Abstract
The invention discloses an injection molding process, a display and molding equipment, wherein the injection molding process comprises the following steps: mixing a liquid rubber material and a foaming agent according to a preset mass ratio to form an injection molding material; injecting an injection molding material into a cavity of a mold according to preset injection molding parameters; the preset injection molding parameters comprise preset injection molding pressure, preset injection molding speed, preset back pressure and preset pressure maintaining pressure; the preset injection molding pressure is lower than the standard injection molding pressure, the preset injection molding speed is higher than the standard injection molding speed, the preset back pressure is lower than the standard back pressure, and the preset pressure maintaining pressure is lower than the standard pressure maintaining pressure; the standard injection molding pressure, the standard injection molding speed, the standard back pressure and the standard pressure maintaining pressure are injection molding parameters when the liquid rubber material is subjected to injection molding independently; and reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature so that the injection molding material in the cavity is cooled and solidified into an injection molding part. The surface of the base of the display obtained by the injection molding process is not easy to shrink.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection molding, in particular to an injection molding process, a display and molding equipment.
Background
At present, for the base processing of a display, in order to improve the production efficiency, a traditional injection molding process is generally adopted, that is, a material melted by heating is injected into a mold cavity from high pressure, and a base finished product is obtained after cooling and solidification. However, since the base needs to support the display, the base is required to have a large wall thickness, but in the conventional injection molding process, the base is prone to appearance defects such as surface shrinkage during injection molding.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is desirable to provide a new injection molding process, display and molding apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an injection molding process, a display and molding equipment, and aims to solve the problem that a base of the display is easy to shrink on the surface when produced by adopting the traditional injection molding process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the injection molding process provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
mixing a liquid rubber material and a foaming agent according to a preset mass ratio to form an injection molding material;
injecting the injection molding material into a cavity of a mold according to preset injection molding parameters;
the preset injection molding parameters comprise preset injection molding pressure, preset injection molding speed, preset back pressure and preset pressure maintaining pressure; the preset injection molding pressure is lower than the standard injection molding pressure, the preset injection molding speed is higher than the standard injection molding speed, the preset back pressure is lower than the standard back pressure, and the preset pressure maintaining pressure is lower than the standard pressure maintaining pressure; the standard injection molding pressure, the standard injection molding speed, the standard back pressure and the standard pressure holding pressure are injection molding parameters when the liquid rubber material is subjected to injection molding independently;
and reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature so as to cool and solidify the injection molding material in the cavity into an injection molding part.
Preferably, the step of reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature to cool and solidify the injection material in the cavity into an injection molded part comprises: the temperature of the mold was reduced to 30 ℃.

The surface of the base of the display obtained by adopting the injection molding process is not easy to shrink.

