The elevator test tool is applied to an elevator test scene, and may be used for testing whether an external module 13 is connected to an elevator 12 and needs to be tested, for example, when a voice module is connected to the elevator 12, whether the action of the elevator 12 can be controlled through voice input, such as ascending, descending and going to which floor of the elevator, or whether the operation state of the elevator 12 under a specific condition is simulated, such as door lock disconnection and elevator door lock adhesion in the operation of the elevator, in which case one or more switches need to be added to control the function of the external module 13 or simulate the operation state of the elevator 12, and a new line needs to be added to an original line of the elevator 12. This application utilizes controller 11 to realize the function of above-mentioned switch, and controller 11 links to each other with elevator 12 for with the switch of external module 13 access elevator 12 and access elevator 12, simplified elevator 12 circuit. The operator sends a test command to the controller 11 through the control panel 10, and the controller 11 starts the function of the external module 13 or controls the switch action according to the test command to simulate the running state of the elevator 12. The elevator 12 transmits its running state to the controller 11, and the operation panel 10 displays the running state of the elevator 12 at this time, so that the worker can obtain the test result. It should be noted that the external module 13 may be a voice module, a bluetooth module, etc., and the controller 11 may be a PLC or an FPGA as long as the above functions can be realized, and the control panel 10 may be controlled by a touch screen or physical keys, or a combination of the touch screen and the physical keys. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another elevator testing tool provided in an embodiment of the present application, and a specific implementation scenario of the elevator testing tool is as shown in fig. 2, where communication is established between a control panel 10 and a controller 11, the controller 11 transmits a control signal to an elevator 12 through an output point to turn on each switch of the elevator 12, and the elevator 12 sends a running state at this time to an input point of the controller 11.
The elevator test fixture that this embodiment provided includes controller and control panel, and the controller links to each other with control panel and elevator respectively, and the outside module can link to each other with the elevator through the controller, because can break off the circuit of outside module through the controller, so need not the dismouting repeatedly when testing different outside modules. This application still inserts the controller with the circuit of elevator and outside module in, and the staff can send through the control panel and control the instruction to the controller so that control each switch, can open the function of outside module, also can simulate the running state of elevator. Avoided leading to the circuit confusion in inserting the original circuit of elevator with newly-increased cable and switch, the internal line has been simplified to above-mentioned frock, has practiced thrift the wiring time when setting up test environment, has still avoided the staff accident to touch high tension switchgear's the condition, security when having improved the elevator test.
In the implementation, if the control panel 10 is controlled by physical keys, the control function can be implemented less, so the control panel 10 is a touch screen for displaying virtual switches, wherein the virtual switches correspond to the switches one to one.
In the above embodiment, whether external module 13 is incorporated into elevator 12 or the operating state of elevator 12 is simulated, one or more switches are added to the circuit to complete the control. Sometimes, the number of switches is too many, and if physical keys are used, the operation panel 10 may not be able to realize all the switch functions, for example, a plurality of external modules 13 need to be connected or a plurality of operation states of the elevator 12 need to be simulated, and more switches need to be added, so that the operation panel 10 cannot realize all the switch functions. In addition, the original switch may be replaced, and if the switch control effect is achieved by the physical keys, the replacement is troublesome, for example, after the control effect test on the voice module is completed, the connection of the voice module needs to be removed, and the corresponding switch needs to be replaced by the switch of the other external module 13, so that the replacement is not easy. Therefore, the control panel adopts the touch screen, the switches are displayed on the touch screen in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the touch screen can adjust the interfaces according to the number of the switches, if the number of the switches is large, more virtual switches can be displayed through a plurality of interfaces or icons of the virtual switches in the interfaces are reduced to display more virtual switches in one interface, and the switches can be easily added or deleted through the touch screen. A reset icon and an emergency stop icon can be further arranged in the touch screen, and after the reset icon is clicked, the elevator returns to the initial state; after the sudden stop icon is clicked, the elevator stops running and maintains the current state, and the sudden stop icon can control the elevator to stop in an emergency so as to prevent accidents.

Considering that different switch types are different in practical application, the touch screen has a plurality of interfaces for displaying different types of virtual switches.
The touch screen provided by the embodiment has a plurality of interfaces for displaying different types of virtual switches, such as: virtual switches corresponding to characters of a driver, a fireman, an overload and the like are displayed in the interface 1, virtual switches corresponding to module names of a magnetic grating ruler, a grating ruler and the like are displayed in the interface 2, and virtual switches corresponding to test function names of a broken door lock, a broken safety loop, a short-circuit door lock and the like are displayed in the interface 3. It should be noted that, the number of interfaces and the number of switches are not limited herein, different interfaces may display different numbers of virtual switches, and interfaces may be added or deleted according to requirements. Different interfaces can be switched, and the switching mode is not limited.
The touch screen provided by the embodiment is provided with a plurality of interfaces, and can display different types of virtual switches, so that workers can use the virtual switches conveniently.
In addition to the above-described embodiments, as a preferred embodiment, the interfaces are switched by sliding or pressing.

The switching mode that this embodiment provided is convenient for the staff to switch different interfaces, makes things convenient for the staff to use the touch-sensitive screen, improves and uses experience and feels.
In consideration of the fact that in practical application, different virtual switches are required to be adopted under different scenes, the types of the virtual switches are self-locking switch types or self-resetting switch types.
In some scenes, a self-locking type switch is needed, for example, when the 12 doors of the elevator are needed to be controlled to be kept in an open state, it is troublesome for a worker to continuously press the virtual switch, at the moment, the self-locking type switch is adopted, the worker only needs to click the corresponding virtual switch, the 12 doors of the elevator are opened, the switch is automatically locked, and the 12 doors of the elevator are kept in an open state; when the worker clicks the corresponding virtual switch again, the elevator 12 door is closed and remains closed. For example, when the elevator 12 needs to be controlled to move upwards, if a self-locking switch is adopted, a worker may forget to close the virtual switch to cause an accident, so that the elevator 12 moves upwards by adopting the self-resetting switch and pressing the corresponding virtual switch all the time, and the elevator 12 stops working after the worker releases the corresponding virtual switch.
The self-locking switch and the self-resetting switch provided by the embodiment are applied to different scenes, and the convenience and the safety of elevator testing are improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the status of elevator 12 at the time of the test is displayed on a touch screen.
The purpose of the above embodiment is to test whether the function of elevator 12 or external module 13 is normal after the corresponding operation is completed on elevator 12, and the present embodiment displays the state of elevator 12 at the time of the test on the touch screen. For example, when testing the voice module, after the worker sends a voice command, if the elevator 12 goes up, down, or arrives at a designated floor, the elevator 12 sends these status signals to the controller 11, the controller 11 receives and processes these status signals and then sends them to the control panel 10, the control panel 10 displays the status of the elevator 12 at that time, and the worker judges whether the voice module can control the elevator 12 according to the content displayed by the control panel 10 to obtain the test result. For example, when the performance test of the elevator 12 is performed, the operation command is sent to simulate the door lock disconnection during the operation of the elevator 12, the operation panel 10 displays the state of the elevator 12, and the staff can judge whether the elevator 12 is safe according to the display content.
