Along with the development of the building industry, the indoor decoration industry achieves remarkable performance, but the decoration process is not integrally improved, and most of the decoration process still stays on the traditional process. With the rapid growth of the economy of China and the increasing of the living standard of China, the traditional wall decoration process is gradually replaced by a method of dry hanging plates in the process of carrying out the wall decoration of building decoration.

This patent has realized hanging the device futilely and regulation from top to bottom, but its regulating part all adopts the mode through the bank of china of bolt to adjust and fix, the bolt is unscrewed in the accommodation process, screw up the bolt after adjusting again, this kind of mode is at the in-process complex operation of installation and regulation, be difficult to guarantee once just to adjust and target in place, fossil fragments just need to twist the bolt repeatedly as long as there is the deviation and adjust, and can't adjust fossil fragments again after the panel installation is accomplished, if need the adjustment then need demolish panel.
The existing wall decoration dry hanging device mostly uses welded frames, is easy to deform and cause empty valley, is not only unfavorable for the installation of plates, and more likely to cause the damage of the plates. The small part of dry hanging devices with the adjusting function are difficult to ensure the flatness of wall decoration and the consistent size of gaps between adjacent plates, and are difficult to adjust due to the fact that angles and environments are limited when the dry hanging devices need to be adjusted, especially, some plates with large specifications are difficult to adjust, if the flatness and the level of the plates cannot be ensured, the attractiveness of the wall decoration is greatly influenced, the adjusting mode is single, and the dry hanging devices are easily interfered by site external factors during specific construction.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a wall surface decorative plate dry hanging device and a using method thereof.

the frame comprises at least 2 cross beams, and at least 2 connecting beams vertical to the cross beams are arranged between two adjacent cross beams;
each cross beam is provided with 1 limiting groove, and 1 hanging rack is fixed opposite to each limiting groove;
each beam is provided with at least 2 adjusting mechanisms;
the adjustment mechanism comprises a vertical adjustment mechanism and a horizontal adjustment mechanism, wherein:
the vertical adjusting mechanism comprises 1 trapezoidal nut, 1 adjusting screw, 1 transmission bevel gear, 1 rotating workpiece and a mounting seat, the length direction of the adjusting screw is vertical to the wall surface and is matched with a screw hole in the trapezoidal nut to rotate, the trapezoidal nut is embedded in the limiting groove of the cross beam, and the trapezoidal nut and the limiting groove do not rotate relatively; the adjusting screw is fixedly provided with the transmission bevel gear; the adjusting screw rod is also rotatably provided with a rotating workpiece; the adjusting screw rod is fixed on the mounting seat and can rotate freely;
the horizontal adjusting mechanism comprises 1 sliding rack, 1 transmission gear, a sliding chute, a rotating shaft and a fixed seat, the sliding rack is fixed on the mounting seat and meshed with the transmission gear, and the sliding direction of the sliding rack is vertical and is vertical to the direction of an adjusting screw rod of the vertical adjusting mechanism; the sliding groove is fixedly connected with the fixed seat, the direction of the sliding groove is parallel to the direction of the sliding rack, and the mounting seat of the vertical adjusting mechanism is embedded in the sliding groove; the transmission gear is connected with the fixed seat through a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is parallel to the wall surface;

According to the invention, the trapezoidal nut is embedded into the limiting groove of the cross beam, the distance from the frame to the wall body is adjusted through the matching rotation of the trapezoidal nut and the adjusting screw rod, and the trapezoidal nut and the adjusting screw rod are positioned on the same plane parallel to the wall body through adjusting different cross beams, so that the connecting beam can be easily installed, and the whole frame can be effectively ensured to meet the construction requirement of plate installation; the sliding rack can move the cross beam up and down, so that the levelness of the whole frame is adjusted, and the attractiveness of the paved plate is improved; even if the installation angle of the cross beam slightly horizontally inclines or the installation height has errors, the adjustment can be carried out by adjusting the sliding rack;

