Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present application, the following description will make clear and complete descriptions of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In the description, claims and drawings of the present application, the descriptions of "first" and "second" are used to distinguish different components, structures, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, and do not limit that "first" and "second" are different types. In addition, the embodiments described herein are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the overall appearance and structure of a purifier according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 shows a front view of a purifier provided in an embodiment of the present application. FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a cross-section A-A of the purifier shown in FIG. 2. Fig. 4 is an enlarged partial view of section B of the schematic cross-sectional view of fig. 3. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the purifier provided in this embodiment includes a main body 1 and a filter device 2. The filter device 2 is connected to the main body 1 by a locking mechanism 3. Wherein, the filter device 2 is provided with a handle 21, and the locking mechanism 3 and the handle 21 have a linkage relation (not shown in fig. 1-4); the handle 21 is stressed to trigger the locking mechanism 3 to change from the locking state to the releasing state or from the releasing state to the locking state. When the locking mechanism 3 is in a locking state, the main body 1 is connected with the filtering device 2; when the locking mechanism 3 is in the released state, the connection of the body 1 to the filter device 2 is broken. After disconnecting the filter device 2 from the main body 1, the user can take the filter device 2 off the main body 1 by lifting the handle 21.
For the filter device with the handle, the user usually takes the filter device through the handle, and in the embodiment, the locking mechanism and the handle are directly designed into a scheme with a linkage relation, so that the user can operate the handle by one hand, and the actions of unlocking and taking out the filter device can be continuously completed, and the filter device is very convenient to use. In this embodiment, the linkage relationship between the locking mechanism and the handle may be mechanical linkage, or mechanical and electric linkage. The linkage relation on the mechanical mechanism can be simply understood as: the manual lifting and locking mechanism follow-up scheme is realized through the mechanical structure and the parts. The linkage of the mechanical mechanism will be described in connection with specific embodiments. The mechanical and electric combined linkage can be understood as follows: the mechanical structure, the electrical element and the controller are combined to realize the stress of the lifting handle, the electrical element detects the stress to generate a trigger signal, and the controller controls the process of switching the state of the locking mechanism after receiving the trigger signal. Likewise, the mechanical and electrical linkage will be described in connection with specific embodiments.
Specifically, the body 1 may have an open mounting cavity 100 therein. For example, the main body is provided with a mounting cavity with an open upper end, and the filtering device is arranged in the mounting cavity from the upper part of the main body downwards. For another example, the main body is provided with a mounting cavity with a lateral opening, and the filtering device is arranged in the mounting cavity from one side of the main body. In the embodiment shown in fig. 14, the main body has a mounting cavity 100 with two open ends, i.e. a space extending transversely therethrough, into which mounting cavity 100 the user can insert the filter device 2 from either side of the main body.
Figures 3 and 4 illustrate one possible mechanism of the locking mechanism. In particular, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking mechanism 3 comprises a first structure 31 and a second structure 32. The first structure 31 is arranged on the body 1 and the second structure 32 is arranged on the filter device 2. In practice, when the main body 1 is disconnected from the filtering device 2, for example, the filtering device 2 is removed from the main body 1, it can be seen that: the first structure 31 is hidden from the body and the second structure 32 is hidden from the filter device 2. When the filter device 2 is positioned in the installation cavity 100, the first structure 31 corresponds to and is connected with the second structure 32 in position, so that the filter device 2 is locked with the main body 1.
In a specific implementation, the handle 21 may be movably connected with the filtering device 2; the handle 21 is forced to move away from the first position, and the locking mechanism 3 is moved to change from the locked state to the released state. Wherein the handle activity may include, but is not limited to: away from the first position in a linear direction or rotated about a rotational axis away from the first position.
For example, the handle 21 moves away from the first position in a straight direction, causing the locking mechanism 3 to change from the locked state to the released state. Alternatively, the handle 21 is rotated about a rotation axis away from the first position, and the handle moves with the second structure in the locking mechanism 3, so that the second structure is disconnected from the first structure, and unlocking is completed.
