S130: and determining the final dehydration parameter of the clothes at this time based on the correction parameter of the clothes at this time and the initial dehydration parameter, and executing the dehydration program of this time on the clothes by adopting the final dehydration parameter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial dehydration parameter obtained by query corresponds to the moisture content of the clothes and the dry weight of the clothes, when the moisture content of the clothes and the dry weight of the clothes are not changed, the initial dehydration parameter obtained by query does not change, but the dehydration effect of the washing machine changes in the process of continuously executing the dehydration program, in order to reasonably dehydrate the clothes, the initial dehydration parameter needs to be corrected by correcting the parameter, so that the final dehydration parameter of the clothes is obtained, and the final dehydration parameter is adopted to execute the dehydration program on the clothes.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the current dehydration program is the first dehydration program in the washing process of the laundry, the correction parameter of the current dehydration of the laundry may be a preset correction parameter, and the preset correction parameter may be 1, or other values may also be set according to actual needs. If the current dehydration program is not the first dehydration program, the correction parameters of the current dehydration of the clothes can be as follows: and updating the correction parameters of the last dehydration of the clothes according to the moisture content of the clothes after the last dehydration and the preset moisture content. Optionally, the correction parameter of the current dehydration of the clothes may be a ratio of the moisture content of the clothes after the last dehydration to a preset moisture content. Wherein the preset moisture content is a maximum value of the moisture content of the laundry at the end of the washing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the determining the final dehydration parameter of the laundry this time based on the correction parameter of the laundry this time and the initial dehydration parameter may include: and taking the product of the correction parameter and the initial dehydration parameter as the final dehydration parameter of the clothes at this time. Therefore, the initial dehydration parameters are corrected through the correction parameters to obtain the final dehydration parameters of the clothes, the final dehydration parameters are adopted for dehydration, and the dehydration parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation, so that a better dehydration effect is achieved.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current water content of the clothes is determined, the dehydration parameters corresponding to the current water content and the clothes drying weight of the clothes are inquired and used as the initial dehydration parameters, the final dehydration parameters of the clothes at this time are determined according to the correction parameters and the initial dehydration parameters of the clothes at this time, and the clothes are dehydrated by adopting the final dehydration parameters, so that the dehydration parameters can be optimized, the clothes can be reasonably dehydrated, a better dehydration effect is achieved, the phenomena of clothes damage such as deformation and the like caused by excessive drying of the clothes are avoided, and the condition that the clothes are not dried due to unreasonable dehydration parameters is also avoided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling dehydration of clothes according to an embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, if the current dehydration program is a last dehydration program, wherein the clothes may be subjected to at least one last dehydration program in a washing process, and wherein the washing machine performs one last dehydration program, the clothes are subjected to one last dehydration; after the last dewatering process is finished, the clothes can be taken out and dried.
In this embodiment, optionally, the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention may further include:
updating the correction parameter based on the water content of the clothes after dehydration and the preset water content;
if the moisture content of the clothes after dehydration is larger than the preset moisture content, taking the moisture content of the clothes after dehydration as the current moisture content of the clothes;
returning to the operation of inquiring the initial dehydration parameters corresponding to the current water content and the clothes drying weight until the water content of the clothes after dehydration is less than the preset water content or the frequency of executing the final dehydration program reaches the set frequency.
As shown in fig. 2, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s210: determining a current moisture content of the laundry.
S220: and inquiring dehydration parameters corresponding to the current water content and the drying weight of the clothes, and taking the parameters as initial dehydration parameters.
S230: and determining the final dehydration parameter of the clothes at this time based on the correction parameter of the clothes at this time and the initial dehydration parameter, and performing the dehydration on the clothes at this time by adopting the final dehydration parameter.
S240: and updating the correction parameter based on the water content of the dehydrated clothes and the preset water content.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, a ratio of the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry to the preset moisture content is used as an updated correction parameter. Wherein the updated correction parameter is used as a correction parameter for next dehydration of the laundry. If the difference exists between the numerical value and the preset standard value (the preset standard value can be 1), the correction parameter needs to be adopted to correct the initial dehydration parameter, so that the clothes can be reasonably dehydrated.
S250: and judging whether the water content of the clothes after dehydration is larger than the preset water content or whether the frequency of executing the final dehydration program reaches the set frequency.
If yes, go to S260, otherwise go to S270.
And S260, taking the water content of the dehydrated clothes as the current water content of the clothes, and returning to S220.