The vertical adjusting mechanism of the invention leads the adjusting direction of the adjusting screw to generate 90-degree turning in a bevel gear transmission mode, namely the adjusting direction of the adjusting screw is turned from the direction vertical to the wall surface to the direction parallel to the wall surface. The rotary workpiece is arranged on an adjusting screw rod of the vertical adjusting mechanism and can rotate freely; when in operation, the rotating workpiece is rotated to a proper position according to the requirement, and the rotating workpiece is limited on the mounting seat of the vertical adjusting mechanism by a screw, so that the rotating workpiece does not rotate any more; inserting a cylinder of an adjusting tool into a circular hole groove of a rotating workpiece to be matched, simultaneously meshing a driving bevel gear of the adjusting tool with a transmission bevel gear on an adjusting screw rod, and driving the adjusting screw rod to rotate by rotating a handle so as to drive a trapezoidal nut and a cross beam to move back and forth; the structure can be used at a plurality of angles, ensures that all parts of the invention can be adjusted by using the adjusting device, has certain selectivity during operation, can be adjusted by an operator according to the most handy direction, and the vertical adjusting mechanism and the horizontal adjusting mechanism both adopt the same adjusting tool, thereby not only facilitating the adjustment of the invention by the operator during construction, but also facilitating the maintenance and carrying of the adjusting tool.
Preferably, a through hole is formed in a position, corresponding to the cross beam, of the adjusting screw rod on the adjusting mechanism in the axial direction, and a straight groove or a cross groove is fixedly formed in one end, away from the shaft retainer ring, of the adjusting screw rod.
Before the plate is installed, an adjusting tool is not used, the adjusting screw rod is screwed by aligning the straight screwdriver or the cross screwdriver with the straight groove or the cross groove, the distance between the frame and the wall body can be quickly adjusted, high accuracy is not needed during installation of the cross beam, and the efficiency of installing the frame can be effectively improved by adopting the method.
Preferably, the hanging rack comprises a hanging rack end blocking beam and a hanging rack middle blocking beam, the hanging rack end blocking beam can be clamped in the end blocking beam slide rail, and the hanging rack middle blocking beam can be clamped in the middle blocking beam slide rail;
the specifications of all the cross beams are consistent, the cross beams are provided with the middle-grade beam slide rails and the end-grade beam slide rails, the middle-grade beam slide rails can be used for fixing the end-grade beams of the hanging rack and the middle-grade beams of the hanging rack, the hanging rack connecting blocks can be further fixed, the manufacturing difficulty and cost of the cross beams can be reduced, the mounting steps can be facilitated, the cross beams of different specifications do not need to be mounted according to different positions, and the difficulty in mounting the cross beams is reduced.

A use method of a wall decoration plate dry hanging device comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting fixing seats, planning the positions and the number of the fixing seats, driving the corresponding expansion bolts into a wall body, penetrating the fixing seats on the expansion bolts, and fixing the expansion bolts by nuts;
s2, installing an adjusting mechanism, embedding the mounting seat into the chute, adjusting the mounting seat to a proper position by adjusting the rotating shaft, and connecting the trapezoidal thread to one end of the adjusting screw rod, which is far away from the wall body;
s3, mounting a cross beam, and mounting two ends of the cross beam on a plurality of trapezoidal nuts at the same horizontal height through sliding grooves respectively;
s4, primarily adjusting the cross beams, wherein after all the cross beams are installed, the straight grooves or the cross grooves on the adjusting screws are rotated through screwdrivers to adjust the distance between the cross beams and the wall body, and then the adjusting tools drive the sliding racks to slide up and down along the sliding grooves to adjust the distances between different cross beams;

