Abstract
The invention provides concrete rapid repair mortar which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-130 parts of mortar raw material, 10-20 parts of ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent, 5-7 parts of graphene oxide, 2-4 parts of wood fiber, 2-4 parts of pp glass fiber, 0.2-0.5 part of cellulose ether, 8-12 parts of 701B rubber powder, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of water reducing agent and 0.2-0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol dispersing agent, wherein the mortar raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of cement, 80-120 parts of quartz sand and 30-50 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum. The rapid repair mortar has the ultraviolet resistance function, so that the mortar has better aging resistance, the service life of the mortar is prolonged, and the crack resistance and the impact resistance of the mortar are further improved.

s3, pouring the graphene oxide dispersion liquid prepared in the S2 into the mixed slurry prepared in the S1, and heating and stirring to prepare graphene mixed mortar;
and S4, adding the graphene mixed mortar prepared in the S3 into an ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent, mixing and stirring for 5-10min, then adding cellulose ether and 701B rubber powder, and stirring again to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent.

According to the invention, the compression resistance and the fracture resistance of the mortar are improved by adding the graphene oxide, the wood fiber and the pp glass fiber, the graphene oxide is uniformly dispersed in the mortar by matching the polyvinyl alcohol dispersing agent with high-speed stirring, the tensile strength and the toughness of the mortar are improved by virtue of excellent performances of the graphene oxide and the pp glass fiber, meanwhile, the wood fiber and the pp glass fiber can improve the compactness of the mortar, improve the internal clearance rate and the pore structure of the mortar and uniformly distribute the wood fiber and the pp glass fiber in the mortar to form a three-dimensional grid structure, and the crack resistance and the impact resistance of the mortar are further improved.

The mortar raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of cement, 80 parts of quartz sand and 35 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum.
The ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of silane coupling agent, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.5 part of phosphite ester and 1 part of benzotriazole.
The quartz sand comprises 20-40 mesh quartz sand, 40-70 mesh quartz sand and 70-140 mesh quartz sand, and the porosity of the mortar can be reduced by matching the sand materials with different thicknesses.
The mortar raw material is prepared by uniformly mixing cement, quartz sand and semi-hydrated gypsum.
The ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent is prepared by ultrasonically mixing and dispersing a silane coupling agent, nano titanium dioxide, phosphite ester and benzotriazole.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 2 parts of silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide, 2 parts of phosphite ester and 2 parts of benzotriazole.
Example three:
the embodiment of the invention provides concrete rapid repair mortar, which is different from the first embodiment in that: 120 parts of mortar raw material, 10 parts of ultraviolet shielding antibacterial agent, 5 parts of graphene oxide, 3 parts of wood fiber, 3 parts of pp glass fiber, 0.4 part of cellulose ether, 9 parts of 701B rubber powder, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 3.5 parts of water reducing agent and 0.4 part of polyvinyl alcohol dispersing agent.
