In the embodiment, the color difference data lines are stored, and the view range is controlled through roles and data authority, so that data transparency, timeliness and sharing are guaranteed. The color difference report is generated by the system in time, automatically judges whether the early warning condition is triggered or not, and preposes the time point of finding the problem, thereby shortening the rectifying and modifying period. Optionally, the color difference report can be displayed in a form of a visual graphic report, the visual graphic report can be checked on both app and web, nodes at any time can be screened, color points can be allocated at any angles, and the color difference report can be generated by comparison at any angles.
In the embodiment, the review can be initiated online, and the review report is automatically produced after the participation of the review personnel in the log-in of the review record. Optionally, authentication management can be performed on the review, for example, a check-in operation is performed on an embedded line before the review, and the fact that the review information is recorded by a reviewer is sufficiently real and effective is ensured through time, positioning and photo multidimensional information. All problems are recorded in detail in the review process, and the review report can be checked on line and can be directly exported, so that the method is convenient and quick. For example: the validity of the user terminal equipment can be verified through the IP and the MAC address of the equipment terminal, the user terminal equipment is required to be registered and verified in the authentication management system to be legal user terminal equipment, the terminal IP, the MAC, the access time and the image information (such as face image information) sent by the equipment terminal are read, and if the terminal information of the equipment terminal is inconsistent with the terminal information registered and verified by the authentication management system, the service system is not allowed to access; otherwise, returning the terminal ID to the service system, and not allowing communication. After the user applies for the review operation, the function point and the unique session ID applied by the user are sent to an authentication management system; each operation is independently used as a function point, and then the function point authority is combined to be endowed to a role, and the role dynamically distributes the function point authority to a user; in this way, roles are dynamically managed.
In the embodiment, a color difference data model is established according to the association relation between color difference data and vehicle paint spraying parameters, basic color difference data of all traceable objects are obtained, and the color difference data model is trained; acquiring real-time color difference data, acquiring tracing object information corresponding to the real-time color difference data when the real-time color difference data reach the preset alarm value, and acquiring a color difference result through the color difference data model; if the color difference result exceeds a preset range, performing secondary judgment, wherein the primary judgment comprises responsibility judgment on a tracing object corresponding to the real-time color difference data; after the primary judgment, whether the paint raw material corresponding to the real-time color difference data is abnormal or not is secondarily judged, and the painting color difference management is carried out according to the secondary judgment result. In this embodiment, a color difference data model is established according to an association relationship between color difference data and vehicle paint spraying parameters, the color difference data includes paint LAB values, and a color difference result includes a difference value between a vehicle paint LAB value acquired in real time of the same traceable object and a vehicle paint LAB value of the same batch. The basic color difference data of the external suppliers such as paint COA, LAB and the like can be used as the basic color difference data of the suppliers, the basic color difference data can be related with the paint sprayed by the vehicle, and the color difference data model can be trained.
In this embodiment, the color difference data of the vehicle is obtained through the color difference meter, when the color difference value reaches the warning value, the tracing object information corresponding to the real-time color difference data is obtained, and the color difference result is obtained through the color difference data model, and optionally, a color difference problem list to be subjected to responsibility judgment can be generated, and responsibility judgment processing is waited. The color difference data and the vehicle paint spraying parameters in the embodiment comprise the label for identifying the identity information of the traceable object, and the label can provide a data base for the subsequent traceable process, so that problem traceability is effectively carried out.
In this embodiment, the traceable object information may obtain the supplier using the paint according to the vehicle information, and compare the actual LAB value of the batch of vehicles with the LAB provided by the supplier in the same batch, and if the difference exceeds a certain range, directly determine responsibility to the corresponding supplier.
In this embodiment, after one determination, the method further includes: and carrying out secondary judgment on whether the paint raw material corresponding to the real-time color difference data is abnormal or not, and carrying out coating color difference management according to a secondary judgment result. For example, after the supplier receives the responsibility judging problem, the supplier can automatically judge whether the paint raw material is abnormal or not through data comparison, and certainly, whether the paint raw material has the problem or not can also be determined through self-checking and other modes, and if the abnormal paint raw material is determined to be the problem of the supplier, a temporary solution or a permanent solution can be provided; if the problem is not the self problem, the supplier can mention the complaint to the problem of the discriminant, fill in the reason of the complaint, and the discriminant manager performs secondary discriminant.
In this embodiment, if the difference is within the preset range, the state change information of the problem may be obtained according to the actual situation, and analyzed, where the state change information includes reasons such as personnel change, equipment change, material change, and process change, and the problem source is determined, and a corresponding temporary solution or permanent solution is provided.
In this embodiment, a complaint period is set after the primary determination and the secondary determination, respectively, and if the tracing object does not complain about the primary determination result and the secondary determination result within the complaint period, the primary determination result and/or the secondary determination result is used as a final determination result.
In this embodiment, the vehicle paint spraying parameters include paint parameters and influence parameters, the influence parameters include time information, position information, climate information and environment information, and the color difference data model is trained through historical color difference data, paint parameters and influence parameters to obtain color difference results under different influence parameters. Since there is a correlation between the color difference data and the vehicle paint parameters, the color difference data is different at different times, different geographical locations, different climates and different real-time environments, with the vehicle paint parameters unchanged. For example, the same batch of vehicle paint may have more different color difference results due to different geographical locations and different climates in different factories where the longitude and latitude are widely different. For another example, the same factory uses the same lot of vehicles, but the production time is different, such as the rainy season in the south, and the like, which also causes a great difference in color difference results. For the above reasons, in this embodiment, the historical data is trained through a color difference data model, so as to obtain a model combining the influencing factors, where the color difference data model may use a convolutional neural network (Convolutional Neural Networks, CNN), may perform supervised learning and unsupervised learning, and may use a BP framework for learning in supervised learning, that is, the back propagation of the full-connection layer and the convolutional kernel and the back path of the pooling layer. The BP calculation for the fully connected layer may be the same as for a conventional feed forward neural network. The unsupervised learning paradigm may include a Convolutional self-encoder (AutoEncoders, CAE), a Convolutional limited boltzmann machine (Convolutional Restricted Boltzmann Machines, CRBM), a Convolutional deep confidence network (Convolutional Deep Belief Networks, CDBN), and a deep Convolutional generation antagonism network (Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks, DCGAN). Hybrid algorithms constructed by convolutional neural networks can also be introduced into the unsupervised learning algorithm.
In this embodiment, the color difference data model may be used to obtain the color difference result, or the color difference data model may be used to reversely adjust the paint parameters, for example, the color difference data model may be used to predict the paint parameters, and then the adaptive change may be used to adjust the paint parameters, so that the color difference results under different influencing factors tend to be the same.
Correspondingly, the embodiment also provides a coating color difference management system, as shown in fig. 2, including:
