on the other hand, the first clamp 3 moves in a direction approaching the first cross bar 2, so that the piston 322 of the first clamp 3 presses the air in the slide chamber 32 of the cross bar 331, thereby discharging the air in the slide chamber 32 of the cross bar through two outlets, the first outlet is discharged through the first through hole 34, and the second outlet is discharged through the second through hole 43 through the connecting pipe 323.
(3) The left hand and the right hand of the worker move downwards simultaneously, so that the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are positioned at the left end and the right end of the label 02, but the label 02 is not clamped by the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 at the moment, the worker grasps the first operating rod 1 by the left hand and pushes up the first operating rod 1 by the right hand, so that the distance between the first cross rod 2 and the second cross rod 6 is increased, the second cross rod 6 pulls the first driving rod 71 and the second driving rod 72 in the direction away from the first cross rod 2, so that the first clamping plate 3 is pulled by the first driving rod 71, and the second clamping plate 4 is pulled by the second driving rod 72, so that the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are close to each other;
on the one hand, the first clamp plate 3 and the second clamp plate 4 which are close to each other can clamp the label 02;
on the other hand, as the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 approach each other, the first clamping plate 3 will slide in a direction away from the first cross bar 2, so that the space between the piston 322 on the first cross bar 2 and the bottom of the cross bar sliding cavity 32 is increased, so that negative pressure exists in the cross bar sliding cavity 32, the existence of the negative pressure will suck air from two outlets, the first outlet is air sucked into the cross bar sliding cavity 32 from the first through hole 34, the second outlet is air sucked into the cross bar sliding cavity 32 from the second through hole 43 and the connecting pipe 323, so that negative pressure exists in both the first through hole 34 and the second through hole 43, and the existence of the negative pressure will make the label 02 tightly sucked on the first clamping plate 3 or the second clamping plate 4;
so that the label 02 can not only be tightly clamped by the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, but also be tightly sucked on the first clamping plate 3 or the second clamping plate 4.
(4) The worker holds the first and second levers 1 and 5 in a gripped state so as to maintain the state where the first and second clamp plates 3 and 4 clamp the label 02, and lifts the first and second levers 1 and 5 to upwardly extract the label 02 in the label holder 01, thereby completing the extraction of the label 02 from the label holder 01 on the shelf.
Case two: when the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device of the embodiment 4 is used to insert the label 02 into the label rack 01 on the goods shelf, the following operations are required:
(1) The worker inserts the label 02 into the gap between the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, while the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 do not clamp the label 02.
(2) A worker holds the first operating rod 1 immovably with the left hand and pushes the second operating rod 5 with the right hand, so that the distance between the first cross rod 2 and the second cross rod 6 is increased, the second cross rod 6 pulls the first driving rod 71 and the second driving rod 72 in the direction away from the first cross rod 2, so that the first driving rod 71 pulls the first clamping plate 3, the second driving rod 72 pulls the second clamping plate 4, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are close to each other; the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 which are close to each other not only clamp the label 02, but also tightly suck the label 02 on the first clamping plate 3 or the second clamping plate 4.
(3) The worker maintains the grasping state of the first and second levers 1 and 5 so as to maintain the state where the first and second clamp plates 3 and 4 clamp the label 02, the worker lifts the first and second levers 1 and 5, feeds the label 02 above the slot 011 of the label holder 01 on the shelf, and moves the first and second levers 1 and 5 downward so that the label 02 is inserted into the slot 011 of the label holder 01, at which time the label 02 is held by the first and second clamp plates 3 and 4 and the label 02 is sucked by the first or second clamp plate 3 or 4 although the label 02 is inserted into the slot 011 of the label holder 01;
(4) A worker holds the first operating rod 1 immovably with the left hand and pulls the second operating rod 5 downwards with the right hand, so that the second operating rod 5 slides downwards in the vertical sliding cavity 11 of the first operating rod 1, the distance between the first cross rod 2 and the second cross rod 6 is shortened, the second cross rod 6 pushes the first driving rod 71 and the second driving rod 72 towards the direction close to the first cross rod 2, so that the first driving rod 71 pushes the first clamping plate 3, the second driving rod 72 pushes the second clamping plate 4, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are far away from each other;
on the one hand, the gap between the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 which are far away from each other is increased, so that the label 02 clamped between the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 can be dropped from between the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4;
and, on the other hand, the first clamp 3 moves to a direction close to the first cross bar 2, so that the piston 322 of the first clamp 3 presses the air in the slide chamber 32 of the cross bar 331, thereby the air in the slide chamber 32 of the cross bar is discharged from two outlets, the first outlet is discharged from the first through hole 34, the second outlet is discharged from the second through hole 43 through the connecting pipe 323, the air discharged from the first through hole 34 and the second through hole 43 can blow the label 02 off the first clamp 3 and the second clamp 4, thereby preventing the label 02 from being attached on the first clamp 3 or the second clamp 4, and accelerating the detachment of the label 02 from the first clamp 3 and the second clamp 4.
Thus, the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 which are far away from each other not only loosen the label 02 but also blow the label 02 off the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, so that the label 02 falls into the label holder 01, thereby completing the work of inserting the label 02 into the label holder 01 on the shelf.
