning location, and the method may further include:
and if the traffic light fails, sending the positioning position to the traffic light management center.
That is to say, the traffic light management center can determine the position of the traffic light with a fault according to the positioning position, so that the traffic management department can conveniently remove the fault in time or maintain the traffic light.
Furthermore, the traffic system can also send fault information to the traffic light management center, wherein the fault information is that the traffic light is not on, or the traffic light changes regularly and fails, so as to improve the efficiency of fault removal.

Further, the various steps may be performed in a different order presented in the above-described embodiments, and it is possible that not all of the operations in the above-described embodiments are performed.
