In another embodiment, the operation information of the electronic device includes status information of the electronic device, operation mode information, operation parameters such as duration, and the like. In this embodiment, a corresponding target input unit may be configured for the target display area based on the input unit information and the operation information. For example, when the operation mode information of the electronic device indicates that the current electronic device is in a situation of consuming a large amount of system resources, a target input component with higher performance may be selected according to the input component information and allocated to the target display area, so as to meet the high standard requirement of the user. For another example, when the state information of the electronic device indicates that the electronic device is in the standby state, a target input component with lower performance may be selected according to the input component information and allocated to the target display area, so as to avoid waste of system resources.
In an embodiment of the application, the controlling at least the target display area to output the content to be displayed, which is generated by a preset input acting on the electronic device, includes:

In particular, a content source is a source of display content of an electronic device, different content source inputs may be input based on different communication lines, and a particular content source input may be controlled by a content source switch (a switch in a main chip of the electronic device). For example, in the case of a tablet computer (electronic device), the interface includes a USB input interface and a DP input interface, which are both used by a content source to input video, and the different interfaces have respective communication lines. The electronic device may control the USB protocol-based communication line to perform the first content source input and control the DP protocol-based communication line to perform the second content source input. One of the at least two content sources may be a target content source corresponding to a target display area that can be determined based on display identification information in the target content source. The display identification information is used for identifying relevant information of the corresponding content source, such as a name and a corresponding display area identification number, and a target display area can be determined according to the indication effect of the display identification information and/or a target content source corresponding to the target display area.
After the target display area and the corresponding target content source are determined, the target display area can be controlled to display the target content corresponding to the target content source. For example, in the process of first inputting by the target content source, when the video transmission line with the DP protocol-based communication line as the target content source is determined, the display identification information corresponding to the target content source indicates that the first display area is the target display area. The electronic device is thereby able to control the transmission of the video signal to the target display area over the communication line based on the DP protocol to cause the target display area to display the target content.
In addition, in an embodiment, the target content source may also be other types of data, such as operation data related to operating the electronic device, where the operation data includes data of operating the electronic device itself and operation result data, where the data of operating the electronic device itself includes an operation identifier, an operation position, an operation action, and the like, and the electronic device controls the target display area to output the operation data of the target content source so as to be known by the user.
In another embodiment, the target content source corresponding to the target display area may also be switched, for example, the user needs to switch the target content source from the first content source corresponding to the DP protocol communication line to the second content source corresponding to the USB protocol communication line. After the electronic equipment acquires the display identification information corresponding to each content source, the target display area is determined based on the display identification information, and then the target content source can be switched. Such as switching the target content source from a first content source to a second content source, a signal is sent for the target display area.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises the steps of: and updating the target display area in response to a second preset event, wherein the second preset event at least relates to the use information of the electronic equipment.
Specifically, the usage information of the electronic device may include information such as a usage object, a usage manner, a usage time period, and the like, in which the electronic device is used. The different usage information has respective corresponding target display areas. Specifically, the change information of the content source information can reflect the change situation of the content source, and the electronic device in this embodiment can update the target display area according to the change information. Thereby adapting to the display requirements after the content source information changes.
In the first aspect, the user may directly switch the target display area among the plurality of display areas, and may specifically issue a specific switching operation to the electronic device, where the switching operation may be used to guide the switching target of the user, for example, the switching operation may be sliding of a finger from the first display area to the second display area, thereby indicating that the second display area may be determined as the target display area. After acquiring the switching operation, the electronic device can update the display area (the second display area in the above example) on which the switching operation acts to the target display area based on the specific operation content of the switching operation. Of course, in the updating process, the display parameters of the target display area may also be updated as needed, for example, the display parameters of the target display area are adjusted, including adjusting the display parameters of the target display area, such as size, brightness, color temperature contrast, and/or resolution.
