Optionally, as an embodiment, the target device registers an associated device for user personal information, where the user personal information registration associated device includes: a body temperature measuring device and a personal information inquiry device;
the processor 510 is further configured to, when the target device is a body temperature measurement device, use a card containing user health code information in the wearable electronic device as a target card; and under the condition that the target equipment is personal information inquiry equipment, taking a card containing user identity information in the wearable electronic equipment as a target card.

and under the condition that the target equipment is the Unionpay collection equipment, selecting a card containing bank card information from the wearable electronic equipment as a target card according to payment sequence information set by a user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target device is an access card swiping device, the access card swiping device comprising: public transport card swiping equipment and building entrance guard card swiping equipment;
the determining a target card corresponding to the device type of the target device in the wearable electronic device includes:
under the condition that the target equipment is public transportation card swiping equipment, selecting a traffic card matched with the geographical position information from the wearable electronic equipment as a target card according to the geographical position information of the wearable electronic equipment;
and under the condition that the target equipment is building entrance guard card swiping equipment, selecting an entrance guard card as a target card from the wearable electronic equipment according to the geographical position information where the wearable electronic equipment is located and the historical card swiping behavior information of the user.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the target device is a user personal information registration association device, the user personal information registration association device comprising: a body temperature measuring device and a personal information inquiry device;
the determining a target card corresponding to the device type of the target device in the wearable electronic device includes:
under the condition that the target equipment is body temperature measuring equipment, a card containing user health code information in the wearable electronic equipment is used as a target card;
and under the condition that the target equipment is personal information inquiry equipment, taking a card containing user identity information in the wearable electronic equipment as a target card.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the switching to the target card, further comprising:
and outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to move the wearable electronic equipment according to a specific mode so as to enable the target card to be close to a sensing area of the target equipment.
