Abstract
The invention provides a novel single pump box structure, which comprises a pump box body, wherein the cross section of the pump box body is of a V-shaped structure, a plurality of single pump mounting holes are formed in two sides of the V-shaped structure, the single pump mounting holes penetrate through the pump box body, and a machine body mounting hole and a single pump fixing hole are further formed in the end face of the V-shaped structure; the outside of V type structure is equipped with axial integrated into one piece's diesel oil inlet duct, diesel oil return duct, engine oil inlet duct and engine oil return duct, and diesel oil inlet duct, diesel oil return duct, engine oil inlet duct and engine oil return duct all are equipped with the oil duct of intercommunication monoblock pump mounting hole. The pump box structure improves the rigidity of the pump box, and meanwhile, the pump box and the machine body are integrally arranged in the V-shaped included angle of the engine, so that the rigidity of the whole machine is improved; meanwhile, the dead space of the whole machine is reduced, and the compactness of the whole machine is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engine matching devices, and particularly relates to a novel single pump box structure.
Background
For multi-cylinder diesel engines employing unit pump oil supply systems, there are generally two types of unit pumps, one being a combined unit pump, the exterior of which is like a conventional in-line pump, and the other being a split unit pump. Both pumps have the defects of weak strength of the pump body, complex structure and the like (special oil pipelines and diesel pipelines are required to be designed). Meanwhile, a lot of ineffective space is brought to the whole machine, and the compactness of the whole machine is poor.
If the diesel engine is a V-shaped engine, the unit pumps are all arranged in the V-shaped included angle of the engine, once the unit pumps enter an oil return pipeline to leak oil, a plurality of peripheral parts are required to be disassembled to remove faults, so that the maintenance performance of the whole engine is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a novel pump case structure of a unit pump, so as to improve the strength of the pump body and simplify the structure.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the novel single pump box structure comprises a pump box body, wherein the cross section of the pump box body is of a V-shaped structure, a plurality of single pump mounting holes are formed in two sides of the V-shaped structure, the single pump mounting holes penetrate through the pump box body, and a machine body mounting hole and a single pump fixing hole are further formed in the end face of the V-shaped structure;
the outside of V type structure is equipped with axial integrated into one piece's diesel oil inlet duct, diesel oil return duct, engine oil inlet duct and engine oil return duct, and diesel oil inlet duct, diesel oil return duct, engine oil inlet duct and engine oil return duct all are equipped with the oil duct of intercommunication monoblock pump mounting hole.
Further, the diesel oil inlet duct and the diesel oil return duct are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the single pump mounting hole, the engine oil inlet duct is arranged at the middle position of the top of the pump box body, and the two engine oil return ducts are respectively arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the V-shaped structure.
Further, the axis of the unit pump mounting hole is taken as a reference, and the diesel oil inlet duct and the diesel oil return duct are symmetrical relative to the axis of the unit pump mounting hole.
Further, a left protruding block is formed at the position of the diesel oil inlet duct at the left side of the pump box body; the right side bulge block is formed at the position of the diesel oil inlet duct on the right side of the pump box body; the engine oil inlet duct is located to form a middle protruding block.
Further, the left protruding block and the right protruding block are symmetrical relative to the middle protruding block; and the horizontal height of the diesel oil inlet duct is larger than that of the engine oil inlet duct.
Further, a first through groove is formed between the left side protruding block and the middle protruding block; and a second through groove is formed between the right side protruding block and the middle protruding block, and the first through groove and the second through groove are used for being matched with a V-shaped included angle of the engine.
Further, the machine body mounting hole and the unit pump fixing hole are used for being fixed with the engine.
Further, a mounting hole seat is formed at each unit pump mounting hole of the pump box body and used for guaranteeing rigidity of the port of the unit pump mounting hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The pump box structure improves the rigidity of the pump box, and meanwhile, the pump box and the machine body are integrally arranged in the V-shaped included angle of the engine, so that the rigidity of the whole machine is improved; meanwhile, the dead space of the whole machine is reduced, and the compactness of the whole machine is improved.
(2) The oil inlet and return ports of the pump box structure are designed at two ends of the engine, so that leakage faults can be eliminated without disassembling other parts, and the maintainability of the whole engine is improved; the structure is suitable for various machine types such as V-shaped 6, 8, 10, 12 and the like.

The embodiment of the invention provides a novel single pump box structure, which comprises a pump box body, wherein the cross section of the pump box body is of a V-shaped structure as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of single pump mounting holes 1 are formed in two sides of the V-shaped structure, the single pump mounting holes 1 penetrate through the pump box body, and a machine body mounting hole 6 and a single pump fixing hole 7 are further formed in the end face of the V-shaped structure;
the number of the single pump mounting holes can be 6, 8, 10 or 12; the engine is suitable for engines with different cylinder numbers.
The outside of V type structure is equipped with axial integrated into one piece's diesel oil inlet duct 2, diesel oil return duct 3, engine oil inlet duct 4 and engine oil return duct 5, and diesel oil inlet duct 2, diesel oil return duct 3, engine oil inlet duct 4 and engine oil return duct 5 all are equipped with the oil duct of intercommunication monoblock pump mounting hole 1.
The diesel oil inlet duct 2 and the diesel oil return duct 3 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the single pump mounting hole 1, the engine oil inlet duct 4 is arranged at the middle position of the top of the pump box body, and the two engine oil return ducts 5 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the V-shaped structure.
Because the diesel oil inlet duct 2, the diesel oil return duct 3, the engine oil inlet duct 4 and the engine oil return duct 5 are designed at two ends of the engine, leakage faults can be eliminated without disassembling other parts, and the maintainability of the whole engine is improved.
The axis of the unit pump mounting hole 1 is taken as a reference, and the diesel oil inlet duct 2 and the diesel oil return duct 3 are symmetrical relative to the axis of the unit pump mounting hole 1.
The left side bulge block is formed at the position of the diesel oil inlet duct 2 at the left side of the pump box body; the position of the diesel oil inlet duct 2 on the right side of the pump box body forms a right protruding block; the engine oil inlet duct 4 is provided with a middle protruding block.
The left protruding block and the right protruding block are symmetrical relative to the middle protruding block; and the level of the diesel oil inlet passage 2 is greater than that of the engine oil inlet passage 4.
A first through groove is formed between the left side protruding block and the middle protruding block; and a second through groove is formed between the right side protruding block and the middle protruding block, and the first through groove and the second through groove are used for being matched with a V-shaped included angle of the engine.
The engine body mounting holes 6 and the unit pump fixing holes 7 are used for being fixed with the engine through bolts.
Each single pump mounting hole 1 of the pump box body is provided with a mounting hole seat for guaranteeing the rigidity of the port of the single pump mounting hole 1, improving the overall compactness and reducing the quality of the pump box body while guaranteeing the rigidity.
The pump box structure of the invention greatly improves the strength of the pump body, simplifies the structure and improves the maintainability of the whole machine.

the diesel oil inlet channel (2) and the diesel oil return channel (3) are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the single pump mounting hole (1), the engine oil inlet channel (4) is arranged at the middle position of the top of the pump box body, and the two engine oil return channels (5) are respectively arranged at the two sides of the bottom of the V-shaped structure;
