Abstract
本公开涉及一种润滑油组合物、电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油及其制备方法,该润滑油组合物包含基础油和润滑油添加剂;所述润滑油添加剂包含:极压抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、降凝剂、抗乳化剂、抗泡剂;所述基础油的含量为72~99.319重量%;所述摩擦改进剂中活性硫含量为1重量%以下;极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂的总重量与基础油之比为1:(3~30)。本公开提供的润滑油组合物能够表现出优异的极压抗磨性能、低的摩擦系数和优良的抗氧化性能;且其中活性硫含量较低,能够减少蜗轮副磨损和对钢、铜等材料的危害;该润滑油组合物还具有较高的传动效率,能够适用于电梯蜗轮蜗杆齿轮传动装置。

技术领域
本申请涉及润滑油领域,具体地,涉及一种润滑油组合物、电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
电梯是现代生活不可或缺的运输工具,是以电动机为动力驱动,利用沿固定导轨运行的箱体或梯级,进行升降或平行运送人、货物的机电设备。电梯包括垂直运行的升降电梯、倾斜方向运行的自动扶梯和倾斜或水平方向运行的自动人行道等类型。
蜗轮蜗杆曳引机体积小、重量轻、传动平稳、传动比大、噪声低、承载能力大,且具有较好的抗击载荷特征。蜗轮蜗杆曳引机技术成熟,使用广泛,国内电梯有齿曳引机基本上都采用蜗轮传动曳引机作为电梯的动力设备。蜗轮蜗杆的传动具有与普通齿轮传动不同的特点,蜗轮常用青铜制造,蜗杆一般用合金钢或碳钢制造,蜗杆副传动滑动速度大,发热量高,铜部件易出现磨损,且铜对活性高的含硫和氯极压剂较敏感,因此需要使用电梯曳引机专用蜗轮蜗杆油。
发明内容
为了得到一种可以减小摩擦、减小对蜗轮蜗杆腐蚀以及提高传动效率的蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
为了实现上述目的,本公开第一方面提供一种润滑油组合物,所述润滑油组合物包含基础油和润滑油添加剂;所述润滑油添加剂包含:极压抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、降凝剂、抗乳化剂、抗泡剂;以所述润滑油组合物的总重量为基准:所述极压抗磨剂的含量为0.5~8重量%;所述摩擦改进剂的含量为0.1~12重量%;所述防锈剂的含量为0.01~0.5重量%;所述抗氧剂的含量为0.01~5重量%;所述金属减活剂的含量为0.005~0.2重量%;所述降凝剂的含量为0.05~2重量%;所述抗乳化剂的含量为0.001~0.2重量%;所述抗泡剂的含量为0.005~0.1重量%;所述基础油的含量为72~99.319重量%;所述摩擦改进剂中活性硫含量为1重量%以下;极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂的总重量与基础油之比为1:(3~30)。

本公开第二方面提供一种电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油的制备方法,该方法包括:将本公开第一方面所述的润滑油组合物加热搅拌,得到所述电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
可选地,所述加热搅拌温度为50~90℃,时间为2~4h;所述搅拌包括机械搅拌和脉冲搅拌。
本公开第三方面采用本公开第二方面所述的方法制备得到的电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
可选地,采用本公开第一方面中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物和本公开第三方面中任意一项所述的润滑油在电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆中的用途。
通过上述技术方案,本发明所述的润滑油组合物能够表现出优异的极压抗磨性能和较低的摩擦系数,能够降低使用过程中的温升;在该润滑油组合物中,活性硫含量较低,能够减少蜗轮副磨损和对钢、铜等材料的危害;本发明所述的润滑油组合物能够表现出优良的抗氧化性能,能够对有色金属起到防锈及防腐蚀的作用;同时,该润滑油组合物能够表现出较高的传动效率,能够适用于电梯蜗轮蜗杆齿轮传动装置。

通过上述技术方案,本发明所述的润滑油组合物,通过基础油和润滑油添加剂的协同作用,能够使润滑油组合物表现出优异的极压抗磨性能、较低的摩擦系数和优良的抗氧化性能,不仅能够对有色金属起到防锈及防腐蚀的作用,还能够降低摩擦,进而降低润滑油组合物在使用过程中的温升;其中,活性硫含量较低,能够减少蜗轮副磨损和对钢、铜等材料的危害;同时,该润滑油组合物可表现出较高的传动效率,能够适用于电梯蜗轮蜗杆齿轮传动装置。而通过润滑油组合物中所述极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂的总重量与基础油的比值,能够使极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂在所述基础油中发挥更好的作用,进一步增强润滑油的性能。