Referring to fig. 1, the injection molding process includes the following steps:
step S10: mixing a liquid rubber material and a foaming agent according to a preset mass ratio to form an injection molding material;
step S20: injecting an injection molding material into a cavity of a mold according to preset injection molding parameters;
the preset injection molding parameters comprise preset injection molding pressure, preset injection molding speed, preset back pressure and preset pressure maintaining pressure; the preset injection molding pressure is lower than the standard injection molding pressure, the preset injection molding speed is higher than the standard injection molding speed, the preset back pressure is lower than the standard back pressure, and the preset pressure maintaining pressure is lower than the standard pressure maintaining pressure; the standard injection molding pressure, the standard injection molding speed, the standard back pressure and the standard pressure maintaining pressure are injection molding parameters when the liquid rubber material is subjected to injection molding independently;
step S30: and reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature so that the injection molding material in the cavity is cooled and solidified into an injection molding part.
According to the invention, the injection molding part with the surface not easy to shrink can be obtained by adopting the following injection molding process, the liquid rubber and the foaming agent are mixed according to the preset mass ratio to form the injection molding material, so that the injection molding material has a certain foaming degree, the injection molding material has good fluidity, and the surface shrinkage of the injection molding part can be improved; injecting the injection molding material into a cavity of the mold according to preset injection molding parameters, wherein the preset injection molding parameters comprise a preset injection molding pressure, a preset injection molding speed, a preset back pressure and a preset pressure maintaining pressure, the preset injection molding pressure is lower than the standard injection molding pressure and can protect bubbles in the injection molding material from overflowing, the preset injection molding speed is higher than the standard injection molding speed, the cavity can be quickly filled with the injection molding material, the preset back pressure is lower than the standard back pressure and can enhance the strength of the injection molding part and prevent the appearance of the injection molding part from being whitened, the preset pressure maintaining pressure is lower than the standard pressure maintaining pressure and can prevent the injection molding part from having undesirable appearances such as flash and surface whitening, and the standard injection molding pressure, the standard injection molding speed, the standard back pressure and the standard pressure maintaining pressure are injection molding parameters when the liquid rubber material is injected alone, namely, the liquid rubber material without foaming agent is injected during injection molding, the injection molding parameters are adopted, wherein the injection molding pressure in the injection molding parameters is standard injection molding pressure, the injection molding speed is standard injection molding speed, the backpressure pressure is standard backpressure pressure, and the pressure maintaining pressure is standard pressure maintaining pressure; and finally, reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature so that the injection molding material in the cavity is cooled and solidified into an injection molding part, wherein the injection molding part can be a base of the display. The base of the display is obtained by adopting the injection molding process, so that the surface of the base is not easy to shrink.
As an example, step S30 includes:
step S31: the temperature of the mold was reduced to 30 ℃.
In this embodiment, to the cooling of mould temperature, can adopt extremely cold extremely hot function, cool off the mould temperature fast, can drop to 30 ℃ with the temperature of mould, prevent that the material of moulding plastics in the die cavity from overflowing in the material of moulding plastics when cooling, thereby can lock the foaming in the finished piece of moulding plastics, guarantee the quality of the finished piece of moulding plastics.
Further, step S20 further includes:
step S21: and carrying out back pressure treatment on the pressure in the cavity. In this embodiment, in the die cavity of material injection mold according to predetermineeing the injection molding parameter injection mould, simultaneously, carry out the back pressure to the pressure in the die cavity and handle, promptly, through carrying out reverse pressure to the material of moulding plastics of filling into the die cavity, can effectively eliminate gas mark defects such as surface spiral line and silver line that the foaming leads to improve the surface quality of the injection molding spare after the shaping, still can improve the size precision of injection molding spare.
Additionally, in one embodiment, step S21 includes: every preset time, the preset back pressure is reduced to 0 and lasts for 5 seconds. In order to obtain an injection molded part with better surface quality and better dimensional accuracy, when an injection molding material is filled into a cavity of a mold, a preset back pressure is reduced to 0 for 5 seconds at preset time intervals.
Wherein the preset mass ratio of the foaming agent to the liquid rubber material is 0.5-1%; and/or the water content of the injection molding material is lower than 0.02 percent. In one embodiment, the preset mass ratio of the foaming agent to the liquid rubber is 0.5-1%, when the mass ratio is higher than the preset mass ratio, the foaming degree of the injection molding material is larger, so that the structural strength and rigidity of the molded injection molding part are insufficient and the use requirement cannot be met, and when the mass ratio is lower than the preset mass ratio, the foaming and the flowability of the injection molding material are not obvious, and the surface of the molded injection molding part is obviously shrunk. Also, in another embodiment, the water content of the injection molding material is less than 0.02%, so that foaming of the injection molding material may be facilitated.
Further, in order to realize multiple functions, the preset back pressure is 60% -80% of the standard back pressure. In this embodiment, the preset back pressure is set to 60% to 80% of the standard back pressure, so that the flowability of the injection molding material is enhanced, and thus an injection molded part with high strength and a non-shrinking and non-whitening appearance can be obtained.
In one embodiment, the preset holding pressure is zero. In the pressure maintaining stage, the preset pressure maintaining pressure is set to be zero, so that the surface foaming of the injection molding material in the cavity is not easy to break under cooling, and the surface of the injection molding part is prevented from whitening; and, predetermine the pressurize pressure and set to zero, can not supply too much injection moulding material to the die cavity when the injection moulding material cooling of die cavity shrinks to can avoid the production of flash.
In addition, the invention also provides a display, which comprises a base and a display screen arranged on the base, wherein the base is prepared by adopting the injection molding process, and the base has all the beneficial effects generated by adopting the injection molding process, which are not repeated.
In addition, the invention also provides a molding device which adopts the injection molding process, the molding device comprises a mold and a closed nozzle, the closed nozzle is arranged corresponding to the squirt nozzle on the mold, and the closed nozzle is used for injecting the injection molding material into the cavity of the mold through the squirt nozzle. In this embodiment, the molding equipment adopts the above-mentioned injection molding process, and because the injection molding material in the molding equipment is formed by mixing the foaming agent and the liquid rubber material, gas is released under the action of heat and shearing force, the viscosity of the injection molding material is reduced, the flowing speed is accelerated, and the foaming result is obviously affected by the overflow of the gas. Therefore, the nozzle of the molding equipment adopts a closed nozzle which is arranged corresponding to the squirt nozzle on the mold of the molding equipment. When injection molding materials need to be injected into a cavity of the mold, the closed nozzle is opened, and the injection molding materials are injected into the cavity through the squirt nozzle; after the closed nozzle injects the injection molding material into the cavity, the closed nozzle is closed, so that gas in the cavity can be effectively prevented from overflowing, and the flash problem after injection molding can be improved.
Further, the closed nozzle is a needle valve type nozzle. In the embodiment, the closed nozzle adopts the needle valve type nozzle, the needle valve type nozzle has good sealing effect when being closed, and the outer surface with unobvious sprue traces can be obtained, so that the surface of an injection molding part is more attractive.

