Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a multiple lock actuator safe including a housing 100 and a door 101 disposed on the housing 100. Wherein the door 101 is coupled to a multi-lock actuator lock system. Referring to fig. 2, the lock system comprises an interaction means 3, a controller 4 and a multiple lock actuator 2. Wherein the interaction means 3 is connected to the controller 4. In this embodiment, the interaction device 3 includes a display 103 and an operation panel 104. Referring to fig. 1, a display 103 and an operation panel 104 are provided on a case 100. The multiple lock actuator 2 includes a number of locking mechanisms and locking pins 200. The locking mechanisms connect the locking pins 200 in a parallel connection such that when all locking mechanisms are locked, the locking pins 200 are locked; when one of the locking mechanisms is unlocked, the lock pin 200 is unlocked. In particular to the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, there are four locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204, respectively. The four locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203, 204 are connected to the lock pin 200 by a parallel connection mechanism 210, thereby achieving a parallel connection of the locking mechanisms. The locking mechanism is connected with the controller 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the parallel connection mechanism 210 is an alternative parallel connection structure including four first lock plates, two first links, two second lock plates, a second link 24, a lock pin plate 25, and a gear 26. Wherein the four first lock plates are first lock plates 211, 212, 213 and 214, respectively; the two first links are first links 221 and 222, respectively; the two second lock plates are second lock plates 231 and 232, respectively. The first lock plates 211, 212, 213, and 214, the second lock plates 231 and 232, and the lock pin plate 25 are provided on the mounting plate by the translation restricting mechanism, and are provided in the door 101 by the mounting plate. The first lock plates 211, 212, 213, and 214, the second lock plates 231 and 232, and the lock pin plate 25 are translatable, and the translation directions are parallel to each other. In the specific example of fig. 3, the translation direction is vertical. The two ends of the first link 221 are respectively connected with the first lock plates 211 and 212 in a sliding and swinging manner; the first link 222 has both ends connected to the first locking plates 213 and 214 in a sliding swing manner, respectively. The second lock plate 231 and the second lock plate 232 are respectively connected to the middle of the first link 221 and the first link 222. The two ends of the second link 24 are respectively connected with the second locking plate 231 and the second locking plate 232 in a sliding and swinging mode. The middle of the second link 24 is connected to a latch plate 25. The latch plate 25 is connected to the latch 200 and provided with a rack engaged with the gear 26. The gear 26 is connected to the handle 102. The first lock plates 211, 212, 213, and 214 correspond to the locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203, and 204, respectively. The locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204 are provided with locking tongues, which when extended, snap onto corresponding first locking plates, thereby locking their corresponding first locking plates. The first lock plate cannot translate in the locked condition. When the four locking mechanisms are locked, the locking bolts extended from the locking mechanisms are caught on the four first locking plates, so that the four first locking plates are locked, thereby making the second locking plates 231 and 232 connected to the first locking plates through the first links 221 and 222 also locked to be unable to translate, and thus making the locking pin plate 25 connected through the second link 24 locked to be unable to translate, thereby also making the locking pin 200 locked. When the lock pin 200 is locked, the handle 102 cannot be turned to open the door 101. When one of the locking mechanisms is unlocked, its corresponding first lock plate may translate in the translational direction, and accordingly, the first link and the second lock plate to which the first lock plate is connected are unlocked, and the unlocked second lock plate may translate in the translational direction, and accordingly, the second link and the lock pin plate 25 are unlocked, meaning that the lock pin 200 is unlocked. When the lock pin 200 is unlocked, the door 101 can be opened by turning the handle 102.
The controller 4 is implemented by a microprocessor and a memory, and the following steps are implemented by the microprocessor executing a program instruction set: receiving an unlocking request input by a user through the interaction device 3, and then executing unlocking according to the unlocking request; when unlocking, at least one locking mechanism is selected in a alternately alternating mode to execute unlocking. The above steps are the unlocking method of the invention.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the controller 4 interacts with the interaction device 3, the user inputs an unlocking request through the operation panel 104. The operation panel 104 may be one or a combination of input devices such as a password input panel, a fingerprint input device, a finger vein input device, and an iris input device. The user uses the user identity information as an unlocking request through the operation panel 104. The controller 4 authenticates according to the user identity information in the unlocking request, and the unlocking is executed after the authentication is passed.