一种实施方式,以所述润滑油组合物的总重量为基准:所述极压抗磨剂的含量为0.5~6重量%;所述摩擦改进剂的含量为0.1~9重量%;所述防锈剂的含量为0.01~0.3重量%;所述抗氧剂的含量为0.01~1.5重量%;所述金属减活剂的含量为0.005~0.1重量%;所述降凝剂的含量为0.05~1重量%;所述抗乳化剂的含量为0.001~0.1重量%;所述抗泡剂的含量为0.005~0.06重量%;所述基础油的含量为81.94~99.319。在该实施方式中,通过对于润滑油组合物各组分含量的优选,能够进一步增强润滑油组合物的极压抗磨性、抗氧化性、防锈性和防腐性等性能。
一种实施方式中,所述极压抗磨剂选自硫化烯烃、二硫芳香烃、硫化油脂、硫代磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯、硫磷含氮衍生物和硫代磷酸复合酯胺盐中的一种或几种,优选为硫代磷酸酯。在该实施方式中,通过加入极压抗磨剂,能够增强润滑油的极压抗磨性能,使润滑油在使用过程中能够达到较好的润滑效果。
一种实施方式中,所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、硫化脂肪和硫化脂肪酸酯中的一种或几种,优选为硫化脂肪。在该实施方式中,通过加入摩擦改进剂,能够降低摩擦,进而保护设备;其中,以润滑油组合物的总重量为基准,所述摩擦改进剂的活性硫含量在1重量%以下,能够进一步降低蜗轮蜗杆部分的磨损,保护钢、铜等材料,增加设备使用寿命。
一种实施方式中,所述防锈剂选自二壬基萘磺酸盐、壬基苯氧乙酸及衍生物、十二烯基丁二酸、乙基戊酸、环丙烷甲酸、十二烯基丁二酸半酯和季戊四醇单油酸酯中的一种或几种,优选为十二烯基丁二酸。在该实施方式中,加入防锈剂,能够增强设备的防锈能力,进而增加设备使用寿命。
一种实施方式中,所述抗氧剂选自二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、叔丁基酚、叔丁基对甲酚、烷基二苯胺和α-萘胺中的一种或几种的混合物。在该实施方式中,在润滑油组合物中加入抗氧剂,能够增强润滑油的氧化安定性,使润滑油组合物不易被氧化,进而使润滑油组合物寿命增加。
一种实施方式中,所述金属减活剂选自苯***、苯***十八胺盐、甲基苯***、噻二唑及其衍生物、噻二唑多硫化物、二巯基噻二唑盐、苯并咪唑和苯并噻唑中的一种或几种,优选为噻二唑衍生物。
一种实施方式中,所述降凝剂选自聚α-烯烃、烷基聚苯乙烯、烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯和富马酸酯中的一种或几种,优选为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。在该实施方式中,润滑油组合物中加入降凝剂,能够改善润滑油的低温流动性能,保证润滑油低温环境下的使用性能。
一种实施方式中,所述抗乳化剂选自磷酸三甲苯酯、聚氧亚烷基醚、聚氧亚烷基脂肪酸酯、胺与环氧乙烷缩合物和环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚物中的一种或几种,优选为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物和/或环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚物的。所述抗泡剂选自聚硅氧烷、有机硅酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇醚、聚丁二醇醚、脂肪醇和复合抗泡剂中的一种或几种,优选为聚硅氧烷或复合抗泡剂。
在该实施方式中,在润滑油组合物中加入抗乳化剂能够降低润滑油组合物的表面活性,再加入抗泡剂,通过抗乳化剂和抗泡剂的协同作用,能够使润滑油组合物在使用过程中不易产生泡沫,保证润滑油组合物性能的同时还能够增加润滑油组合物的使用寿命。
一种实施方式中,所述基础油选自聚α-烯烃、聚亚烷基二醇、多元醇酯、双酯、复合酯、石蜡基基础油和环烷基基础油中的一种或几种,优选为石蜡基基础油。
一种实施方式中,该润滑油组合物中所述极压抗磨剂重量与摩擦改进剂重量之比为1:(1~20),优选为1:(1.5~15),进一步优选为1:(1.6~10)。
在该实施方式中,通过加入极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂,能够使润滑油的极压抗磨性能和综合磨损指数较好;润滑油组合物中所述极压抗磨剂重量与摩擦改进剂重量之比能够进一步增强润滑油组合物的极压抗磨和综合磨损指数。