In a second aspect, the content source information is related to the content source displayed by the electronic device, and includes related information of a signal path, related information of a signal itself, related information of a displayed content itself, and the like. During the process of displaying the content of the content source, the content source information may change, such as the signal path for transmitting the display signal changes from the first path to the second path; signal the intensity of the application changes; the length of the displayed content is increased, etc. In this embodiment, the electronic device detects that the content source information input to the electronic device changes, and may update the target display area based on the change information of the content source information, so that the updated target display area is suitable for the changed content source. Of course, in the updating process, the display parameters of the target display area may also be updated as needed.
In a third aspect, the electronic device in this embodiment has a corresponding target object, and the target object may be the electronic device itself or an associated object, such as a peripheral, an operation body, and the like of the electronic device.
The position relationship is a position relationship between the electronic device and the target object, such as the electronic device is located behind the input device, the electronic device is located below the operation body, and the like. The electronic device may update the target display area based on the change in the positional relationship. For example, when the operating body moves from the side direction of the electronic device to the upper side of the electronic device and moves to a specific area above the first display area (e.g., the upper left corner of the first display area), the electronic device detects that the positional relationship has changed, and the target display area may be updated based on the change information of the positional information.
In a fourth aspect, the target process is a process associated with the target display area, and the change in the target process can cause a change in the target display area itself or the associated display area. For example, the target process is a process of changing the area of the target display region, or a process of expanding or adding an auxiliary region associated with the target display region. When the electronic equipment detects that the target process runs, updating the target display area at least based on the attribute information of the target process, specifically updating the related function indicated by the target process.
In the following, with reference to the second aspect, a step of updating a target display area, where the updating the target display area based on the change information of the content source information includes the following steps:
if the change information represents that the content source input to the electronic equipment is switched from a first content source to a second content source, updating a first display area into the target display area, wherein the first display area is an output area of the second content source; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the change information represents that the content source input to the electronic equipment at least increases/decreases a third content source, updating the target display area to an area including/removing a second display area, wherein the second display area is an output area of the third content source; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the variation information indicates that the resolution of a fourth content source input to the electronic device is adjusted from the first resolution to a second resolution, adjusting the target display area based on at least the second resolution.
In the first aspect, the electronic device may correspond to a plurality of content sources, such as a first content source of a DP signal and a second content source of a USB signal, and when the content source input to the electronic device is switched from the first content source to the second content source, an output area of the second content source is the first display area. The switching operation may trigger an update to the target display area. The electronic device may update the first display area to the target display area, that is, the DP signal may be an input signal of the target display area.
In a second aspect, the number of content sources of the electronic device may be increased or decreased, for example, the content sources of the electronic device originally included a first content source and a second content source. The user needs to add a third content source according to the needs of the user, and if the third content source is a content source formed after the new device outputs, the output area of the third content source is the second display area. The electronic device takes the third content source as a target content source of the target display area. And after detecting the event of adding the third content source, the electronic device takes a second display area corresponding to the third content source as a target display area, or takes the second display area as a part of the target display area.
As another example, if the content source of the electronic device originally included a first content source, a second content source, and a third content source. The user removes the third content source, whose output area is the second display area, as desired. And the electronic equipment updates the target display area. And removing the second display area contained in the target display area.
In a third aspect, the variation information of the content source information can reflect variation of the content source, and if the variation information indicates that the resolution of a fourth content source input to the electronic device is adjusted from the first resolution to the second resolution, the electronic device may adjust the target display area based on at least the second resolution. In particular, the resolution of the display of the target display area may be adjusted to the second resolution, while the resolution of the other display areas may still use the first resolution. Therefore, the display of the target display area is matched with the signal of the fourth content source, and the display effect of the target display area is improved.
In a second embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a control device, as shown in fig. 3, including:
the display device comprises an acquisition module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire a selection instruction of a display area for responding to preset input, and the display area is a split screen area of the electronic device in a split screen mode.
Specifically, the electronic device can enter a split screen mode, in the split screen mode, a display screen of the electronic device can be divided into a plurality of split screen areas, each split screen area can display, and each split screen area corresponds to the display area.
