The box control device is powered by AC220V and 16A, and the power conversion module is used for converting direct current power into DC115V, DC28.5V, DC24V and DC5V to power other execution modules. The electric detection unit comprises 1 control board and 8 relay boards, wherein the control board receives and responds to a conduction (DC5V) and insulation (DC250V) detection instruction and a detection line gating instruction (IO amount) sent by a computer, so that one of 16 detection lines in the 8 relay boards in the control board is gated, the relay boards complete conduction or insulation detection of the gated detection line, and upload a test voltage to the control unit through the control board to serve as a sampling voltage to be compared with a reference voltage, and therefore conduction and insulation detection results of the tested point are obtained.
The electrical performance detection comprises conduction performance detection, insulation performance detection and 1553B bus performance detection;

the insulation performance detection is as follows: the computer controls the electrical detection unit to gate the detection circuit, namely, the detected point is selected to form a detection loop of the detected point, the test voltage is switched on, the voltage value is read through the analog quantity input end of the control unit to be used as the sampling voltage, and the sampling voltage is compared with the reference voltage, so that the detection result of the detected point is obtained, if the sampling voltage is less than or equal to the reference voltage, the insulation test of the point is qualified, otherwise, the insulation is unqualified. After the test is finished, the output IO amount of the computer is changed to carry out the test of the next point;

The apparatus of claim 6, further configured to perform an electrical performance test of the electrically controlled tote, the electrical performance test comprising a continuity test, the continuity test being: the computer controls the electrical detection unit to gate a detection circuit, namely, the detected point is selected, the detected point and a short circuit cover at the tail end of a detected cable in the electric control storage and transportation box form a detection loop of the detected point, then a test voltage is connected, a voltage value is read through an analog quantity input end of the control unit to be used as a sampling voltage and is compared with a reference voltage, so that a conduction detection result of the detected point is obtained, if the sampling voltage is greater than or equal to the reference voltage, the conduction test of the detected point is qualified, otherwise, the conduction is unqualified; and after the test is finished, the IO amount output by the computer is changed to carry out the test of the next detection line.

The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the electrical performance test comprises an insulation performance test that is: the computer controls the electrical detection unit to gate the detection circuit, namely, the detected point is selected to form a detection loop of the detected point, the test voltage is switched on, the voltage value is read through the analog quantity input end of the control unit to be used as the sampling voltage, and the sampling voltage is compared with the reference voltage, so that the detection result of the detected point is obtained, if the sampling voltage is less than or equal to the reference voltage, the insulation test of the point is qualified, otherwise, the insulation is unqualified. And after the test is finished, the IO amount output by the computer is changed to carry out the test of the next point.

The device of claim 8, wherein the electrical performance test comprises a 1553B bus performance test, when the 1553B bus performance test is performed, a coupler of an electrical loop of the electronic control storage and transportation box is arranged in a disposable wire harness, when the electronic control storage and transportation box is not connected with the disposable wire harness, the electronic control storage and transportation box only contains 2 1553B bus cables, at the moment, only the 2 1553B bus cables are required to be subjected to a bus function test, the 2 1553B bus cables are connected through a first short circuit cover at the tail end of the 2 1553B bus cable to form a 1 bus loop, a 1553B board card of the computer sends data at one end of the bus loop, receives the data at the other end, compares the consistency of the received and sent data, and accordingly judges whether the communication function of the 1553B cable bus in the electronic control storage and transportation box is correct; when the electronic control storage and transportation box is connected with the disposable conducting wire bundle, the second short circuit cover at the tail end of the disposable conducting wire bundle is used for connecting the 2 bus cables and the coupler to form a bus loop, a 1553B board card of the computer sends data at one end of the bus loop, receives the data at the other end of the bus loop, compares the consistency of the received data and the sent data, and judges whether the functions of the 1553B bus and the coupler in the electronic control storage and transportation box are correct or not.
10. The apparatus of claim 1, further configured to perform an environmental parameter reading function for the electronically controlled tote, the environmental parameter reading being: the computer communicates with the environment monitoring module in the electric control storage and transportation box through the CAN bus interface, and detects and displays the environment parameters of temperature, humidity and relative pressure in the electric control storage and transportation box in real time.
