Because electronic data has the problems of easy tampering, difficult storage and the like, it is generally difficult for an arbitration commission, court and other aesthetic institutions to quickly judge the authenticity and integrity of the electronic data as evidence.
Based on the above problems, the existing solutions are:
and completely transmitting the electronic data generated in the information system business link to the on-site evidence storage equipment, calculating the hash value of the data to be stored by the on-site evidence storage equipment, and transmitting the calculated hash value to a third party evidence storage system. In the proving link, the electronic data is taken as evidence, and the electronic data is required to be re-carved into hardware storage media such as a U disk, an optical disk and the like and submitted to an approval mechanism. And an operation mechanism of the third party certification system opens a stamped paper certification file for the certification electronic data, and certifies the integrity of the electronic data to an inspection mechanism.
The problems existing in the existing scheme are as follows:
(1) Various information systems send electronic data to the field storage equipment for storage, and the electronic data is repeatedly stored in the mechanism and the field storage equipment, so that the storage cost and the management cost are very high;
(2) And in the verification link, the on-site verification equipment can obtain the electronic data original. And in the verification link, the electronic data is required to be handed to a third party verification system. The on-site evidence-storing equipment and the third party evidence-storing system can grasp the part of electronic information, and a certain risk of information leakage exists;
(3) The electronic data is transmitted in the modes of hardware medium or paper in the evidence submitting link and the evidence storing and proving link, so that the flow is complex and the efficiency is low.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making apparent the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, wherein the exemplary embodiments of the present invention and the descriptions thereof are for illustrating the present invention only and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an electronic data evidence storage client for network arbitration and litigation, which comprises a message receiving module, an evidence storage module and a case application module;
the information receiving module is used for acquiring the hash value and the storage path of the electronic data to be authenticated from the information system;
in the business transaction process, the generated electronic data are generally stored in each information system in a scattered way, and each information system carries out hash calculation on the electronic data such as operation records, electronic contracts and transaction running water to obtain corresponding hash values; meanwhile, the information system sends the calculated hash value and a storage path of corresponding electronic data in the information system to the message receiving module, more specifically:
the electronic data are generated in different time stages of user login, real-name authentication or contract signing, and after each time stage is finished, the information system sends the hash value and the storage path of the electronic data to the message receiving module so as to ensure timeliness of the electronic data certification. In the embodiment, in order to facilitate the subsequent searching of each certificate storing data in the information system, the information system further adds a query code identifier for each certificate storing data, where the query code identifier may be any combination of data such as a transaction serial number, a user name, a certificate number, etc. of each certificate storing data, for example, the query code identifier is set as the certificate number, and in the subsequent searching process, all the certificate storing data related to the certificate number may be retrieved from the information system by inputting the certificate number; when the inquiry code mark is set as the transaction serial number, the verification data can be accurately obtained by inputting the transaction serial number.
Further, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate identification of the specific meaning of the corresponding number in each piece of the certification data, the information system further configures the transmission format of the transmitted certification data. The configuration sequence comprises a data sequence, an image file identifier and a query code identifier, wherein the three parts take # # # as separators, namely $ { electronic data storage path } # # # $ { electronic data hash value } # # # $ { query code identifier }, and each part takes ++as separators to define a plurality of data, a plurality of image file identifiers and a plurality of query codes.
Formats such as:
NAME_HASH&&NUMBER_HASH&&PHONE_HASH&&CONTRACT_HASH####NAME_PATH&&NUMBER_PATH&&PHONE_PATH&&CONTRACT_PATH&&####NUMBER。
the HASH value of the electronic data is marked as "x_hash", for example, number_hash represents the HASH value of the user certificate NUMBER, the storage PATH of the electronic data in the information system storage system is marked as "x_path", for example, number_path represents the storage PATH of the user certificate NUMBER in the information system; NUMBER is used as a query code to support the query of the document storage data through the document NUMBER of the user.
