s4: solid-liquid separation, separating the mixed solution for extraction;
s5: distilling and extracting, namely putting the separated solution into a distillation tower for high-temperature distillation, wherein the temperature during distillation is controlled at 100-115 ℃, the pressure is normal pressure, and the time is controlled at 2-3 hours;
s6: purifying the essence, namely purifying the liquid obtained by distillation by using an aqueous emulsifiable concentrate solvent, and separating by using an oil-water separator for 2-3 times of circulating purification to obtain the soothing repair essence;

Referring to fig. 1-2, a preparation method of a soothing and repairing essence comprises the following steps:

s6: purifying the essence, namely purifying the liquid obtained by distillation by using an aqueous emulsifiable concentrate solvent, and separating by using an oil-water separator for 2-4 times of circulating purification to obtain the soothing repair essence;
s7: quality detection, namely extracting a sample from the obtained essence, analyzing the component ratio of the sample, packaging the qualified sample in the next step, feeding back the unqualified sample, and searching for reasons;
s8: and (4) packaging and sterilizing, namely sterilizing the packaging bottle by using an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, and then putting the qualified essence into the packaging bottle for packaging.

A soothing and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the water is deionized water, and the humectant is preferably selected from the group consisting of 4-6 parts of hydrogenated lecithin, 4-7 parts of ginger root extract, 3-10 parts of bisabolol, 3-10 parts of butanediol, 2-8 parts of glycerol, 2-5 parts of 1-2-pentanediol, 11-8 parts of bioglycan-11, 2-10 parts of purslane extract, 0.6-3 parts of 1-2-hexanediol, 0.1-2 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.01-3 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 0.01-1 part of hydrolyzed collagen.

A soothing and repairing essence according to claim 2, wherein the skin conditioner is preferably selected from the group consisting of 1-10 parts of lactic acid bacteria/mung bean seed extract fermentation product filtrate, 1-8 parts of Piper methysticum leaf/root/stem extract, 2-8 parts of Chamomilla flower extract, and 0.1-0.78 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide-80.01.
4. The method for preparing a soothing and repairing essence as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 50-60 parts of water, 25-35 parts of humectant, 7-15 parts of skin conditioner, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent and 0.01-0.5 part of chelating agent;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely putting the water, the humectant and the skin conditioner into stirring equipment for stirring and mixing;
s3: heating and mixing, namely adding the thickening agent and the chelating agent into stirring equipment, then stirring and mixing again, heating the raw materials during mixing, and controlling the heating temperature to be between 60 and 80 ℃;
s4: solid-liquid separation, separating the mixed solution for extraction;
s5: distilling and extracting, namely putting the separated solution into a distillation tower for high-temperature distillation, wherein the temperature during distillation is controlled at 100-115 ℃, the pressure is normal pressure, and the time is controlled at 2-3 hours;
s6: purifying the essence, namely purifying the liquid obtained by distillation by using an aqueous emulsifiable concentrate solvent, and separating by using an oil-water separator for 2-5 times of circulating purification to obtain the soothing repair essence;
s7: quality detection, namely extracting a sample from the obtained essence, analyzing the component ratio of the sample, packaging the qualified sample in the next step, feeding back the unqualified sample, and searching for reasons;
s8: and (4) packaging and sterilizing, namely sterilizing the packaging bottle by using an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, and then putting the qualified essence into the packaging bottle for packaging.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of S4 comprises a filtering module during the solution separation, wherein the filtering module comprises a filtering net and a filtering rack, and the filtering net is preferably 1000 mesh.
6. The method for preparing a soothing and repairing essence according to claim 5, wherein the step S1 comprises a weighing module and a screening module, wherein the weighing module is used for weighing raw materials to ensure accurate weight thereof.

The method for preparing a soothing and repairing essence of claim 6, wherein S2 comprises a mixing module, S3 comprises a heating module, the mixing module comprises a mixing device, the heating module comprises a heater, the heater is located inside the mixing device, S3 further comprises a detection module, the detection module comprises a temperature sensor and a processor, and the heater is connected with the processor through a signal line and the temperature sensor.
8. The method for preparing a soothing and repairing essence according to claim 4, wherein in the step S7, the essence is sampled for multiple times at multiple points during quality inspection, the sampling points are marked, if the essence is unqualified, the sampling position of the unqualified essence is quickly found, the position of the unqualified essence is sampled again, and the sampling number of the unqualified essence is more than that of the unqualified essence during primary sampling, so that accurate detection is performed.

The method for preparing a soothing and repairing essence as claimed in claim 7, wherein the extract of ginger root, purslane, lactobacillus/mung bean seed, Piper methysticum leaf/root/stem and chamomile in the moisturizer and the skin conditioner in S1 is obtained by crushing, high-temperature distillation, separation and purification, and sufficient filtration is preferably performed during the purification process to prevent impurities from affecting the purity of the purification.
