It comprises the following steps: s1, preparing the water-absorbing polymer into superfine fiber by an electrostatic spinning method; s2, selecting carbon fibers and high-strength polyester yarns for later use; s3, doubling, namely doubling the water-absorbing fibers in the step S1 to obtain water-absorbing fiber yarns, doubling the carbon fibers in the step S2 to obtain carbon fiber yarns, and doubling the high-strength polyester yarns in the step S2 to obtain high-strength polyester yarns; s4, doubling the water-absorbing fiber yarns and the carbon fiber yarns in the step S3 to obtain a water-absorbing composite plied yarn; s5, weaving the fabric by taking the high-strength polyester yarn in the step S3 as a warp yarn and the water-absorbing composite strand in the step S4 as a weft yarn; s6 warping; s7 water washing; and S8, drying. The water-absorbing polyester fabric is formed by mixing and weaving water-absorbing fibers, high-strength polyester and carbon fibers, wherein the water-absorbing fibers are superfine fibers formed by a water-absorbing polymer through an electrostatic spinning method, so that better water absorption and wear resistance are obtained.

s6: warping, namely equally dividing a x b warps on b warp beams; equally distributing c x b wefts on b warp beams, arranging one weft every a/c warps, winding the c wefts and the a yarns, and realizing warp and weft knitting to obtain the water-absorbing polyester fabric;
s7: washing with water: washing the water-absorbing polyester fabric obtained in the step S6 with water;

Preferably, the carbon fiber and the high-strength polyester yarn in the step S2 are 100-120D carbon fiber and 130-140D high-strength polyester yarn, respectively.
Preferably, 40-45 water-absorbing fibers, 30-35 carbon fibers and 55-60 high-strength polyester fibers are used for doubling in the step S3.
Preferably, the water-absorbent fiber filaments and the carbon fiber filaments in the step S4 are processed by adding dots at 3-3.5 dots/cm during the doubling process.
Preferably, a, b and c in step S6 are all positive integers, and c is a multiple of a.
Preferably, the water washing in step S7 is performed at a temperature of 70 ℃.
