Claims (9)
1. The noise reduction fan comprises a volute, an impeller arranged in the volute and a motor for driving the impeller, wherein the volute comprises a front plate (1), a rear plate (2) and a side plate (3) arranged between the front plate (1) and the rear plate (2); the inner side contour line of the side plate (3) forms a volute molded line, the side plate (3) is provided with a plurality of first through holes (301), and the periphery of the side plate (3) is provided with a sound absorption layer (4) opposite to the first through holes (301); the rear plate (2) is provided with an air inlet (5); the method is characterized in that: the space size of the adjacent first through holes (301) is larger than or equal to two, so that various hole ratios of the side plates (3) are formed;
the volute molded line of the side plate (3) close to the volute tongue (6) is a radial high-pressure end (7); the volute molded line of the side plate (3) close to the air outlet (12) is a radial low-pressure end (8); the distance between the first through holes (301) of the side plates (3) is gradually increased from the volute molded line along which the radial high-pressure end (7) is arranged to the radial low-pressure end (8), so that the corresponding through hole rate of the side plates (3) is gradually reduced from the volute molded line along which the radial high-pressure end (7) is arranged to the radial low-pressure end (8);
an axial high-pressure end (9) is arranged at a position, close to the front plate (1), of the side plate (3), and an axial low-pressure end (10) is arranged at a position, close to the rear plate (2), of the side plate (3); the first through hole (301) spacing of the side plates (3) gradually decreases from the axial low pressure end (10) to the axial high pressure end (9) along the axial direction of the volute, so that the corresponding through hole ratio of the side plates (3) gradually increases from the axial low pressure end (10) to the axial high pressure end (9) along the axial direction of the volute.

A noise reduction fan as defined in claim 1, wherein: the circumferential distance between adjacent first through holes (301) of the radial low-pressure end (8) is A; wherein A is more than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 14mm; the circumferential distance between adjacent first through holes (301) of the radial high-pressure end (7) is B; wherein B is more than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 10mm.
3. A noise reduction fan as defined in claim 1, wherein: the aperture of the first through hole (301) is D, wherein D is more than or equal to 1.8mm and less than or equal to 2.8mm.
4. A noise reduction fan as defined in claim 2, wherein: the aperture ratio of the side plate (3) is p1; wherein, p1 is more than or equal to 1.8 percent and less than or equal to 9.6 percent.
5. A noise reduction fan as defined in claim 1, wherein: the sound absorption layer (4) is propped against the outer side surface of the side plate (3) through the fixing plate (11); the fixed plate (11) is provided with a second through hole (1101); the through hole rate of the fixing plate (11) is larger than that of the side plate (3).
6. The noise reduction fan as defined in claim 5, wherein: the through hole ratio of the fixed plate (11) is p2; wherein, p2 is more than or equal to 10 percent and less than or equal to 25 percent.
7. The noise reduction fan as defined in claim 6, wherein: the diameter of the second through hole (1101) is E, wherein E is more than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 5mm; the distance between adjacent second through holes (1101) is C, wherein C is more than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 8mm.
8. The noise reduction fan as defined in claim 6, wherein: the second through hole (1101) is a square hole with the width matched with the width of the fixed plate (11); the width of the square hole frame is W, wherein W is more than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 30mm.
9. A noise reduction fan as defined in claim 1, wherein: the volute is vertically arranged, and an oil leakage hole (13) is formed in the middle of the lowest position of the side plate (3); the aperture of the oil leakage hole (13) is at least 3 times that of the first through hole (301).