本公开第二方面提供一种电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油的制备方法,该方法包括:将本公开第一方面所述的润滑油组合物加热搅拌,得到所述电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
一种实施方式中,所述加热搅拌温度为50~90℃,时间为2~4h;所述搅拌包括机械搅拌和脉冲搅拌。在该实施方式中,加热条件和搅拌条件能够使各种组分能更容易混合均匀,进而能够使润滑油中的添加剂能够更好的发挥作用,使润滑油性能更好。
本公开第三方面采用本公开第二方面所述的方法制备得到的电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
采用本公开第一方面中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物和本公开第三方面中任意一项所述的润滑油在电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆中的用途。

本实施例电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物及其制备方法包括:以质量百分含量计,将极压抗磨剂硫代磷酸酯3%,含活性硫10%的摩擦改进剂硫化猪油5%,防锈剂十二烯基丁二酸0.05%,抗氧剂叔丁基对甲酚0.3%,金属减活剂噻二唑衍生物0.02%,降凝剂聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%,抗乳化剂环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚物0.04%,复合抗泡剂0.02%,石蜡基矿物油91.27%,在70℃下进行搅拌2~4h后,得到ISO VG 220电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物。
实施例3
本实施例电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物及其制备方法包括:保持各添加剂种类和比例不变,只调整不同黏度级别石蜡基础油比例,按照实施例1相同的方法,得到ISO VG460电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物。
实施例4
本实施例电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物及其制备方法同实施例1,区别在于,以质量百分含量计,将极压抗磨剂硫代磷酸酯的含量变为5%,含活性硫10%的摩擦改进剂硫化脂肪含量变为3%,得到ISO VG 220电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物。
对比例1
除了将实施例1中的极压抗磨剂硫代磷酸酯换成烷基多硫化物以外,按照与实施例1相同的方法,得到ISO VG 220电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物。
对比例2~3
比较例2和比较例3分别为商购的L-CKE/P 220、L-CKE/P 460极压型蜗轮蜗杆油(SH/T 0094)。
本发明按照上述技术方案获得的电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆油组合物,测试结果见表1。

通过表1的数据分析结果表明,实施例1~4与对比例1~3对比,实施例中的综合磨损指数较高,表明该润滑油具有较强的极压抗磨性;酸值达到2mgKOH的时间长于对比例,说明该润滑油具有较强的抗氧化性;由表中的SRV和蜗轮蜗杆台架结果可以看出,实施例的摩擦系数和温升低于对比例,传动效率高于对比例,说明该润滑油摩擦较小,温升较小且具有较大的传动效率;实施例1~3进行比较可知,当摩擦改进剂优选为硫酸脂肪时,能够使该润滑油组合物具有较好的性能;实施例1和实施例4数据进行比较可知,当极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂的比值为1:(1~20),能够进一步增强润滑油组合物的性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物包含基础油和润滑油添加剂;所述润滑油添加剂包含:极压抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、降凝剂、抗乳化剂、抗泡剂;
以所述润滑油组合物的总重量为基准:所述极压抗磨剂的含量为0.5~8重量%;所述摩擦改进剂的含量为0.1~12重量%;所述防锈剂的含量为0.01~0.5重量%;所述抗氧剂的含量为0.01~5重量%;所述金属减活剂的含量为0.005~0.2重量%;所述降凝剂的含量为0.05~2重量%;所述抗乳化剂的含量为0.001~0.2重量%;所述抗泡剂的含量为0.005~0.1重量%;所述基础油的含量为72~99.319重量%;
