Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid fuel furnace, which comprises a main burner, a gasification ring and a rapid gasification device, wherein the rapid gasification device comprises a main body and a plurality of atomizing combustion nozzles, the main body is positioned below the main burner, the main body is provided with a main body fuel inlet and a main body fuel diversion channel, and the main body fuel inlet, the main body fuel diversion channel and the atomizing combustion nozzles are sequentially communicated; the atomizing combustion nozzle is radially distributed on the periphery of the main body and provided with a nozzle opening facing the gasification ring from bottom to top. When the liquid fuel furnace is in cold start, the atomized liquid fuel is sprayed out by the atomizing and burning nozzle of the quick gasification device and is burnt, so that the firepower is larger during the cold start, the gasification ring can be heated more quickly during the burning, the temperature of the gasification ring can be increased more quickly, and the liquid fuel furnace can be put into a state of using with strong fire more quickly.

Chinese patent document No. CN107543214A discloses a novel liquid fuel stove, which includes a gasification ring and a straight injector, the gasification ring is connected with a fuel inlet pipeline and a fuel outlet pipeline respectively, the fuel outlet pipeline is connected with the input end of the straight injector, the fuel inlet pipeline is provided with a safety valve for closing or opening the air inlet pipeline, and the fuel outlet pipeline is sequentially provided with an electric heating gasification device for gasifying liquid fuel and a control valve for adjusting the fuel flow, controlling ignition and extinguishing fire along the fuel outlet direction.
The liquid fuel stove is provided with an electric heating gasification device which is used as an auxiliary gasification device during cold start, so that the liquid fuel is gasified more quickly, the cold start time of the liquid fuel stove can be shortened, and the liquid fuel stove can be quickly put into a state of violent fire for use.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the liquid fuel furnace is in cold start, the rapid gasification device sprays atomized liquid fuel through the atomization combustion nozzle and burns, so that firepower is larger when the liquid fuel furnace is in cold start, the gasification ring can be heated more rapidly during burning, the temperature of the gasification ring can rise more rapidly, and the liquid fuel furnace can enter a state of using violent fire more rapidly.
The rapid gasification device does not need to be provided with an additional power supply assembly and electric control, and has the advantages of simpler structure, reliability, durability and lower cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the liquid fuel furnace, a main burner, a gasification ring 4 and a fast gasification device, the fast gasification device includes a main body 1 and a plurality of atomizing combustion nozzles 2, specifically, six atomizing combustion nozzles 2 are preferred in this embodiment, the main body 1 is located below the main burner, the main body 1 is provided with a main body fuel inlet 11 and a main body fuel diversion channel 12, and the main body fuel inlet 11, the main body fuel diversion channel 12 and the atomizing combustion nozzles 2 are sequentially communicated; the atomizing and burning nozzles 2 are radially distributed on the periphery of the main body 1, the atomizing and burning nozzles 2 are provided with nozzle openings, the nozzle openings face the gasification ring 4 from bottom to top, the nozzle openings are gradually reduced from the opposite spraying directions of the nozzle openings, so that the sprayed liquid fuel can be naturally atomized under the condition that the spraying pressure is continuously increased, the atomized liquid fuel is more sufficiently combusted, and the combustion firepower is larger. When the liquid fuel furnace is cold-started, the rapid gasification device upwards sprays atomized liquid fuel through the atomization combustion nozzle 2 and burns the atomized liquid fuel, the fire power of the atomized liquid fuel is relatively stronger when burning, the fire power is larger when cold-starting, the rapid gasification device can heat the gasification ring more rapidly when burning, the temperature of the gasification ring can rise more rapidly, the temperature rise speed of the gasification ring is faster than that of the traditional electric heating gasification device, and the liquid fuel furnace enters a state of strong fire for use more rapidly; in addition, the rapid gasification device with the structure does not need to be provided with an additional power supply assembly and is electrically controlled, so that the structure is simpler, the rapid gasification device is reliable and durable, and the cost is lower.