The display area is capable of displaying corresponding content in response to a preset input. Specifically, the display area may respond to a preset input to form a selection instruction, or certainly, the selection instruction may be formed according to other input content, and after the acquisition module acquires the selection instruction, the electronic device may display corresponding display content.
In one embodiment, different ones of the display regions can be separately controlled, such as to display the same content, or to display different content, or to display portions of the same content, respectively, and so forth.
The selection instruction may characterize a user's manipulation object for a particular display region, and the selection instruction may be generated based on a variety of ways. For example, the instruction directly input by the user is a selection instruction, or is generated according to an operation action of the user on the display area.
In one embodiment, different operation actions for operating the display area correspond to different selection instructions, so that before the selection instruction is determined, the acquisition module needs to analyze and judge the operation of the user, and if the specific operation conforms to the preset operation, the selection instruction for selecting the display area can be determined.
A determination module configured to determine a selected target display area.
Specifically, the determining module determines a target display area selected by the user from the plurality of display areas according to the selection instruction. For example, in the split screen mode, the electronic device may be divided into two display regions, a first display region and a second display region. The determination module may select one of the first display region and the second display region to be displayed according to the selection instruction.

Specifically, the target display area may be continuously operated by the user, and the target display area responds based on a preset input by the user. If the target display area is a touch screen capable of receiving a touch instruction, the preset input may be a touch input operation, and the electronic device controls the target display area to perform corresponding display according to the touch input operation of the user, that is, display content with display corresponding to the preset input.
For other display areas than the target display area. On one hand, no display action can be done, such as being in a standby state, thereby saving system resources. On the other hand, the same display contents as those of the target display region may be displayed. That is, the electronic device controls the other display area to be displayed along with the display of the target display area. The effect of multiple displays is formed, thereby emphasizing the content to be displayed. In yet another aspect, the electronic device may also control the other display regions to display other content not used for display by the target display region. For example, the first display content is sent to the target display area and the second display content is sent to other display areas through different input lines.
Furthermore, in one embodiment, if the user wants to switch the target display area, such as switching from the first display area to the second display area, a corresponding switching instruction may also be generated by operation, thereby achieving switching of the target display area.

1. A control method, comprising:
obtaining a selection instruction of a display area for responding to preset input, wherein the display area is a split screen area of the electronic equipment in a split screen mode;
determining a selected target display area;
and at least controlling the target display area to output the content to be displayed generated by the preset input acting on the electronic equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the selection instruction of the display area for responding to the preset input comprises:
obtaining description information of the display area, wherein the description information is used as the selection instruction; or the like, or, alternatively,
obtaining operation information of the display area, and taking the operation information as the selection instruction; or the like, or, alternatively,
obtaining the position relation between the electronic equipment and a target object, and generating the selection instruction based on the position relation; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the first preset event is monitored, generating the selection instruction.
3. The method of claim 2, the determining a selected target display area, comprising:
determining the target display area based on the description information, wherein the description information at least comprises area identification information and/or area position information; or the like, or, alternatively,
determining the target display area at least based on the operation information, wherein the operation information comprises at least one of operation positions, operation tracks, operation trends and operation parameters; or the like, or, alternatively,
determining the target display area based on the position relationship; or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining the target display area based on the first preset event.
4. The method of claim 1, the controlling at least the target display area to output content to be displayed resulting from preset inputs acting on the electronic device, comprising:
and conducting a signal path corresponding to the target display area by using a display controller of the electronic equipment so that the target display area can respond to the preset input and output corresponding contents to be displayed.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
obtaining input component information of the electronic equipment, and configuring a corresponding target input component for the target display area at least based on the input component information; or the like, or, alternatively,
and acquiring input component information of the electronic equipment and operation information of the electronic equipment, and configuring a corresponding target input component for the target display area based on the input component information and the operation information.
6. The method of claim 1, the controlling at least the target display area to output content to be displayed resulting from preset inputs acting on the electronic device, comprising:
and if the input of at least two content sources is detected, determining a target display area based on display identification information corresponding to a target content source in the at least two content sources so as to control the target display area to output target content corresponding to the target content source and/or operation data of the target content source.