Through the process, the following steps are carried out: compared with the embodiment 1 or 2 in which the label 02 can only be clamped by the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, and the label 02 can be released by the separation of the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device provided by the embodiment 4 can suck the label 02 on the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 while the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 clamp the label 02, and can blow the label 02 off from the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 by using air flow when the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 release the label 02, so that the embodiment 4 can clamp the label 02 more stably and firmly, the label 02 can be released more effectively and completely, the label 02 is prevented from being stuck on the first clamping plate 3 or the second clamping plate 4, and the efficiency of replacing the label 02 is improved.
Compared with the boosting block 73 arranged in the embodiment 3, the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device provided by the embodiment 4 has the advantages that the first through hole 34 is formed in the first clamping plate 3, the second through hole 43 is formed in the second clamping plate 4, and the piston 322 is arranged in the cross rod sliding cavity 32, so that the weight of the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device of the embodiment 4 can be reduced, the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device is lighter than that of the embodiment 3, the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device is convenient to use and operate, the physical strength consumed by lifting actions of workers is reduced, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
Moreover, the air suction and release actions of the embodiment 4 are synchronous with the clamping and release actions of the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4, and only the second operating rod 5 needs to be operated by a worker, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the use by the worker is facilitated.
Example 5
With the label holder 01 provided with the finger hole 012 as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the embodiments 1 to 4 cannot extract the label 02 in the label holder 01 because only the first clamp plate 3 can touch the label 02 in the label holder 01 through the finger hole 012 and the second clamp plate 4 cannot touch the label 02 in the label holder 01, so that the first clamp plate 3 and the second clamp plate 4 cannot clamp the label 02 in the label holder 01.
In contrast, in the present embodiment 5, on the basis of embodiment 4, a further improvement is made:
as shown in fig. 16-17, in the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device of this embodiment 5, a squeezing cross bar 331 is welded to the first supporting plate 33 on a side close to the second supporting plate 42, and an adsorbing portion 3311 is disposed on an end of the squeezing cross bar 331 away from the first supporting plate 33. In this embodiment 5, the suction unit 3311 is a suction cup, the rail slide chamber 32 is communicated with the suction cup through the suction pipe 324, and the suction pipe 324 is a hose.
When the ascending-free cigarette label replacing device of embodiment 5 is used to extract the labels 02 in the label rack 01 on the shelf, the following operations are required:
(1) The staff holds the first operating rod 1 with the left hand, holds the second operating rod 5 with the right hand, lifts up the first operating rod 1 and the second operating rod 5, buckles the interval between the first supporting plate 33 and the second supporting plate 42 on the label rack 01, so that the label rack 01 is clamped between the first supporting plate 33 and the second supporting plate 42, the suction cups of the first supporting plate 33 on the extrusion cross bar 331 close to one side of the second supporting plate 42 face the finger holes 012, and the label 02 in the label rack 01 waits for the suction cups to suck.
(2) A worker holds the first operating rod 1 with the left hand and pulls the second operating rod 5 downwards with the right hand, so that the second operating rod 5 slides downwards in the vertical sliding cavity 11 of the first operating rod 1, the distance between the first cross rod 2 and the second cross rod 6 is shortened, the second cross rod 6 pushes the first driving rod 71 and the second driving rod 72 towards the direction close to the first cross rod 2, the first driving rod 71 pushes the first clamping plate 3, the second driving rod 72 pushes the second clamping plate 4, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are far away from each other;
on one hand, the gap between the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 which are far away from each other is increased, and the label 02 in the label rack 01 can be accommodated;
on the other hand, the first clamp 3 moves in a direction approaching the first crossbar 2, so that the piston 322 of the first clamp 3 presses the air in the slide chamber 32 of the crossbar 331, thereby discharging the air in the slide chamber 32 of the crossbar through the three outlets, the first outlet is discharged through the first through hole 34, the second outlet is discharged through the second through hole 43 through the connection pipe 323, and the third outlet is discharged from the suction cup through the suction pipe 324.
(3) The left hand and the right hand of the worker move downwards simultaneously, so that the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are located at the left end and the right end of the label 02, but the label 02 is not clamped by the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 at this time, the worker grasps the first operating rod 1 by the left hand and pushes up the first operating rod 1 by the right hand, so that the distance between the first cross rod 2 and the second cross rod 6 is increased, the second cross rod 6 pulls the first driving rod 71 and the second driving rod 72 in the direction away from the first cross rod 2, so that the first clamping plate 3 is pulled by the first driving rod 71, the second clamping plate 4 is pulled by the second driving rod 72, the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are close to each other, and the suction cups on the squeezing cross rod 331 also pass through the finger holes 012 and abut on the label 02;
as the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 approach each other, the first clamping plate 3 slides away from the first cross rod 2, so that the space between the piston 322 on the first cross rod 2 and the bottom of the cross rod sliding cavity 32 is increased, and a negative pressure exists in the cross rod sliding cavity 32, which will suck air from three outlets, namely the air sucked into the cross rod sliding cavity 32 from the first through hole 34; a second outlet, through which air is sucked into the rail sliding chamber 32 through the second through hole 43 and the connection pipe 323; the third outlet is air drawn from the suction tube 324, the suction cup, into the bar slide chamber 32, thereby allowing the label 02 to be sucked by the suction cup.
(4) The worker maintains the grasping state of the first and second operation levers 1 and 5 so as to maintain the state where the suction cups suck the labels 02, and lifts up the first and second operation levers 1 and 5 to upwardly draw out the labels 02 in the label holder 01, thereby completing the work of drawing out the labels 02 from the label holder 01 on the shelf.