S270: the washing machine process is ended.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, after the last dehydration procedure is performed once, if the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry is greater than the preset moisture content, it indicates that the moisture content of the laundry is high, and the last dehydration procedure needs to be performed on the laundry, so that the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry is taken as the current moisture content of the laundry, and the step returns to S220, and the last dehydration procedure is continuously performed next time until the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry is less than or equal to the preset moisture content. If the moisture content of the clothes after dehydration is less than or equal to the preset moisture content, the clothes can be taken out and aired.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the last dehydration procedure is performed once, it is determined whether the number of times of performing the last dehydration procedure reaches a set number of times, and if the number of times of performing the last dehydration procedure does not reach the set number of times, the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry is used as the current moisture content of the laundry, and the process returns to S220, and the next last dehydration procedure is continuously performed until the number of times of performing the last dehydration procedure reaches the set number of times. If the number of times of executing the final dehydration program reaches the set number of times, the washing process is ended, the clothes can be taken out, and the clothes can be dried. The number of times of setting may be set as needed, and may be 2 times, for example.
Therefore, if the current dehydration program is the last dehydration program, the next dehydration parameter can be corrected by updating the correction parameter based on the water content of the dehydrated clothes and the preset water content, so that the clothes can be reasonably dehydrated; when the water content of the clothes is larger than the preset water content or the frequency of executing the final dehydration program is smaller than the set frequency, the last dehydration program is returned to be executed, and a better dehydration effect can be achieved.

In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, a ratio of the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry to the preset moisture content is used as an updated correction parameter. Wherein the updated correction parameter is used as a correction parameter for the next dehydration of the laundry (wherein the next dehydration of the laundry may be an intermediate dehydration process of the laundry or may be a final dehydration process of the laundry). If the difference exists between the numerical value and the preset standard value (the preset standard value can be 1), the correction parameter needs to be adopted to correct the initial dehydration parameter, so that the clothes can be reasonably dehydrated.
S350: controlling water inlet of the washing machine, and washing the clothes.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current dehydration program is the intermediate dehydration program, the clothes need to be continuously washed, so that the water inlet of the washing machine needs to be controlled to wash the clothes.
S360: and controlling the washing machine to drain water when the washing of the clothes is detected to be finished.
S370: and when the washing machine is detected to finish water drainage, judging whether the final dewatering program is reached.
If yes, go to S380, otherwise, return to S310.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water level in the washing machine can be detected through the sensor, so that whether the water drainage of the washing machine is finished or not is detected. When the washing machine is detected to be drained, if the current program reaches the final dehydration program, executing the final dehydration program based on the embodiment; if the current program does not reach the last dehydration program, the process returns to S310 to execute the intermediate dehydration program. It should be noted that, during the laundry washing process, the intermediate dewatering process may be performed once, or the intermediate dewatering process may be performed twice, or the number of times of performing the intermediate dewatering process may be set according to actual needs.

Step 2: the clothes are weighed before the washing is started, and the initial weight M1 of the clothes is obtained.
Step 3: the laundry was weighed again before the start of the dehydration to obtain a laundry weight M2.
Step 4: the moisture content of the laundry before dehydration, R1 ═ (M2-M1)/M1 × 100%, was calculated. In table 1, the dehydration time and the dehydration rotational speed are referred to as the initial dehydration time and the initial dehydration rotational speed, respectively, from the dry weight M1 and the moisture content R.
Step 5: and the final dehydration time T is k multiplied by Tn, and the final dehydration rotating speed N is k multiplied by Nn, wherein k is a correction parameter.
Step 6: the laundry was weighed again after the dehydration to obtain a laundry weight M3.
Step 7: the moisture content of the dehydrated laundry R2 ═ M3-M1)/M1 × 100% was calculated, and the correction parameter K after the subsequent dehydration was R2/R0.
Step 8: entering the next washing step.
Wherein, the dewatering program is divided into an intermediate dewatering program and a final dewatering program, if the final dewatering program is the intermediate dewatering program, as shown in fig. 3b, after the control mode, the following treatment is needed:
step 9: and if the water content of the dehydrated clothes is R2> R0, inquiring the dehydration time and the dehydration rotating speed according to the water content R2 and the weight of the dried clothes, obtaining the final dehydration time and the final dehydration rotating speed, and performing dehydration again.
Step 10: and if the moisture content of the dehydrated clothes is R2< ═ R0, ending the washing process. Or the final dehydration process has been repeated 2 times, the washing process is finished.
