Example 1
Referring now to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a position of an electronic scale of a coal blending device under a coal bunker according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a running direction of a flatbed according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention relates to an installation method of an electronic scale of a coal blending device under a coal bunker, which comprises the following steps:

7. After the flat car is manufactured, the flat car is placed on the belt conveyor support which is installed, and the idler wheels fall on the cross beams on two sides of the belt support. A winch 7 is prepared and fixed at the front end of the belt conveyor bracket, and a steel wire rope 6 of the winch is hooked on a lifting lug at the front end of the flat car.

Compared with the traditional method for hauling the electronic scales to the installation position one by one, the method greatly improves the installation efficiency, saves labor, reduces the time for hauling heavy equipment, saves labor and time and shortens the installation period. Meanwhile, the working face required by installation is reduced, construction measure cost is saved, other professional construction time and sites are not occupied, cross operation is reduced, and safety risk is reduced. The times and the amplitude of equipment transportation and lifting are reduced in the installation process, so that the finished product protection is well achieved, and the installation quality and the accuracy are ensured.
