when the temperature sensors at different positions in the inner cabinet body 26 detect that the temperature at a certain position is extremely high, the information is transmitted to the electric power storage control box 24, the electric power storage control box 24 controls the air inlet adjusting mechanism at the corresponding position to work, namely, the push rod motor 30 pushes the perforated sliding plate 28 to slide in the two guide blocks 29, so that the adjusting air holes in the perforated sliding plate 28 are overlapped with one group of air inlet holes 27 at the corresponding position, air enters at the position, the adjusting air holes in the perforated sliding plate 28 at other positions are staggered with one group of air inlet holes 27 at the corresponding position, and therefore, cold air enters from the group of air inlet holes 27 only, the high-temperature position is effectively and quickly cooled, and the efficiency is high and the effect is good;
when waterlogging or flood occurs, the temperature and humidity sensor 20 is matched with the water level sensor 18, the water level is comprehensively determined to rise, the gear motor 11 is started, the output shaft of the gear motor 11 drives one of the traveling gears 9 to rotate, so that the two traveling gears 9 move downwards along the racks at two corresponding positions, the traveling mechanism drives the outer cabinet body 4 and the inner cabinet body 26 to rise along the rack guide rod 10, and the outer cabinet body 4 and the inner cabinet body 26 are enabled to leave the water surface;
when the water quantity is extremely large and rises to the uppermost end of the rack guide rod 10 and cannot be separated from the water surface, the air bag mechanism is started, after the air pump 22 is started, air in the air pump chamber and the inner cabinet body 26 is compressed and sucked, the floating air bag 23 is inflated, the floating air bag 23 is ejected out from the middle of the opening elastic cloth 3, and the floating air bag 23 is inflated and then covers the outer side of the outer cabinet body 4 in a U shape, so that a certain buoyancy force can be provided, the outer cabinet body 4 can be protected, the device is separated from the flood, and the water can be effectively prevented;
