发明内容
根据一个实施方案,可以提供一种用微设备填充***(接收器)基板的方法。该方法包括将微设备布置在筒中,提取筒中至少一个微设备的至少一个参数;以及选择和布置筒以填充***基板,使得相邻筒的提取参数在预定阈值内。
根据另一个实施方案,可以提供一种***(接收器)基板微设备的方法。该方法包括在筒中布置微设备;为筒中的微设备提取至少一个参数的分布图;以及选择和布置筒以填充***基板,使得至少一个参数的分布图形成在与***基板上的相应相邻区域相关联的筒的图之间的限定阈值内具有台阶的连续图。
根据另一个实施方案,可以提供一种计算从不同筒转移到***基板中的微设备的变化的补偿值的方法。该方法包括使用微设备位置来获取筒参数;并使用筒参数和微设备值来计算补偿值。
根据又一个实施方案,可以提供一种用于***基板中的微设备的补偿方法。该方法包括提供不同的微设备,其中至少与微设备不同的微设备的输出被调节以补偿所述微设备中的参数。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,术语“设备”和“微设备”可互换使用。然而,本领域技术人员清楚,这里描述的实施方案与设备尺寸无关。
本发明涉及用微设备填充***基板的方法。这些方法还涉及考虑某些参数值的阈值并与相邻的微设备相比对微设备进行补偿。此外,装箱还用于减少***基板上微设备区域之间的参数差异。
图1示出与***基板上的相邻区域2112相关联的筒2110上的设备的至少一个参数之间的变化图。为了减少这些区域之间的差异,可以将与这些区域相关联的筒装箱。
图2示出对筒的相邻区域进行装箱的步骤。在第一步骤2202中,计算筒的至少一个参数的平均值或中值。在第二步骤2204中,将筒装箱并布置成填充***基板中的相邻区域,使得至少一个参数的平均值或中值(或测量参数的任何其他表示)保持在阈值内。在这种情况下,与相邻区域相关联的筒的至少一个参数(或其参数表示)之间的差异保持在阈值内。

在另一种情况下,对与相邻区域相关联的微设备的特性进行补偿,使得不同相邻区域中的设备之间的差异小于阈值。在一种情况下,如果参数是色点,则可以使用其他微设备来调节所述微设备的色点。此处,为筒提取的数据可用于补偿微设备。在另一种情况下,可以在转移到***基板之后测量与不同筒相关联的微设备性能。
图4示出筒参数补偿的示例性框图。如果补偿不同的参数,则这些块中很少有可以串联或并联使用。第一块存储2402与用于填充***基板的筒相关联的参数。此外,微设备位置2403被传递到块2402以提取与从中提取微设备的筒相关联的筒参数。微设备通过值计算器块2404以生成补偿值2408。计算器块可以是查找表或计算块。这里,微设备2406的值也被传递到值计算器块2404。
在某些情况下,补偿涉及使用其他微设备类型。在一个实施例中,显示器的色点可以通过使用不同的微型发光设备(micro-LED)来调节。
图5示出这种补偿的示例性实现。这里,微设备2502的值被亮度计算器2504使用亮度参数2506转换成亮度。此外,亮度值可以从伽马曲线中提取,其中伽马曲线显示每个灰度的预期亮度级别。伽马曲线可以通过峰值亮度归一化,以消除对峰值亮度的依赖性。
此外,微设备1位置2503被传递到块2505以提取与从中提取微设备的筒相关联的补偿参数2522。这些参数2522与微设备亮度值一起被传递到补偿计算器2518,以计算其他设备所需的补偿值2520。补偿值采用亮度格式。微设备1的亮度值还与与其他微设备相关联的所需补偿值2508、2510组合。组合值2512然后被传递到计算器块2514以计算编程值2516。在一种情况下,补偿值2508、2510被加到微设备1的亮度。在该块2514中,可以涵盖其他功能,例如补偿微设备1的非均匀性、像素非均匀性和伽马调节(与相邻区域的伽马曲线相关)。

Claims (8)

1.一种用微设备填充***(接收器)基板的方法,所述方法包括将所述微设备布置在筒中;
为所述筒中的至少一个微设备提取至少一个参数;和
选择和布置所述筒以填充所述***基板,使得为相邻筒提取的参数在预定阈值内。
2.一种填充***(接收器)基板微设备的方法,所述方法包括将微设备布置在筒中;
为所述筒中的微设备提取至少一个参数的分布图;和
选择和布置所述筒以填充***基板,使得至少一个参数的分布图形成在与***基板上的相应相邻区域相关联的筒的图之间的限定阈值内具有台阶的连续图。
3.一种计算从不同筒转移到***基板的微设备变化补偿值的方法,所述方法包括:
使用微设备位置获取所述筒参数;和
使用所述筒参数和微设备值来计算所述补偿值。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述微设备值被转换为亮度值,并且所述筒参数被传递到补偿块,在那里它将所述亮度值转换为补偿值。
5.一种用于***基板中的微设备的补偿方法,所述方法包括提供不同的微设备,其中至少与所述微设备不同的微设备的输出被调节以补偿所述微设备中的参数。
6.根据权利要求5所述的补偿方法,所述方法还包括:
计算所述微设备的亮度值;
基于筒参数和微设备位置计算不同微设备的补偿值,其中将所述补偿值与所述亮度值相加;和
修改后的亮度用于计算编程值。
7.根据权利要求5所述的补偿方法,其中所述编程值是从伽马曲线、像素均匀性和温度值中提取的。
8.根据权利要求5所述的补偿方法,其中从伽马曲线中提取亮度值。