It is necessary to say that the method has two times of adjustment, namely a primary adjustment beam and a fine adjustment frame, the primary adjustment beam is used for facilitating the installation of the hanging rack connecting beam and the blocking beam, and the fine adjustment frame is used for adjusting the distance between the plate and the wall and the verticality between the plate and the ground again strictly according to the construction standard after the plate is installed.
Preferably, in step S4, both the screwdriver and the adjusting tool can adjust the beam;
in the installation process, a screwdriver or an adjusting tool can be selected according to specific conditions to adjust the cross beam, the cross beam can also be adjusted in a mode of combining two tools, the specific installation process has certain selectivity, and the optimal selection can be made in a complex construction environment to carry out construction efficiently.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The dry hanging device adopts the adjustable frame to pave and hang the plates, can effectively avoid the deformation of the frame before and after paving and hanging the plates or in the paving and hanging process, can preliminarily adjust the direction vertical to the wall surface and the direction parallel to the ground of the hanging rack before paving and hanging the plates, and ensures that the connecting beams and the blocking beams of the hanging rack can be smoothly installed, thereby ensuring that the plates can be easily paved and hung on the hanging rack;
(2) The dry hanging device can be used for finely adjusting the plates again through the adjusting tool after the plates are paved, so that the distance between the plates and the wall surface is consistent, the plates are horizontal to the ground, and the relative positions of different plates are flush;
(3) The dry hanging device can realize the conversion of the adjusting direction by utilizing the adjusting mechanism matched with the adjusting tool during paving and hanging, can be used at a plurality of angles, has large operating space and is easy to operate;
(4) The use method of the invention not only can simplify the difficulty of wall installation and laying, but also can ensure the precision of wall installation.

each beam 20 is provided with 1 limiting groove 32, and 1 hanging rack is fixed opposite to the limiting groove 32;
each beam is provided with at least 2 adjusting mechanisms;
the adjustment mechanism comprises a vertical adjustment mechanism and a horizontal adjustment mechanism, wherein:

Advantageously, the adjusting tool is further included, a driving bevel gear 36 and a handle 34 are fixedly arranged on the adjusting tool, a cylinder 35 is fixedly arranged on one side of the driving bevel gear 36 with the smaller diameter, the driving bevel gear 36 can be meshed with the transmission bevel gear 22, the handle 34 is axially perpendicular to the transmission bevel gear 22, and the handle 34 is in a non-perfect circular shape.
Advantageously, a through hole is provided at a position corresponding to the cross beam 20 along the axial direction of the adjusting screw 23 on the adjusting mechanism, and an end of the adjusting screw 23 far away from the axial retainer 24 is fixedly provided with an in-line groove 29.
Advantageously, the hanger comprises a hanger end rail 15 and a hanger center rail 33, the hanger end rail 15 being snappable within the end rail slide 27 and the hanger center rail 33 being snappable within the center rail slide 28.
Advantageously, one end of each of the cross beams 20 is provided with a middle-stop beam slide rail 28, and two ends of each of the cross beams 20, which are symmetric about the middle-stop beam slide rail 28, are symmetrically provided with an end-stop beam slide rail 27, and the hanger can be clamped in the middle-stop beam slide rail 28 or the end-stop beam slide rail 27.
Advantageously, each of the connecting beams 18 is provided at its two ends with a respective hanger connecting block 16, each hanger connecting block 16 and the corresponding connecting beam 18 being fixed by means of a stop screw 17, all the hanger connecting blocks 16 being able to be engaged in end stop rail slides 27 of the cross beams 20.
Advantageously, the use method of the wall decoration plate dry hanging device comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting a fixed seat; planning the required positions and number of the fixing seats, driving the corresponding expansion bolts into a wall body, penetrating the fixing seats on the expansion bolts, and fixing the fixing seats by nuts;
s2, installing an adjusting mechanism; fixing the chute on the fixed seat through a screw, connecting the adjusting screw rod with the sliding rack, fixing the adjusting screw rod with the sliding rack through the retaining ring for the shaft, slidably installing the sliding rack in the chute, and connecting the trapezoidal nut on one end of the adjusting screw rod, which is far away from the wall body, through threads;
s3, mounting a cross beam; two ends of the cross beam are respectively arranged on the two trapezoidal nuts at the same horizontal height through sliding grooves;
s4, primarily adjusting the cross beam; after all the cross beams are installed, the straight-line grooves in the adjusting screw rods are rotated through a straight-line screwdriver to adjust the distance between the cross beams and the wall, and then the adjusting tool drives the sliding rack to slide up and down along the sliding grooves to adjust the distance between different cross beams;
s5, fixing the connecting beam; fixing two ends of the connecting beam with one hanger connecting block through the stop screws respectively, and enabling the hanger connecting blocks at the two ends of the connecting beam to be arranged in the end stop beam slide rails on the two adjacent cross beams in a sliding mode respectively;