A specific embodiment of the first and second arrangements of the locking mechanism 3 will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 4, the locking mechanism 3 includes a first structure 31 and a second structure 32. Wherein the first structure 31 is arranged on said body 1. A second structure 32 is provided on the filter device 2. The first structure 31 includes a movable lock pin 314 and an elastic member 313. The second structure 32 includes a magnetic member 320. When the locking mechanism 3 is in the locked state, the movable lock pin 314 and the magnetic member 320 are magnetically attracted together. When the locking mechanism 3 is in a release state, the magnetic piece 320 is driven by the handle to be far away from the movable lock pin 314, the magnetism is weakened, and the movable lock pin 314 returns to the initial position under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 313.
Specifically, the movable locking pin 314 is inserted into the locking pin groove 323 under the magnetic action of the magnetic member 320, and the elastic member 313 is deformed. The magnetic piece 320 is linked with the handle 21, and when the handle 21 is in the first position, the magnetic piece 320 is located below the locking pin groove 323; the handle 21 is moved away from the first position and the magnetic member 320 is moved away from the detent recess 323; the movable lock pin 314 is released from the lock pin groove 323 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 313, that is, the movable lock pin is separated from the lock pin groove 323, and the locking mechanism 3 is in a released state as shown in fig. 5.
More specifically, the lock pin groove 323 is provided in the filter device 2, corresponding to the movable lock pin 314. The magnetic member 320 is positioned below the detent recess 323 when the handle 21 is in the first position.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the first structure 31 may further include: spring press plate 312 and screw 311. The body 1 as shown in fig. 6 and 7 includes an upper body 11, and a first structure 31 is provided on the upper body 11, and the first structure 31 may be hidden on the upper body 11. Referring to fig. 6, the head of the movable lock pin 314 may be hidden in a corresponding hole in the upper body 11. As shown in fig. 7, the upper body 11 includes: an upper body 110 and a bottom wall 111. The bottom wall 111 is provided with a through hole which is matched with the movable lock pin 314. During assembly, the movable lock pin 314 can be inserted into the through hole from bottom to top according to the orientation shown in fig. 7, then the elastic member 313 is sleeved on the movable lock pin 314, and the spring pressing plate 312 is arranged on the elastic member 313. The spring pressure plate 312 is provided with a mounting hole which is matched with the threaded hole in the movable lock pin 314; then screwing the screw 311 into the threaded hole in the movable lock pin 314; finally, the bottom wall 111 with the first structure 31 mounted thereto is mounted to the upper body portion 110.
Fig. 8 and 9 show an alternative embodiment of the above-mentioned unlocking locking mechanism with the handle moving in a linear direction away from the first position. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the filtering device 2 is provided with a chute 23; the handle 21 is provided with a drag shaft 211. Specifically, the end of the handle 21 is provided with a shaft hole. When the handle is installed, the shaft hole at the end part of the handle corresponds to the position of the sliding groove 23, and then the dragging shaft 211 is inserted into the shaft hole of the handle and the sliding groove 23. The towing shaft 211 is movable in the chute 23. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the magnetic member 320 is provided with a hook 3222, and the hook 3222 is hooked on the towing shaft 211 to follow the movement of the handle 21. As shown in fig. 9, the chute 23 has an elongated slide, which provides a guide and limit position for the handle 21 to move in a straight direction. For example, the chute 23 is provided on the upper end face of the filter device 2, on which a vertical wall 29 for connecting the handle 21 is provided. The standing wall 29 may be perpendicular to the upper end face. The chute is arranged on the standing wall 29. The chute may be racetrack shaped. The slide 23 has two ends, one of which can be provided with a recess in the upper groove wall, which recess is adapted to the diameter of the towing shaft of the handle 21. Thus, when the user pulls the handle along the straight line direction provided by the chute so that the pulling shaft moves to the end part with the notch, the locking mechanism is in a released state, after the user continues to pull the handle to extract the filter device from the main body, the user can lift the filter device by using the handle, at the moment, the handle is equivalent to a vertical posture (the posture of the handle presented in the last step in the extraction process shown in fig. 14), the pulling shaft of the handle is just clamped in the notch, and the condition that the pulling shaft of the handle swings back and forth in the chute can not occur. The detent groove 323 mentioned above may be located above the chute 23, more specifically, the detent groove 323 may be provided above one end of the chute 23. In a more varied view, the end of the chute 23 provided with the locking pin slot defines a first position of the handle; the other end of the chute 23 defines a second position in which the handle is movable, i.e. a limit position in which the handle is movable after leaving the first position.
