Abstract
The invention discloses a self-closing structure for an opening of a seat cover, which comprises a cover A surface cut-off piece with an opening, and is characterized by further comprising a middle seam piece with an opening and a flexible material plate with an opening, wherein the middle seam piece is sewn together with the cover A surface cut-off piece through a first suture and is positioned on the outer surface of the cover A surface cut-off piece, and the flexible material plate with the opening is sewn together with the middle seam piece through a second suture; after sewing, the middle seam piece with the opening and the flexible material plate with the opening are turned over from the opening of the face cover A face cut piece to the inner surface of the face cover A face cut piece with the opening. The invention has no external stitching and can prevent the sewing thread from being exposed, the surface cover is supported by the flexible material plate with the opening, the surface cover is locally flat and smooth, and the problems of poor seat consistency and integrity caused by the differences of the surface cover, the leather texture and the color of the plastic part are solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seats, in particular to a self-closing structure for an opening of a seat cover.
Background
It is currently necessary to provide some functional modules on the seat, such as reading lights, buttons, etc. For example, the reading lamp 1 is generally disposed on the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2 (see fig. 1 and 2), and thus needs to be opened on the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2 to expose the reading lamp or the button.
The current practice is: referring to fig. 3 to 7, a cover clip 6 is sewn to the opening edge of the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2, and when assembled, the light source base 3 or button seat provided with the reading lamp 1 is fixed to the backrest frame 9, and the light source base 3 is connected to the power supply 8 via the harness 7. Then the cover clamping plate 6 is clamped into the slot 3a of the light source base 3, and finally a plastic cover cap 4 is inserted into the light source base 3 or the button seat so as to press the opening edge of the A face 2a of the seat cover 2.
The following problems exist with the adoption of the method:
1. the a-side 2a of the seat cover 2 has a plastic cover 4 that cannot meet customer embedded requirements. If the plastic cover 4 is omitted, the opening of the seat cover 2 itself has to be closed.
2. The design of the plastic cover 4 needs to meet the requirement of BP not less than 10MM blank pressing amount, and the engineering requirement cannot be met because the whole reading lamp 1 is smaller.
3. To ensure the edge pressing amount, the plastic cover 4 should be designed with a relatively large size, which causes an inconsistent ratio of the plastic cover 4 to the inner core of the reading lamp 1/button.
4. Manufacturing tolerances result in exposed corner stitches, burrs;
5. The differences in the skin, texture and color of the seat cover 2 and the plastic cover 4 result in inconsistent seat integrity.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a structure for self-closing at an opening of a seat cover, which aims at the technical problem of arranging some functional modules on the seat and has the advantages of process optimization, space saving, light weight and improved appearance.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the structure for self-closing the opening of the seat cover of the invention comprises a cover A surface cut-off piece with an opening, and is characterized by further comprising a middle seam piece with an opening and a flexible material plate with an opening, wherein the middle seam piece is sewn together with the cover A surface cut-off piece through a first seam and is positioned on the outer surface of the cover A surface cut-off piece, and the flexible material plate with an opening is sewn together with the middle seam piece through a second seam; after sewing, the middle seam piece with the opening and the flexible material plate with the opening are turned over from the opening of the face cover A face cut piece to the inner surface of the face cover A face cut piece with the opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, further comprising a connector also having an opening, the open edge of the connector being interposed between the sheet of flexible material having an opening and the inner surface of the face-cover-a panel having an opening; and the connecting piece is also provided with a buckling part for buckling and connecting the functional modules.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting element is divided into two half connecting elements, each half connecting element is provided with a half opening, the two half connecting elements are inserted between the flexible material plate with the opening and the inner surface of the face sleeve A face cutting piece with the opening in opposite directions and then hinged together to form the connecting element, and the two half openings form the opening.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 8-11, a construction for self-closing a seat cover opening is shown, comprising a cover a side panel 10. The material of the face cut-off sheet 10 of the face set a is not different from that of the conventional face cut-off sheet of the face set a, and may be cloth, leather, or the like.
For mounting reading lights or other functional modules such as buttons on the seat a-side, an opening 11 is cut into the cover a-side panel 10.

After the intermediate panel 20 and the flexible material sheet 30 are sewn, the intermediate panel 20 with the opening 21 and the flexible material sheet 30 with the opening 31 are turned together from the opening 11 of the face cover a-side panel 10 onto the inner surface 13 of the face cover a-side panel 10 with the opening 11. Thus, the first and second stitches 40 and 50, and the intermediate stitch sheet 20 and the flexible material sheet 30 are not visible from the outer surface of the face cut-off sheet 10 of the face cover a, so that the entire face cover a has no outer stitch and the sewing thread is prevented from being exposed while solving the problems of poor seat consistency and integrity caused by the difference in the skin, texture and color of the face cover and the plastic piece.
After the intermediate slit sheet 20 having the opening 21 and the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 are turned together from the opening 11 of the face cover a-side cut-out 10 onto the inner surface of the face cover a-side cut-out 10 having the opening 11, a slit 80 into which the connecting member 60 is inserted is formed between the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 and the inner surface of the face cover a-side cut-out 10 having the opening 11.
The connecting piece 60 used in the invention is also provided with an opening 60a, and the edge of the opening 60a of the connecting piece 60 is inserted between the flexible material plate 30 with the opening 31 and the inner surface of the face cover A face cut-off piece 10 with the opening 11; a plurality of fastening parts 60b for fastening and connecting the reading lamp holders 70 of the functional modules (as shown in fig. 12-13) are further provided on the connecting member 60. The plurality of fastening portions 60b may be symmetrically disposed or asymmetrically disposed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention divides the attachment member 60 into two half-attachment members 61, 62, the two half-attachment members 61, 62 each being provided with half-openings 61a, 62a, in order to facilitate the insertion of the edge of the opening 60a of the attachment member 60 between the flexible material sheet 30 having the opening 31 and the inner surface of the face cover a panel 10 having the opening 11. Referring to fig. 13 to 15 and 17 to 20, a plurality of insertion holes 71 are formed in the reading lamp holder 70 at positions corresponding to the plurality of fastening parts 60b of the connector 60, and the reading lamp holder 70 is connected to a power source 73 through a wire harness 72. The reading lamp holder 70 may be pre-fixed to the seat frame or pre-embedded in the seat foam, and then the plurality of fastening parts 60b, which have been inserted into the connecting member 60 between the flexible material plate 30 having the opening 31 and the inner surface of the facing a-side cut-out 10 having the opening 11, are fastened to the insertion holes 71 of the reading lamp holder 70, so as to meet the requirement of customers for the embedded installation of the reading lamp.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the plastic cover is not provided with an external plastic cover, and the problems of edge pressing amount, assembly scrapping, difficult disassembly, multiple materials and the like of the plastic cover are not required to be considered. Meanwhile, the requirement of plastic parts BP is not required to be met, more engineering and modeling spaces are reserved, and the weight can be reduced.