s7, paving and hanging plates; paving and hanging a plate between two adjacent hanging rack middle retaining beams or between the hanging rack middle retaining beam and the hanging rack end retaining beam;
s8, fine adjustment of the frame; and adjusting the distance between the whole frame and the wall surface and the levelness between the frame and the ground by using an adjusting tool through the matching of the transmission bevel gear and the non-circular groove.
Advantageously, in step S4, both the screwdriver and the adjustment tool can adjust the beam.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
determining the number of the cross beams 20 and the connecting beams 18 according to the size of the wall surface, driving expansion bolts 11 with corresponding number into the wall body, connecting a fixed seat 12 on the expansion bolts 11 and fixing the expansion bolts with nuts, connecting an adjusting screw 23 with an installation seat 25 and fixing the adjusting screw 23 with a retaining ring 24 for a shaft, fixing a chute 13 on the fixed seat 12 with screws, slidably installing a sliding rack 26 in the chute 13, and connecting the cross beams 20 with trapezoidal nut fixing 21;
using an adjusting tool to enable the driving bevel gear 36 to be meshed with the transmission bevel gear 22, and rotating the rotating workpiece 37 to enable the cylinder 35 to be inserted into the round hole groove 38, wherein the driving bevel gear 36 drives the transmission bevel gear 22 to rotate through meshing, the cylinder 35 rotates in the round hole groove 38, the transmission bevel gear 22 drives the adjusting screw 23 to rotate, the adjusting screw 23 drives the trapezoidal nut 21 to move through threads, the trapezoidal nut 21 drives the cross beam 20 to move, and the distance between all the cross beams 20 and a wall body can meet the requirement through adjustment;
fixing two ends of a connecting beam 18 with a hanging rack connecting block 16 through stop screws 17 respectively, and installing the connecting beam 18 between two adjacent cross beams 20, wherein if the hanging rack connecting blocks 16 at the two ends of the connecting beam 18 are not easy to install in the process, an adjusting tool is used to enable a handle 34 to be matched with a non-perfect-circular groove 30, the rotating shaft 14 is driven to rotate by rotating the non-perfect-circular groove 30, the rotating shaft 14 drives a transmission gear 31 to rotate, the transmission gear 31 drives a sliding rack 26 to slide up and down along a sliding groove 13 through meshing, the up-and-down movement of the sliding rack 26 drives an adjusting screw 23 to move up and down, the up-and-down movement of the adjusting screw 23 causes the cross beams 20 to move up and down, and the distance between the two adjacent cross beams 20 is changed to enable the hanging rack connecting block 16 to be smoothly installed in an end stop beam sliding rail 27;
after all the cross beams 20 and the connecting beams 18 are fixed, the end stop beams 15 of the hanging rack and the middle stop beams 33 of the hanging rack are installed on the cross beams 20 in a sliding mode, after the plates 19 are installed, the distance between the plates 19 and the wall surface is measured, the frame is finely adjusted by using the adjusting tool again, and it is guaranteed that the plates 19 are in a horizontal state and the heights of all the plates 19 are consistent.