The certification module is used for acquiring and storing the hash value, the corresponding storage path and the query code identifier from the message receiving module, transmitting the hash value to the notarization terminal and storing the certification serial number and the notarization terminal mechanism code fed back by the notarization terminal; the verification module can read whether the hash value and the corresponding storage path exist in the message receiving module in real time, or can read whether the hash value and the corresponding storage path exist in the message receiving module at intervals of a certain time period, in this embodiment, in order to reduce the workload of the processor and reduce the number of invalid reading processes (that is, the hash value and the corresponding storage path do not exist in the message receiving module), a timing task is set in the verification module, and the message receiving module is polled at fixed time to acquire the electronic data hash value and the storage path to be verified;
the system is also used for responding to the inquiry command generated by the case application module, acquiring first electronic data, a first certificate-storing serial number and a first certificate-end mechanism code from the information system according to the inquiry code identification and the storage path, and transmitting the first electronic data, the first certificate-storing serial number and the first certificate-end mechanism code to the case application module;
the case application module is used for generating a query instruction according to arbitration and litigation application input by a user; the first electronic data, the first certificate-storing serial number and the first notarization end mechanism code are transmitted to the examination end;
the first electronic data are electronic data acquired from the information system according to the storage path; the first certificate-storing serial number is a certificate-storing serial number of the hash value of the first electronic data at the notarization end; the first notarization end mechanism code is a notarization end mechanism code for storing the hash value of the first electronic data.
Specifically, when a client needs network arbitration and litigation, clicking an arbitration and litigation application, popping up an editable page, inputting a query code identifier such as a certificate number in the page, acquiring all data related to the certificate by a certification module based on the certificate number, selecting corresponding certification data by the client according to the need, acquiring a storage path of the certification data by the certification module based on the certification data selected by the client, acquiring corresponding first electronic data from an information system based on the storage path, acquiring a first certification serial number and a first notarization end mechanism code by the certification data, transmitting the first electronic data, the first certification serial number and the first notarization end mechanism code to a case application module, and transmitting the data to an approval end by the case application module.
Compared with the prior art, when the scheme of the application is used, in the process of storing the electronic data, the information system uploads the hash value and the storage path of the electronic data to the client, so that the problem of high storage cost caused by repeated storage of the electronic data can be effectively solved; meanwhile, when the client side submits the verification data to the notarization side, the hash value of the electronic data is submitted, so that the notarization side cannot contact with the electronic data original during the electronic data verification process, and the leakage of the electronic data can be effectively prevented; in addition, in the verification link of the electronic data storage certificate, the electronic data is directly uploaded to the examination terminal through the client terminal, and the notarization terminal cannot acquire the electronic data original, so that the leakage of the electronic data can be effectively prevented.
Further, in order to accelerate the operation flow and reduce unnecessary workload, in this embodiment, the verification module is further configured to calculate a hash value of the first electronic data, and when the calculated hash value of the first electronic data is the same as the hash value of the first electronic data stored in the verification module, the electronic data in the information system is considered not to be tampered, and the verification module transmits the first electronic data to the case application module; when the calculated hash value of the first electronic data is different from the hash value of the first electronic data stored in the storage module, the electronic data in the information system is considered to be tampered, and then the electronic data is transmitted to the approval section without being necessary, so that time is wasted and invalid workload is increased.
Further, in order to ensure the real validity of the hash value in the certification module, the certification module in the implementation is further used for encrypting the hash value when the hash value of the electronic data to be certified is acquired from the message receiving module, so that the hash value is prevented from being modified by an important person.
Further, in this embodiment, the case application module may be further configured to perfect corresponding litigation material information according to information fed back by the approval end, and transmit the litigation material information to the approval authority, considering that the client does not know which materials need to be provided or the materials provided in a single time are incomplete in the network arbitration and litigation process.
Further, in order to facilitate the clients to clearly understand the progress of network arbitration and litigation, the case application module is further configured to receive arbitration and litigation progress fed back by the end of trial.
Example 2

the receiving module is used for receiving the hash value of the electronic data to be stored, which is transmitted by the client, and the first serial number of the stored certificate, which is transmitted by the examination end;
the generation module is used for generating a corresponding serial number of the certificate for each received hash value, binding the serial number of the certificate with the hash value and obtaining the corresponding relation between each serial number of the certificate and each hash value;
the storage module is used for storing the hash value, the certificate storage serial number and the corresponding relation;
the retrieval module is used for acquiring the corresponding hash value from the storage module according to the first certificate serial number transmitted by the examination end and the corresponding relation stored in the storage module, and transmitting the hash value to the examination end.