With continued reference to fig. 10, the magnetic element 320 may include: magnet drag box 322 and magnet 321; wherein the magnet 321 is disposed within the magnet holder 322; the outer side of the magnet drag box 322 is provided with the drag hook 3222. As shown in fig. 9, the filter device 2 is provided with a limit groove 25 adapted to the magnet drag box 322, so as to limit the movement of the magnetic member 320 in the limit groove 25. More specifically, the filtering device 2 has an upper cover seat 222, the sliding groove 23, the limiting groove 25, etc. are disposed on the upper cover seat 222, and the handle 21 is connected to the upper cover seat 222. The upper cover seat 222 may further be provided with a cover plate 221. The detent groove 323 may be provided on the cover plate 221. The detent groove 323 corresponds to the position of the movable detent 314 on the body 1 after the filter device 2 is placed in place on the body 1. When the handle 21 is in the first position, the magnetic member 320 is positioned at the bottom of the locking groove 323. Under the action of magnetic force, the movable lock pin 314 is inserted into the lock pin groove 323, and the connection of the filter device 2 and the main body 1 is completed.
Fig. 11 and 12 show an alternative embodiment of the above-mentioned handle being rotated about a rotational axis away from the first position unlocking locking mechanism. Referring to the simplified schematic construction of fig. 11 and 12, the handle 21 is connected to the filter device 2 by a rotation shaft 210. For example, the handle 21 is connected to the upper cover base 222 of the filter device 2 via the rotation shaft 210. The handle 21 has a first end and a second end at both sides of the rotation shaft 210, the first end is used for holding, and the second end is used for connecting the magnetic member 320; the handle 21 rotates about the rotation axis 210 away from the first position and the magnetic member 320 is away from the detent recess 323. Fig. 11 shows the case where the magnetic member 320 is positioned at the bottom of the detent groove 323, and the movable detent 314 is magnetically inserted into the detent groove 323 and magnetically attracted to the detent groove bottom by the magnetic member 320. Fig. 12 shows that the handle 21 rotates around the rotation axis 210 from the first position to the second position, the magnetic member 320 is far away from the latch groove 323, the magnetic force applied to the movable latch 314 is weakened, the elastic force is dominant, and the movable latch 314 is under the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 313.
As mentioned above, the filtering device 2 in the present embodiment may include: the filter element 26 and the upper cover 22. As shown in fig. 13, the upper cover 22 is provided on top of the filter member 26; the handle 21 is movably connected with the upper cover 22. The upper cover 22 is provided with a handle groove 224 (as shown in fig. 8) adapted to the handle 21, the handle 21 is embedded in the handle groove 224, and the top surface of the handle 21 is flush with the top surface of the upper cover 22. For example, the sidewall of the handle 21 is flush with the sidewall of the filter element 26 for a cleaner that is more aesthetically pleasing. The handle 21 may be in the first position mentioned above when in the handle slot 224. The second position of the handle 21 may be determined by the chute 23 or a structure (not described in detail herein, but not limited to this embodiment) that limits the rotation angle of the handle.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the main body 1 includes an upper main body 11, a lower main body 12, and a column 13; the upright 13 supports the upper body 11 to have a distance from the lower body 12, forming the mounting cavity 100 which is laterally open. The filter device 2 is connected to the upper body 11 in the installation chamber 100 by the locking mechanism 3. Referring to fig. 2, the filter device 2 is placed on the lower body 12, the top surface of the filter device 2 contacts with the lower end surface of the upper body 11, the locking mechanism 3 is hidden, and at least a part of the handle 21 is exposed at the opening.