所述摩擦改进剂中活性硫含量为1重量%以下;极压抗磨剂和摩擦改进剂的总重量与基础油之比为1:(3~30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,以所述润滑油组合物的总重量为基准:所述极压抗磨剂的含量为0.5~6重量%;所述摩擦改进剂的含量为0.1~9重量%;所述防锈剂的含量为0.01~0.3重量%;所述抗氧剂的含量为0.01~1.5重量%;所述金属减活剂的含量为0.005~0.1重量%;所述降凝剂的含量为0.05~1重量%;所述抗乳化剂的含量为0.001~0.1重量%;所述抗泡剂的含量为0.005~0.06重量%;所述基础油的含量为81.94~99.319重量%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂选自硫化烯烃、二硫芳香烃、硫化油脂、硫代磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯、硫磷含氮衍生物和硫代磷酸复合酯胺盐中的一种或几种;
所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、硫化脂肪和硫化脂肪酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述防锈剂选自二壬基萘磺酸盐、壬基苯氧乙酸及衍生物、十二烯基丁二酸、乙基戊酸、环丙烷甲酸、十二烯基丁二酸半酯和季戊四醇单油酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述抗氧剂选自二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、叔丁基酚、叔丁基对甲酚、烷基二苯胺和α-萘胺中的一种或几种;
所述金属减活剂选自苯***、苯***十八胺盐、甲基苯***、噻二唑及其衍生物、噻二唑多硫化物、二巯基噻二唑盐、苯并咪唑和苯并噻唑中的一种或几种;
所述降凝剂选自聚α-烯烃、烷基聚苯乙烯、烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯和富马酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述抗乳化剂选自磷酸三甲苯酯、聚氧亚烷基醚、聚氧亚烷基脂肪酸酯、胺与环氧乙烷缩合物和环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述抗泡剂选自聚硅氧烷、有机硅酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇醚、聚丁二醇醚、脂肪醇和复合抗泡剂中的一种或几种;
所述基础油选自聚α-烯烃、聚亚烷基二醇、多元醇酯、双酯、复合酯、石蜡基基础油和环烷基基础油中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯;所述摩擦改进剂为硫化脂肪;所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸;所述抗氧剂为叔丁基酚、叔丁基对甲酚、烷基二苯胺和α-萘胺中的一种或几种;所述金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物;所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯;所述抗乳化剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物和/或环氧丙烷与环氧乙烷共聚物;所述抗泡剂为聚硅氧烷或复合抗泡剂;所述基础油为石蜡基基础油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑油组合物中所述极压抗磨剂重量与摩擦改进剂重量之比为1:(1~20)。
6.一种电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物加热搅拌,得到所述电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热搅拌温度为50~90℃,时间为2~4h;所述搅拌包括机械搅拌和脉冲搅拌。
8.采用权利要求6或7所述的方法制备得到的得到的电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆润滑油。
10.权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物或权利要求8~9中任意一项所述的润滑油在电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆中的用途。
