Further, the belt piece 30 and the belt piece 40 are provided with the engaging claws 32c and the engaged holes 42c that engage with each other, and when the tightening of the nut 70 to the bolt 60 is increased, the engaging claws 32c and the engaged holes 42c are firmly engaged with each other, so that the loosening of the engagement of the belt piece 30 and the belt piece 40 can be suppressed.
Fig. 11 and 12 show modifications of the turnbuckle 20, the band piece 30, and the band piece 40.
In the turnbuckle 20, the retaining portion 22d faces the tightening piece 23, the retaining portion 23d faces the tightening piece 22, and stoppers 22f, 23f longer than the retaining portions 22d, 23d are provided below the retaining portions 22d, 23 d. When the turnbuckle 20 is attached to the suspension bolt B, the suspension bolt B is inserted into the turnbuckle 20 via the swivel nut 24, but if the insertion into the turnbuckle 20 becomes excessive as shown in fig. 13 (a), the elastic deformation of the tightening pieces 22 and 23 is inhibited. However, since the stoppers 22f and 23f prevent this excessive insertion as shown in fig. 13 (B), the elastic deformation of the tightening pieces 22 and 23 is prevented from being hindered by the suspension bolt B and hindering the pipe work.
As shown in fig. 14, the belt piece 30 is provided with a pair of regulating claws 32d, 32d via an engaging claw 32 c. In the pipe work, in the temporarily fixed state before the nut 70 is completely tightened (the state before the tightening degree of the nut 70 with respect to the bolt 60 is increased in fig. 9), the worker moves the pipe P in order to adjust the position of the pipe P, and the band pieces 30 and 40 sometimes collide and move in accordance therewith, but as shown in fig. 15, even if the band piece 40 moves in the arrow D direction with respect to the band piece 30 and tries to shift in the direction of engagement and disengagement of the engagement claw 32c and the engaged hole 42c, the restricting claw 32D provided in the supporting portion 32 abuts against the bent portion 42D and restricts the movement of the supporting portion 42 in the direction of engagement and disengagement thereof, so that the engagement and disengagement can be prevented during the adjustment of the pipe position.
The strap piece 40 is provided with a recess 41b for accommodating a part of the nut 70 in a temporarily fixed state at a position of a lower end of the elongated hole 41 a. In order for the worker to move the pipe P to adjust the position of the pipe P in the temporarily fixed state, as shown in fig. 16, even if the strap piece 40 moves in the direction of the arrow E relative to the strap piece 30 and is displaced vertically, the nut 70 accommodated in the recess 41b is caught by the recess 41b, and the vertical displacement is suppressed, so that the workability of the pipe work can be further improved.
The embodiments for carrying out the present invention have been described above as examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be appropriately changed or the like within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the engaging claws 32c are provided on the belt piece 30 and the engaged holes 42c are provided on the belt piece 40, but the engaging form is not limited to this, and it is needless to say that the engaged holes may be provided on the belt piece 30 and the engaging claws may be provided on the belt piece 40.
In the above embodiment, the shaft portion 61 of the bolt 60 is provided with the retaining portion 61a, and this retaining portion may be provided not on the bolt but on the nut, and the shape, forming position, and number of the restricting claws 32d are not limited to those described above, and may not be claw-shaped as in the restricting portion 32e shown in fig. 17, for example.

Claims (10)

1. A pipe support tool, comprising:
a turnbuckle having a base attached to a structure and a pair of opposing pieces extending downward from the base,
a first support member having a first mounting portion mounted in abutment with a first opposing piece of the pair of opposing pieces, and a first support portion provided below the first mounting portion and supporting a part of a circumferential surface of the pipe,
a second support member having a second mounting portion mounted in abutment with a second opposing piece of the pair of opposing pieces and a second support portion provided below the second mounting portion, supporting the other portion of the circumferential surface of the pipe and engaged with the first support portion, and
a fastening member inserted through insertion holes respectively formed in the first opposing piece, the second opposing piece, the first mounting portion, and the second mounting portion, and fastening the first opposing piece, the second opposing piece, the first mounting portion, and the second mounting portion;
a contact piece and an inclined piece are arranged on the second mounting part, the contact piece is contacted with the second opposite piece under the state that the first opposite piece, the second opposite piece, the first mounting part and the second mounting part are fastened, the inclined piece extends upwards from the upper part of the contact piece and in the direction of separating from the second opposite piece,
the insertion hole of the second mounting portion is formed to extend from the abutting piece to the inclined piece.
2. The pipe support tool of claim 1,
the first mounting portion has a portion abutting against the first opposing piece and the abutting piece have the same or substantially the same size in the vertical direction.
3. The pipe support tool of claim 1 or 2,
the fastening member is composed of a bolt and a nut, the bolt is inserted through the insertion holes of the first opposite piece, the second opposite piece, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, and the nut is in threaded connection with the bolt.
4. The pipe support tool of claim 3,
the first opposing piece and the second opposing piece are elastically deformable with respect to the base,
the bolt or the nut is provided with a retaining portion that retains the nut from being disengaged so as to maintain elastic deformation of the first opposing piece and the second opposing piece even when the nut is loosened from the bolt.
5. The pipe support tool of claim 3 or 4,
a recess is provided in the first mounting portion or the second mounting portion, the recess accommodating at least a part of the nut in a state of being temporarily fixed to the bolt.
6. The pipe supporting tool of any one of claims 1 to 5,
the first support portion and the second support portion are provided with an engaging claw and an engaged portion that engage with each other, and the engaging claw and the engaged portion are firmly engaged with each other when the fastening force of the fastening member is increased.
7. The pipe support tool of claim 6,
the second support portion is provided with a guide portion that guides the engagement claw to be engaged with the engaged portion.
8. The pipe support tool of claim 6 or 7,
the first support portion is provided with a restricting portion that restricts the second support portion from moving in a direction in which the engagement claw and the engaged portion are disengaged from each other.
9. The pipe supporting tool of any one of claims 1 to 8,
an insertion hole into which a rotating nut screwed to a suspension bolt fixed to the structure is inserted is provided in the base,
the first opposing piece or the second opposing piece is provided with a retaining portion that prevents the spin nut from falling off the insertion hole.
10. The pipe supporting tool of any one of claims 1 to 8,
an insertion restriction part is provided on the first opposite piece or the second opposite piece, the insertion restriction part preventing the suspension bolt from being excessively inserted into the turnbuckle.
