本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域，公开了一种卡接结构，包括垂直设在底板上的上体骨架筋位，上体骨架筋位上罩有金属卡子，金属卡子为U形，金属卡子的两端向外且靠近金属卡子中轴线的方向延伸形成抵靠位，抵靠位的端部继续向外且远离金属卡子中轴线的方向延伸形成限制位，上体骨架筋位位于抵靠位的位置上设有限位筋，抵靠位抵在限位筋上，金属卡子内壁上设有若干个倒刺柱，倒刺柱的端部***上体骨架筋位，且倒刺柱端部的指向方向朝向金属卡子的U形底部。本发明还公开了一种卡接结构的安装结构。本发明卡接结构及其安装结构，可避免使用过程中出现脱出的情况，且能提供额外的拔出力。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域，具体涉及一种卡接结构及其安装结构。
背景技术
卡接结构是车用车内饰件装配固定的通用方式，其卡入力及拔出力需按产品功能要求进行定义，现有结构中，卡接结构的拔出力由金属卡子的弹性强度及角度提供，提供弹性变形产生的拔出力，在特殊情况下，如产品惯性量较大的情况下，易发生使用过程中脱出的缺陷。同时，在某些情况下，卡接结构本身强度提供的拔出力不能达到零件功能要求的拔出力。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述技术的不足，提供一种卡接结构及其安装结构，可避免使用过程中出现脱出的情况，且能提供额外的拔出力。
为实现上述目的，本发明所设计的卡接结构，包括垂直设在底板上的上体骨架筋位，所述上体骨架筋位上罩有金属卡子，所述金属卡子为U形，所述金属卡子的两端向外且靠近所述金属卡子中轴线的方向延伸形成抵靠位，所述抵靠位的端部继续向外且远离所述金属卡子中轴线的方向延伸形成限制位，所述上体骨架筋位位于所述抵靠位的位置上设有限位筋，所述抵靠位抵在所述限位筋上，所述金属卡子内壁上设有若干个倒刺柱，所述倒刺柱的端部***所述上体骨架筋位，且所述倒刺柱端部的指向方向朝向所述金属卡子的U形底部。
优选地，所述金属卡子的U形开口向外逐渐增大。
优选地，所述限制位与所述抵靠位垂直。
优选地，所述限制位与所述限位筋接触的部位于所述限位筋平行。
一种所述卡接结构的安装结构，被卡接装置上设有卡接口，所述被卡接装置通过所述卡接口扣在所述金属卡子上，所述金属卡子的U形底部穿过所述卡接口，所述卡接口抵在所述抵靠位上。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
1、可避免使用过程中出现脱出的情况；
2、能提供额外的拔出力；
3、能满足产品功能质量要求，更耐用，可靠性更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示，本发明一种卡接结构，包括垂直设在底板1上的上体骨架筋位2，上体骨架筋位2上罩有金属卡子3，金属卡子3为U形，金属卡子3的两端向外且靠近金属卡子3中轴线的方向延伸形成抵靠位4，抵靠位4的端部继续向外且远离金属卡子3中轴线的方向延伸形成限制位5，上体骨架筋位2位于抵靠位4的位置上设有限位筋6，抵靠位4抵在限位筋6上，金属卡子3内壁上设有若干个倒刺柱7，倒刺柱7的端部***上体骨架筋位2，且倒刺柱7端部的指向方向朝向金属卡子3的U形底部。
本实施例中，金属卡子3的U形开口向外逐渐增大，可以更好的限位。另外，限制位5与抵靠位4垂直，限制位5与限位筋6接触的部位于限位筋6平行。
本实施例卡接结构使用时，其安装结构如图1所示，被卡接装置8上设有卡接口9，被卡接装置8通过卡接口9扣在金属卡子3上，金属卡子3的U形底部穿过卡接口9，卡接口9抵在抵靠位4上。
此时，限位筋6抵住抵靠位4，被卡接装置8又被抵靠位抵住，防止金属卡子3发生形变，使被卡接装置8意外脱落。同时，当要分离被卡接装置8使，通过限位筋6的限位，使金属卡子3更难以发生形变，能提供额外的拔出力。
本发明卡接结构及其安装结构，可避免使用过程中出现脱出的情况；还能提供额外的拔出力；同时，能满足产品功能质量要求，更耐用，可靠性更高。

1.一种卡接结构，包括垂直设在底板(1)上的上体骨架筋位(2)，其特征在于：所述上体骨架筋位(2)上罩有金属卡子(3)，所述金属卡子(3)为U形，所述金属卡子(3)的两端向外且靠近所述金属卡子(3)中轴线的方向延伸形成抵靠位(4)，所述抵靠位(4)的端部继续向外且远离所述金属卡子(3)中轴线的方向延伸形成限制位(5)，所述上体骨架筋位(2)位于所述抵靠位(4)的位置上设有限位筋(6)，所述抵靠位(4)抵在所述限位筋(6)上，所述金属卡子(3)内壁上设有若干个倒刺柱(7)，所述倒刺柱(7)的端部***所述上体骨架筋位(2)，且所述倒刺柱(7)端部的指向方向朝向所述金属卡子(3)的U形底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述卡接结构，其特征在于：所述金属卡子(3)的U形开口向外逐渐增大。
3.根据权利要求1所述卡接结构，其特征在于：所述限制位(5)与所述抵靠位(4)垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述卡接结构，其特征在于：所述限制位(5)与所述限位筋(6)接触的部位于所述限位筋(6)平行。
5.一种如权利要求1所述卡接结构的安装结构，其特征在于：被卡接装置(8)上设有卡接口(9)，所述被卡接装置(8)通过所述卡接口(9)扣在所述金属卡子(3)上，所述金属卡子(3)的U形底部穿过所述卡接口(9)，所述卡接口(9)抵在所述抵靠位(4)上。
