s4, installing an anchor cable; the assembled anchor cable is lowered into the anchor hole 4 from the anchor head 1 until the end part of the guide cap 12 reaches the bottom of the anchor hole 4; the interval from the assembly of the anchor cable to the anchor dropping does not exceed 24 h;
s5, grouting; injecting high-pressure air again through the grouting pipe 22 before grouting, performing secondary hole cleaning on the anchor hole 4, and blowing out the floating soil and the slag soil brought in during anchoring out of the anchor hole 4; injecting the mixed cement slurry into the anchor hole 4 through the grouting pipe 22, and starting grouting from the bottom to inject the cement slurry from bottom to top until clean cement slurry flows out from the inlet of the anchor hole 4; the grouting is required to be completed once and cannot be injected for multiple times, and the grouting pipe 22 is gradually withdrawn during grouting; when cement paste settlement occurs after the first grouting, the cement paste needs to be timely injected; curing the grouted cement paste according to the requirements, wherein the curing time is not less than 7 days;
s6, applying prestress and checking; when the hardness of the cement paste reaches over 75% of the designed hardness, the anchor cable is pulled through a through type hydraulic jack, the pulling forces are 80%, 100% and 120% of the designed bearing force respectively, the pulling force is maintained for 5min, and the extension length of the steel strand 21 is recorded; then, the construction party and the supervision party check and accept;
s7, constructing anchor cable frame beams; and applying an anchor tail 3 for construction of the anchor cable with qualified prestress acceptance, abutting the anchor tail 3 with the top surface of the anchor hole 4, constructing an anchor cable frame beam according to design requirements, combining the anchor cable, dispersing the pulling force of a single point, and improving the integral tensile resistance of the side slope.

After the anchor cable is installed, hole cleaning is performed for the second time, high-pressure air pushes the sealing cover 2222, the sealing cover 2222 pushes one end of the limiting rod 135, the middle of the limiting rod 135 is provided with a hinge shaft which is hinged with the inner cavity of the guide cap 12, when the limiting rod 135 abuts against one end of the sealing cover 2222 to deflect, the other end of the limiting rod 135 does not hook the anti-pulling tooth 132 any more, the anti-pulling tooth 132 pops out of the communicating groove 131 under the action of the popping spring 134, and unfolding of the anti-pulling tooth 132 is completed; then grouting is carried out, the grouting is required to be finished at one time and cannot be injected for multiple times, and the grouting pipe 22 is gradually retracted during grouting; when cement paste settlement occurs after the first grouting, the cement paste needs to be timely injected; and curing the grouted cement paste according to the requirements, wherein the curing time is not less than 7 days.
When the hardness of the cement paste reaches over 75% of the designed hardness, the anchor cable is drawn through the passing hydraulic jack, prestress is applied to the anchor cable, and then the anchor cable is checked and accepted.
And applying an anchor tail 3 for construction of the anchor cable with qualified prestress acceptance, abutting the anchor tail 3 with the top surface of the anchor hole 4, constructing an anchor cable frame beam according to design requirements, combining the anchor cable, dispersing the pulling force of a single point, and improving the integral tensile resistance of the side slope.
The anchor cable has the advantages of being strong in structure compactness and pulling resistance, effectively reinforcing the geological stability of the side slope, improving the construction safety and the engineering service life, and effectively protecting the personal safety of a user.
