It should be noted that, the control board 230 may be integrated with a wireless communication control module, a sensor, a power driving module, a main control IC module, etc. The control board 230, the motor 213, and the speed reducer 212 are conventional techniques, and will not be described in detail herein.
When the lock is used, if the lock is locked, the control board 230 receives and processes an external signal through the wireless communication control module, then drives the motor 213 to rotate, the torsion of the motor 213 is transmitted to the torsion shaft 210 and the push wheel 211 through the speed reducer 212, and then the push handle 203 on the lock cylinder 201 is pushed in a clamping sliding manner, so that the lock cylinder 201 moves, the clamping buckle 202 is clamped with the matched clamping buckle 302, the lock is completed, generally, the motor 213 can be locked or not locked after the lock is completed, and a matched step is arranged between the lock box 301 and the lock 101, so that the lock cylinder 201 is prevented from being pushed to move by stretching into a card from a gap; in general, the lock cylinder 201 maintains a locking action under the action of the spring 204, facilitating locking once the lock 101 is closed. The spring 204 serves as a cushioning and return function when unlocked.
When the wireless communication system is used, the wireless communication modules with low power consumption are used, the communication modules with different working ranges are respectively used according to the signal intensity, the distance and the like, so that the overall power consumption is reduced, the whole process of transportation is realized without charging, the real-time states of the packing box and goods in the box are monitored, the packing box is controlled to discharge at a destination to avoid the loss of the goods, and the charging of the packing box is implemented in the discharging process; and the anti-theft in the transportation process is realized by the encryption authentication electronic tag, the authorization of the background terminal and the unlocking mode of the packing box without a lock hole.
In summary, the invention realizes convenient, rapid and safe goods transportation through the background terminal, the packaging box, the turnover box, the vending machine and other equipment and the cooperation control method, can effectively trace the source and transportation flow of the goods, reduce the risk of replacement and loss in the transportation process, and can effectively monitor the goods in the transportation process; meanwhile, the energy consumption of data transmission in the transportation process can be effectively reduced, and the volume of the battery is further reduced, so that larger space is reserved for loading cargoes, and the cost is reduced. The practical value of the invention is greatly improved.

S0120, locking, wherein a sensor is arranged on the lock cover, the sensor detects whether the lock cover is locked or not, a worker is reminded of locking when the lock cover is not closed and locked, and the packing box is in an alert state when the lock cover is locked;
s0200, in an alert state, the packaging box starts the wireless communication module to communicate and is bound with an intranet gateway of a factory, the packaging box communicates with the background terminal through the gateway, and the background terminal detects the distance and the signal intensity between the packaging box and the background terminal and judges a data connection mode;
s0210, in a lost state, when the background terminal loses the connection with the packaging box or the packaging box is opened under the condition that the background terminal does not allow the packaging box to be opened, the background terminal judges that the packaging box is in the lost state and correspondingly records and processes the packaging box;
S0300, networking monitoring, wherein the packaging box performs data transmission through the wireless communication module and the gateway in a polling mode, the packaging box, the background terminal and the gateway form a networking, and the background terminal monitors the packaging box;
S0310, energy-saving monitoring, wherein the background terminal communicates with the packaging box in a polling mode, the packaging box which is not polled is set to be in a sleeping state, and when the packaging box is about to be polled, the packaging box is activated from the sleeping state and communicates with the background terminal;
s0400, transferring data, namely storing the packaging box into a turnover box, wherein a second electronic tag is arranged on the turnover box, reading the data on the electronic tag on the packaging box by using a long-distance read-write device, and storing the data on the second electronic tag, wherein the second electronic tag stores the data of a plurality of electronic tags, and the packaging box is unbound with a gateway of a factory and is ready to be accessed to the gateway on a transport vehicle when being stored into the turnover box;