When the filtering device 2 is positioned in the installation cavity 100 and connected with the main body 1 through the locking mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the handle 21 is semi-hidden, and the outer wall of the handle 21 is flush with the outer side wall of the main body 1 (as indicated by the dashed line in fig. 2); the outer side wall of the main body 1 is provided with a notch or an inclined plane so that the buckling groove 27 on the lifting handle 21 is exposed, thereby facilitating force application. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the lower edge of the upper body 11 has a slope so that the fastening groove 27 of the handle 21 is exposed, which facilitates the user to fasten the handle 21 in the fastening groove 27 by hand.
In summary, this embodiment provides a scheme of being connected with the main part through handle unblock filter equipment, and the user pulls, rotates or the combination of two actions is operated the handle alright consecutive completion unblock main part and filter equipment's connection, the action of taking off filter equipment from the main part, and it is convenient to dismantle. In addition, the scheme that this embodiment provided can also hide locking mechanism, and the handle part or the whole is exposed, and clarifier outward appearance structure is succinct like this, and shell structure is simpler, and the wholeness is better.
Fig. 14 shows a process diagram of the filter device removal of the purifier provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 14, the a state: the body 1 is connected to the filter device 2 by a hidden locking mechanism, in which case the handle 21 is in the handle channel (i.e. the first position mentioned above). The catching groove of the handle 21 is exposed, through which a user can pull the handle 21. The user pulls the handle 21 to a second position, the b-state in fig. 14. In the b state, the locking mechanism is hidden in the body 1 and the filter device 2, because the triggering of the handle 21 is in the released state, i.e. the filter device 2 has been disengaged from the body. The user continues to pull on the handle 21 and the filter device 2 is removed from the body 1, as in the c-state. The user can carry the filter device 2 by means of the handle 21 and clean it or discard it, etc.
The process of installing the filter device 2 is as follows: the filter device 2 to be mounted by the user is inserted into the mounting cavity of the main body 1 in a form as shown in the state c of fig. 14. After being placed in the installation cavity, if the sound of falling the movable lock pin (i.e. the sound of the movable lock pin being attracted by the magnet) can be heard, the locking mechanism is in the locked state, and the filtering device 2 is connected with the main body 1. If no sound is heard, the handle can be moved to adjust the position of the magnetic piece until the falling lock sound is heard.
The handle 21 in this embodiment may be U-shaped as shown in fig. 8, or may be other shapes, and this embodiment is not particularly limited.
Besides the implementation scheme of the locking mechanism listed in the above embodiment, the locking mechanism may be implemented by adopting other schemes. For example, the locking mechanism includes: slot, cam and bolt. Wherein, the slot can be arranged on the main body. A cam and latch may be provided on the filter device. The rotating shaft of the handle is provided with a cam, and the bolt is contacted with the cam. The cam rotates along with the rotation of the lifting handle, the bolt contacts with the distal end of the cam, the bolt is ejected out and inserted into the slot on the main body, and the locking mechanism is in a locking state; the latch contacts the proximal end of the cam, the latch withdraws from the slot, and the locking mechanism is in a released state.
Figures 3-12 above illustrate the use of a mechanical structure for the locking mechanism and handle to achieve a ganged relationship. A scheme for realizing the linkage by adopting an electric control mode will be listed below. For example, the locking mechanism includes an electromagnet and an elastic moving member, the electromagnet is disposed on the main body, and the elastic moving member is disposed on the filtering device.
