一种定时器控制的方法和装置,方法包括:发送唤醒信息(301);晌应于唤醒信息,对第一定时器进行操作处理(302)。其中,唤醒信息指示终端监听物理下行控制信道PDCCH,第一定时器包括SCell去激活定时器或部分带宽BWP静止定时器。解决了现有技术中的SCell去激活定时器和/或BWP静止定时器的控制方式限制传输速率以及增大业务传输时延的技术问题。