When unlocking, at least one locking mechanism is selected in a alternately alternating mode to execute unlocking. The controller selects one or two locking mechanisms to unlock when unlocking for a certain time, and then selects other locking mechanisms to unlock when unlocking for the next time, so that each locking mechanism can have the opportunity of equally executing unlocking in a certain unlocking time period, and alternate rotation is realized. For example, in the four locking mechanisms of the present embodiment, the unlocking of the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 is selected when the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 are first unlocked, the unlocking of the locking mechanisms 203 and 204 is performed when the locking mechanisms 201 and 203 are next unlocked, and the unlocking of the locking mechanisms 202 and 204 is performed when the locking mechanisms are next unlocked, so that each locking mechanism is traversed at least twice with each four unlocking cycles. Obviously, it is also possible to unlock one locking mechanism or three locking mechanisms each time an unlock is made. The advantage of using the alternating described above is that the locking mechanism itself is easily caught, especially in the case of a long-term non-use of the locking mechanism, because the internal parts rust or lack of lubrication. And all locking mechanisms have equal unlocking opportunities in a alternately-rotating mode, so that the locking mechanisms are prevented from being blocked due to long-time unlocking. Meanwhile, the multiple lock actuator is an alternative unlocking mechanism, as long as one of the locking mechanisms is not unlocked by both unlocking lock pin 200 to open door 101 of the safe. With a single locking mechanism, if the locking mechanism is stuck, the door 101 is permanently stuck because it cannot be unlocked. Assuming that the probability of the locking mechanism getting stuck is one hundred percent, the probability of the lock pin 200 getting stuck due to the locking mechanism getting stuck is one hundred parts per million in the unlocking mechanism of the fourth alternative embodiment.
Further, under the unlocking method, the method may further include the following steps: judging whether the locking mechanism which is unlocked or not, and if the unlocking is not completed, selecting other locking mechanisms to unlock. Wherein, the "judging whether the unlocking of the locking mechanism is completed or not" is obtained by the controller 4 collecting the locking state of the locking mechanism. Specifically, in this embodiment, for example, the controller 4 selects to unlock the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 by alternately changing the rule when unlocking the lock, and unlocks the locking mechanisms 203 and 204 if the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 are all completely unlocked. Thus, in the above method, if any one of the four locking mechanisms is not locked, the unlocking can be completed at one time.
It should be noted that the multi-lock actuator 2 is merely exemplary, and there are other structures in which a plurality of lock mechanisms are connected to lock pins in parallel in practical applications. In particular, according to the above-described one-out-of-four parallel connection structure of the present embodiment, it is easy for a person skilled in the art to construct one-out-of-two or one-out-of-three parallel connection structure, and accordingly, the multiple lock actuator 2 includes two lock mechanisms or three lock mechanisms.
Furthermore, the "connection" between the door 101 and the lock system is a generic meaning, divided into several cases: the first is that the lock system is integrally provided on the door 101; the second is that the lock system is integrally provided on the case 100; the third is that the lock system part structure is provided on the cabinet 100 and part structure is provided on the door 101. For example, in the present embodiment, the multiple lock actuator of the lock system is provided on the door 101, and the interaction device 3 of the lock system, that is, the display 103 and the operation panel 104 are provided on the cabinet 100. In other embodiments, the interaction means 3 may even be implemented by a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a palm top computer or the like. The interaction means 3 is now typically connected to the controller 4 by wireless means. In this case, it can also be considered that the lock system does not comprise interaction means.
In addition, the unlocking device is a virtual device corresponding to the unlocking method.
In addition, it should be noted that the unlocking of this embodiment adopts a alternately alternating manner. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that this alternating pattern may be replaced with a predetermined frequency of unlocking the locking mechanism. For example, in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the unlocking frequencies of the locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203, 204 are 3,4,5,6, respectively. Thus, in unlocking 3+4+5+6=18 times, the locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203, and 204 are unlocked 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, and 6 times, respectively.
In addition, in the above-mentioned "judging whether the lock mechanism to be unlocked is completely unlocked", if it is detected that the lock mechanism to be unlocked is not unlocked, the fault information of the lock mechanism not unlocked is reported while other lock mechanisms are selected to be unlocked. The fault information typically includes the identification code of the current safe, the identification number of the locking mechanism that was not unlocked, the time of failure to unlock. Therefore, after the server receives the reported fault information of the locking mechanism, the server can arrange staff to maintain in time.
