技术领域
本发明涉及床上用品技术领域,具体是指一种抗菌易洁的棉被。
背景技术
被子是床上用品的一种,是面积足以覆盖人体、长方形的布料,一般用作睡眠时保暖,被子通常由被套或者被单包着棉絮而成,用棉做的被子叫做棉被。除棉被外,也可以用羊毛、蚕丝或者丙烯酸纤维等人造纤维制造。
使用质量好的被子将改善人的睡眠质量。使用羽毛作为中间材料的羽绒被,因其具有优异的保温性和放湿性而广受欢迎,但是羽绒被使用时间长了,容易钻绒,且对于对羽毛过敏的人来说,就不可能使用羽绒被了,而棉被和蚕丝被不容易清洗以及容易生虫,人造纤维不容易透气。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是解决上述问题,提供一种优异的保温性和排湿性且易于洗涤的抗菌易洁的棉被。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种抗菌易洁的棉被,包括被外层,所述被外层为0.006g/cm^3-0.015g/cm^3针织树脂网络结构的编织树脂网状结构,所述编织树脂网状结构由多个丝状熔融树脂缠结并部分热熔接,所述编织树脂网状结构为0.4mm-0.9mm编织树脂线径,所述被外层以间隔热压接形成,所述被外层内设有被里芯,所述被里芯包括羽绒层,所述羽绒层外侧面设有外网格层,所述羽绒层内设有内网格层,所述外网格层和内网格层之间间隔设有弹性层连接件,所述被外层内部中空,所述被外层内设有除螨抗菌层,所述被里芯位于被外层内部,所述除螨抗菌层内部和被里芯外侧面设有若干组相互配合的子母魔术贴。
进一步地,所述外网格层和内网格层均为机导电纤维和纺织纤维混纺而成,所述机导电纤维和纺织纤维比例为1:1。
进一步地,所述羽绒层为羽绒绒朵。
进一步地,所述除螨抗菌层依次包括聚酯纤维层、竹纤维层、纳米除菌层。

采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:0.006g/cm^3-0.015g/cm^3针织树脂网络结构的编织树脂网状结构,使用轻量性和柔软性优异,具有足够的轻柔度,使用者几乎没有压迫感或重量感,具有更多的空隙,因此在内部形成了大量空气层,并且湿气释放性也优异,编织树脂网状结构为0.4mm-0.9mm编织树脂线径更轻且更柔韧,难以剥离,被外层以间隔热压接形成耐久性提高,被里芯为羽绒层使整体更加轻盈,因为有被外层,所以无需清洗,也不会与人皮肤接触,可以满足更多的使用需求。

结合附图1,一种抗菌易洁的棉被,包括被外层1,所述被外层110.006g/cm^3-0.015g/cm^3针织树脂网络结构的编织树脂网状结构,所述编织树脂网状结构由多个丝状熔融树脂缠结并部分热熔接,所述编织树脂网状结构为0.4mm-0.9mm编织树脂线径,所述被外层1以间隔热压接形成,所述被外层1内设有被里芯2,所述被里芯2包括羽绒层3,所述羽绒层3外侧面设有外网格层4,所述羽绒层3内设有内网格层5,所述外网格层4和内网格层5之间间隔设有弹性层连接件6,所述被外层1内部中空,所述被外层1内设有除螨抗菌层7,所述被里芯2位于被外层1内部,所述除螨抗菌层7内部和被里芯2外侧面设有若干组相互配合的子母魔术贴8。
所述外网格层4和内网格层5均为机导电纤维和纺织纤维混纺而成,所述机导电纤维和纺织纤维比例为1:1。
所述羽绒层3为羽绒绒朵。
所述除螨抗菌层7依次包括聚酯纤维层、竹纤维层、纳米除菌层,除螨抗菌层7具备除螨抗菌的效。
所述弹性层连接件6由弹性纤维材料制成。
所述竹纤维层的纤维间的孔径小于25纳米,阻止螨虫穿透,隔离螨虫,让螨虫在表面无法孕育繁殖,阻止螨虫的繁衍。

针织树脂网络结构是通过在预定温度下熔融和捏合热塑性树脂并通过将熔融树脂以线状向下流动来冷却而形成的。作为热塑性树脂,例如可以单独使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚四氟乙烯、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯树脂等,或者将两种以上组合使用。以这些热塑性树脂为原料生产的针织树脂网状结构在使用后可以回收利用,再次作为针织树脂网状结构的原料使用。此外,由于针织树脂网络结构可以用水等洗涤,易于清洁和重复使用,

1.一种抗菌易洁的棉被,其特征在于:包括被外层,所述被外层为0.006g/cm^3-0.015g/cm^3针织树脂网络结构的编织树脂网状结构,所述编织树脂网状结构由多个丝状熔融树脂缠结并部分热熔接,所述编织树脂网状结构为0.4mm-0.9mm编织树脂线径,所述被外层以间隔热压接形成,所述被外层内设有被里芯,所述被里芯包括羽绒层,所述羽绒层外侧面设有外网格层,所述羽绒层内设有内网格层,所述外网格层和内网格层之间间隔设有弹性层连接件,所述被外层内部中空,所述被外层内设有除螨抗菌层,所述被里芯位于被外层内部,所述除螨抗菌层内部和被里芯外侧面设有若干组相互配合的子母魔术贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌易洁的棉被,其特征在于:所述外网格层和内网格层均为机导电纤维和纺织纤维混纺而成,所述机导电纤维和纺织纤维比例为1:1。