In the application document, the notarization terminal only stores the hash value for verifying whether the electronic data is tampered or not, and does not store the original electronic data, so that the risk of disclosure of the electronic data can be effectively reduced.
Further, in order to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the hash value stored in the storage module, the hash value is prevented from being easily changed by an average person, and the notarization terminal in the embodiment is further provided with an encryption module for encrypting the hash value received by the receiving module.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an electronic data storage verification and approval end for network arbitration and litigation, which comprises a sending module, a receiving module, a calculating module and a comparing module;
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving the litigation information transmitted by a client, wherein the litigation information comprises a first evidence storage serial number, a first notarization terminal operation mechanism code, first electronic data and litigation material information; and the notarization terminal feeds back a hash value according to the first notarization serial number;
the sending module is used for sending a first certificate-storing serial number to the corresponding notarization terminal according to the code of the first notarization terminal operation mechanism;
the computing module is used for computing the hash value of the first electronic data;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the calculated hash value of the first electronic data with the hash value transmitted by the notarization terminal, and if the comparison is consistent, the electronic data to be stored in the information system is considered to be not tampered.
In the application, the electronic data can be ensured not to be compromised because the electronic data is directly obtained from the client by the examination end; meanwhile, the hash value of the electronic data is obtained from the notarization terminal, so that the electronic data obtained from the client terminal is ensured not to be tampered, and the legal rights and interests of the user are effectively ensured.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to clearly understand the progress of network arbitration and litigation, the notarization end in this embodiment is further provided with a feedback module for feeding back the progress of arbitration and litigation to the client.
Example 4

the notarization terminal stores a hash value of the electronic data to be stored;
the approval end is used for judging whether the electronic data in the information system is changed or not when the client initiates arbitration and litigation application;
when a user triggers arbitration and litigation application at a client, the client acquires corresponding first electronic data from an information system according to the arbitration and the litigation application, and sends the first electronic data, the corresponding first evidence-storing serial number and a first notarization end mechanism code to an examination end; the method comprises the steps that an examination end sends a first evidence serial number to a corresponding notarization end according to a first notarization end mechanism code, a corresponding hash value is obtained from the corresponding notarization end, the hash value of first electronic data is calculated, and when the calculated hash value of the first electronic data is consistent with the hash value obtained from the notarization end, the first electronic data stored in an information system is considered to be not tampered.
Due to the problem of easy tampering of electronic data, it is generally difficult for an arbitration commission, court or other authorities to quickly determine the authenticity and integrity of electronic data as evidence. Based on this, existing solutions are: and completely transmitting the electronic data generated in the information system business link to the on-site evidence storage equipment, calculating the hash value of the data to be stored by the on-site evidence storage equipment, and transmitting the calculated hash value to a third party evidence storage system. The problems are: (1) Various information systems send electronic data to the field storage equipment for storage, and the electronic data is repeatedly stored in the mechanism and the field storage equipment, so that the storage cost and the management cost are very high; (2) And in the verification link, the on-site verification equipment can obtain the electronic data original. And in the verification link, the electronic data is required to be handed to a third party verification system. The on-site evidence-storing equipment and the third party evidence-storing system can grasp the part of electronic information, and a certain risk of information leakage exists; (3) The electronic data is transmitted in the modes of hardware medium or paper in the evidence submitting link and the evidence storing and proving link, so that the flow is complex and the efficiency is low. In order to overcome the defects of the scheme, in the application, an electronic data certification system for network arbitration and litigation is provided, wherein in the process of electronic data certification, an information system uploads a hash value and a storage path of electronic data to a client; when the client side submits the verification data to the notarization side, the electronic data hash value is submitted, so that the notarization side cannot contact an electronic data original in the electronic data verification process, and leakage of the electronic data can be effectively prevented; in addition, as the electronic data is only stored in the information system, the storage difficulty can be effectively solved and the storage cost can be reduced; in addition, in the verification link of the electronic data storage certificate, the electronic data is directly uploaded to the examination end through the client, and the notarization end cannot acquire the electronic data original, so that the leakage of the electronic data can be effectively prevented.
The foregoing description of the embodiments has been provided for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention, and is not meant to limit the scope of the invention, but to limit the invention to the particular embodiments, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. that fall within the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
