As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 10, the bracket side plate 61 is an arc-shaped bending structure (arch structure) with a middle portion protruding toward the first hard disk partition 3, the bending curvature of the bracket side plate is 1-20, and the bracket side plate 61 is an elastic member; the upper side and the lower side of the front end of the slide way 31 are provided with a limiting part 34 bent leftwards, and the sum of the bending length of the limiting part 34 and the thickness of the inner plate 32 is slightly smaller than the distance between the head of the slide pin 68 and the bracket side plate 61 (namely the rod body length of the slide pin 68). When the hard disk bracket 6 is installed on the first hard disk partition plate 3, the slide nail 68 is installed in a clamping way with the slide way 31 across the limiting part 34; because bracket curb plate 61 is elastic arc bending structure, can realize that bracket curb plate 61 and the inner panel 32 right side laminating of middle part slide peg 68 position, and the slide peg 68 head and the inner panel 32 left side laminating of both ends around, it is spacing to slide peg 68 head through spacing portion 34, can prevent effectively that slide peg 68 from deviating from in the slide 31, guarantee security and the reliability of using.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a stopper plate 62 bent toward the right integral sheet metal is provided at one end of the bracket side plate 61 away from the bracket cover plate 65. The limiting plate 62 limits the rear end of the hard disk 7, so that the accuracy and the reliability of hard disk installation are ensured; when the hard disk 7 is dismounted, the bracket cover plate 65 is relieved from limiting by the buckling piece 8, the bracket side plate 61 is pulled forwards through the bracket cover plate 65, the rear end of the hard disk 7 is supported and pulled out through the limiting plate 62, and therefore the hard disk 7 is conveniently dismounted.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, a server chassis includes a chassis 1 and the tool-less hard disk mounting device; a partition plate slideway 5 is installed on the case 1, and the rear sides of the first hard disk partition plate 3 and the second hard disk partition plate 4 are respectively connected with the partition plate slideway 5 in a left-right sliding manner, so that the left-right positions and the distance between the first hard disk partition plate 3 and the second hard disk partition plate 4 can be flexibly adjusted, and the installation flexibility is included; the upper part, the lower part and the rear part of the first hard disk partition plate 3 and the second hard disk partition plate 4 are respectively fixedly installed with the case 1 through screws; the hard disk case 1 behind the first hard disk partition plate 3 and the second hard disk partition plate 4 is provided with a hard disk back plate 2, and the hard disk back plate 2 is provided with a connector for inserting the hard disk 7. The server case is simple in structure, a plurality of groups of hard disk partition plates are arranged on the partition plate slide ways 5, a large number of hard disks can be conveniently installed, the structural design is compact, and the use is convenient.
The first hard disk partition plate 3 and the second hard disk partition plate 4 of the multiple groups of hard disk partition plates have the same structure and respectively comprise an outer plate 33 on the left side and an inner plate 32 on the right side, the right side of the inner plate 32 is provided with a plurality of hard disk brackets 6, and the left side of the outer plate 33 is provided with a plurality of side backing plates 9 and supporting plates 91; therefore, n-1 hard disk installation spaces arranged left and right are formed through the n hard disk partition plates, and each hard disk installation space can form a plurality of hard disk installation channels arranged up and down, so that a large number of hard disks can be conveniently installed through fewer hard disk partition plates.
A use method of a tool-free hard disk installation device comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mounting a hard disk bracket 6; the sliding nails 68 on the bracket side plate 61 are sequentially clamped into the slide way 31 from back to front; when the sliding nails 68 at the middle part and the front part are installed, the bracket side plate 61 needs to be straightened by overcoming the pre-bending elasticity of the bracket side plate 61, so that the bracket side plate 61 at the position where the sliding nail 68 is installed is attached to the inner plate 32, the head of the sliding nail 68 passes over the limiting part 34, and the clamping installation of the sliding nail 68 and the slide way 31 is realized; similarly, when the hard disk bracket 6 is removed, the bracket side plate 61 needs to be straightened by overcoming the pre-bending elasticity of the bracket side plate to ensure that the slide pin 68 is removed from the slide way 31.
Step two: installing a hard disk; the hard disk is inserted from front to back along a hard disk installation channel formed by the slideway limiting plate 63 and the supporting plate 91, so that the rear part of the hard disk is attached to the bolt 67 and limited, and the hard disk is inserted into a connector on the hard disk back plate 2; rotating the bracket cover plate 65 to enable the hook 66 on the bracket cover plate 65 to be clamped and limited with the limiting groove hole 35 on the first hard disk partition plate 3, and enabling the clamping piece 8 to be clamped and limited with the bolt 67 on the bracket cover plate 65; the hard disk bracket 6 and the hard disk are firmly installed;
step three: replacing the hard disk; operating the fastener 8 to release the limit of the bolt 67; the bracket cover plate 65 is rotated, and the clamping hook 66 is separated from the limiting slotted hole 35; the bracket side plate 61 is pulled forwards through the bracket cover plate 65, the limiting plate 62 supports the rear end of the hard disk and drives the hard disk to be pulled out from the upper joint of the hard disk back plate 2 until the limiting part 34 stops limiting the sliding nail 68 at the foremost end; drawing the hard disk forwards; and repeating the second step to realize the quick replacement of the hard disk.
The tool-free hard disk installation device, the use method and the server case have the advantages of simple overall structure, compact design, easy realization, convenient use and good practicability, and can realize the convenient installation of a large number of hard disks; the bracket side plate, the side base plate, the slideway limiting plate and the supporting plate form a hard disk mounting channel for limiting and guiding the hard disk, the rear end of the hard disk is inserted into a hard disk plug, the front end of the hard disk is abutted and limited through the bracket cover plate, and the spring bolt is clamped through the clamping piece, so that the reliable stability of hard disk mounting is ensured; when the hard disk is disassembled and assembled, the limit of the lock tongue is relieved through the fastener, the bracket cover plate is rotated, the limit of the bracket cover plate on the front end of the hard disk is relieved, the hard disk is drawn out forwards, a new hard disk is inserted into the hard disk installation channel, the bracket cover plate is rotated to abut against the limit on the front end of the hard disk, the hard disk can be directly replaced under the condition of not disassembling the hard disk bracket, the maintenance time can be shortened, and the maintenance difficulty can be reduced; the operation is convenient, the operation efficiency is high, the downtime of the server is effectively reduced, and the major loss is avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A tool-free hard disk mounting device is characterized by comprising a hard disk bracket (6), and a first hard disk partition plate (3) and a second hard disk partition plate (4) which are oppositely arranged; the hard disk bracket (6) comprises a bracket side plate (61) and a bracket cover plate (65) which are rotatably connected, wherein the upper side and the lower side of the bracket side plate (61) are respectively provided with a slide way limiting plate (63) for limiting and guiding a hard disk, and one end of the bracket cover plate (65) far away from the bracket side plate (61) is provided with a lock tongue (67); the bracket side plate (61) is arranged on one side, close to the second hard disk partition plate (4), of the first hard disk partition plate (3), a side base plate (9) is arranged on one side, close to the first hard disk partition plate (3), of the second hard disk partition plate (4), and supporting plates (91) for limiting and guiding hard disks are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the side base plate (9) respectively; and a fastener (8) for limiting the locking of the locking bolt (67) is further arranged on the second hard disk partition plate (4).

