HDPE double-walled bellows end reshaping device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the end of the annular mounting plate (10) remote from the internally positioned support frame (4) is provided with a toothed ring (15), the rotating motor (11) is fixedly mounted on the outside of the fixed ring (5), and the output end of the rotating motor (11) is provided with a driving gear (16), and the driving gear (16) is meshed with the toothed ring (15).

HDPE double-walled bellows end profiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the grinding wheel (14) comprises a first grinding wheel (19) and a second grinding wheel (20) arranged concentrically, the first grinding wheel (19) being mounted at the output end of the grinding motor (12) for grinding the bellows end, the second grinding wheel (20) being mounted at the end of the first grinding wheel (19) for grinding the bellows outer side.
6. An end-shaping device for HDPE double-walled corrugated pipe according to claim 5, characterized in that the outer periphery of said second grinding wheel (20) is provided with a plurality of sets of annular grinding grooves (21) matching with the outer periphery of the corrugated pipe.

The HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe end reshaping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism (7) comprises a fixing plate (22), a driving motor (23), an adjusting plate (24) and a plurality of sets of hinge rods (25), the fixing plate (22) is fixedly installed inside a fixing ring (5), the driving motor (23) is installed on one side of the fixing plate (22), the output end of the driving motor (23) penetrates through the fixing plate (22) and is fixedly connected with the middle part of the adjusting plate (24), a plurality of sets of strip-shaped holes (26) are uniformly arranged on the fixing ring (5) in the circumferential direction at equal angles, one ends of the plurality of sets of hinge rods (25) respectively penetrate through the plurality of sets of strip-shaped holes (26) and are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the inner sides of the plurality of positioning support plates (6), and the other ends of the plurality of sets of hinge rods (25) are respectively hinged with the outer sides of the adjusting plate (24), the middle parts of the plurality of groups of hinged rods (25) are respectively hinged with the plurality of groups of strip-shaped holes (26).
8. The HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe end trimming device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of sets of positioning support plates (6) are all arc-shaped plates.
9. An end-shaping device for HDPE double-walled corrugated pipe as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the outside of said fixing ring (5) is provided with annular receiving grooves (27) for receiving said sets of positioning strips (6).

The HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe end reshaping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traversing mechanism comprises two sets of linear guide rails (28), a sliding plate (29), a vertical plate (30) and a driving cylinder (31), the two sets of linear guide rails (28) are mounted on the frame (1), the sliding plate (29) is slidably disposed on the two sets of linear guide rails (28), the bottom end of the vertical plate (30) is fixedly connected with the top end of the sliding plate (29), one end of the vertical plate (30) adjacent to the fixing ring (5) penetrates through the vertical plate (30) and is fixedly connected with the vertical plate (30), the driving cylinder (31) is fixedly mounted on the frame (1), and the output end of the driving cylinder (31) is connected with the sliding plate (29).
