Abstract
提供一种指纹识别检测电路,指纹识别检测电路包括:运算放大器、串联的积分电容和第一开关、第二开关。运算放大器的同相输入端与参考电压端耦接,运算放大器的反相输入端与指纹感测电容耦接。积分电容和第一开关耦接于运算放大器的反相输入端和运算放大器的输出端之间。第二开关耦接于运算放大器的反相输入端和运算放大器的输出端之间,且第二开关与串联的积分电容和第一开关并联。其中,积分电容被配置为,在第一开关断开,第二开关闭合的情况下放电;在第二开关断开,第一开关闭合的情况下,在指纹感测电容的作用下储电。运算放大器被配置为,在积分电容的作用下输出表征指纹感测电容的电容值的检测信号。