The tool-free hard disk mounting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a hook (66) is disposed at one end of the bracket cover plate (65) far away from the latch (67), and a limiting slot hole (35) for limiting the hook (66) in a clamping manner is disposed on the first hard disk partition plate (3).

5. A tool-less hard disk mounting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the locking member (8) further comprises a guide shaft (81), and the second hard disk partition (4) further comprises a guide hole (43) for slidably guiding the guide shaft (81).

A tool-free hard disk mounting device according to claim 1, wherein a front-back slide way (31) is arranged on one side of the first hard disk partition plate (3) close to the second hard disk partition plate (4); the bracket side plate (61) is provided with a plurality of sliding nails (68) which are clamped with the slide ways (31).

The tool-free hard disk mounting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bracket side plate (61) is of an arc-shaped bent structure with the middle part protruding towards the first hard disk partition plate (3); the front end of the slide way (31) is provided with a limiting part (34) which is bent back to the second hard disk partition board (4).

step two: installing a hard disk; the hard disk is inserted from front to back along a hard disk installation channel formed by the slideway limit plate (63) and the support plate (91), so that the rear part of the hard disk is attached to the bolt (67) for limiting; rotating the bracket cover plate (65) to enable a clamping hook (66) on the bracket cover plate (65) to be clamped and limited with a limiting groove hole (35) on the first hard disk partition plate (3), and enabling a clamping piece (8) to be clamped and limited with a bolt (67) on the bracket cover plate (65); the hard disk bracket 6 and the hard disk are firmly installed;
step three: replacing the hard disk; operating the fastener (8) to release the limit of the bolt (67); the bracket cover plate (65) is rotated, and the clamping hook (66) is separated from the limiting slotted hole (35); the bracket cover plate (65) is relieved from limiting the front end of the hard disk, and the hard disk is pulled out forwards; and repeating the second step to realize the quick replacement of the hard disk.
10. A server chassis comprising a chassis (1) and a tool-less hard disk mounting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8; a partition plate slideway (5) is mounted on the case (1), and the rear sides of the first hard disk partition plate (3) and the second hard disk partition plate (4) are respectively in sliding connection with the partition plate slideway (5); the first hard disk partition plate (3) and the second hard disk partition plate (4) are fixedly installed with the case (1) through screws; and a hard disk back plate (2) which is spliced with a hard disk is arranged on the case (1) at the rear side of the first hard disk partition plate (3) and the second hard disk partition plate (4).
