The accuracy of numerical weather forecast in short-term prediction and long-term prediction is low, and the accuracy of time series prediction of a single model in short-term prediction and long-term prediction is also low, so that how to accurately predict wind speed and wind direction becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
