本申请实施例提供的接入方法和装置以及通信***,能够支持终端的批量接入,可以应用于通信领域,尤其是短距离通信,例如座舱域等,还可以应用于自动驾驶或者智能驾驶等车载领域。该接入方法包括:发送资源配置信息,该资源配置信息用于配置用于多个终端接入的第一时频资源;在该第一时频资源上,接收来自该多个终端中的至少一个终端的接入信息,该终端的接入信息包括该终端的第一身份信息或状态信息中的至少一项,该第一身份信息用于标识该终端,该状态信息用于指示该终端的状态。