1. An injection molding process, comprising the steps of:
mixing a liquid rubber material and a foaming agent according to a preset mass ratio to form an injection molding material;
injecting the injection molding material into a cavity of a mold according to preset injection molding parameters;
the preset injection molding parameters comprise preset injection molding pressure, preset injection molding speed, preset back pressure and preset pressure maintaining pressure; the preset injection molding pressure is lower than the standard injection molding pressure, the preset injection molding speed is higher than the standard injection molding speed, the preset back pressure is lower than the standard back pressure, and the preset pressure maintaining pressure is lower than the standard pressure maintaining pressure; the standard injection molding pressure, the standard injection molding speed, the standard back pressure and the standard pressure holding pressure are injection molding parameters when the liquid rubber material is subjected to injection molding independently;
and reducing the temperature of the mold to a preset mold temperature so as to cool and solidify the injection molding material in the cavity into an injection molding part.
2. An injection molding process as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step of lowering the temperature of said mold to a predetermined mold temperature to cool and solidify said molding material in said cavity into an injection molded part comprises:

3. An injection molding process according to claim 1, wherein the step of injecting the injection molding material into the cavity of the mold according to the predetermined injection molding parameters further comprises:

6. An injection molding process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the predetermined back pressure is 60% to 80% of the standard back pressure.
7. An injection molding process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the preset packing pressure is zero.
8. A display, characterized in that, the display includes a base and a display screen arranged on the base, the base is prepared by the injection molding process according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A molding apparatus employing the injection molding process according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the molding apparatus comprising a mold and a closed nozzle disposed in correspondence with a sprue on the mold, the closed nozzle being configured to inject the injection molding material into a cavity of the mold through the sprue.
10. The molding apparatus as defined in claim 9, wherein said closed nozzle is a needle valve nozzle.
