Technical Field

Background
In order to improve the stealth effect of the engine, the exhaust structure of the engine is set to be a special-shaped casing structure with a circular-to-super-elliptical shape, so that the stealth requirement is met. The special-shaped casing has poorer pressure bearing capacity than the common axisymmetric casing, and in order to verify whether the structural design of the special-shaped casing meets the strength use requirement, a pressure test of the special-shaped casing is required to determine the rationality of the design. The special-shaped casing is different from a typical casing, and the structure of the special-shaped casing determines that pneumatic excitation is easy to generate in an air pressure mode, so that a test piece is cracked, and the risk is high.

Gaps of 1.5-3 mm are reserved among the front baffle, the rear baffle and the special-shaped casing.
