Description

Protection structure and method for prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and UHPC post-cast section wall
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of assembly type buildings, in particular to a protection structure and a method for a prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and a UHPC post-cast section wall.
Background
In a building main body of a reinforced concrete structure involving a lot of water, such as an underground sewage treatment plant, since a node between a wall body and a floor slab of the building main body is in direct contact with water resources such as sewage, chemical erosion is easily caused to the building main body of the reinforced concrete structure. When the prefabricated double-skin composite wall is adopted to construct the building main body, harmful media are easier to permeate through joints between prefabricated components such as the prefabricated double-skin composite wall and the floor slab, so that the harmful defects such as corrosion of reinforcing steel bars and cracking of concrete are caused, and the structure of the building main body is deteriorated or damaged. At present, most of anticorrosion measures for reinforced concrete structures and precast concrete structures are surface coating treatment, such as epoxy resin coating, silane impregnation and the like, and a compact protective layer is formed on the surface of concrete to prevent harmful media from invading. However, the general coating can only close microscopic gaps of concrete, and has no protective effect on joints of prefabricated parts. Moreover, the coating has a limited service life and cannot achieve long-term and continuous protection. When the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall is used as a structural shear wall, the requirement on the strength of a horizontal connection node between a wall body and the ground is high, and ultrahigh-strength concrete materials (UHPC) can be adopted for bottom grouting connection in engineering. In the grouting process, the UHPC liquid level rises to contact with the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall, and the connection of the horizontal joint is completed. However, the connection due to the rise of the liquid level may be not tight. And UHPC is a material with larger shrinkage, and cracks are easily generated at the joints, so when the waterproof coating fails, harmful media such as water, corrosive substances and the like can permeate into the reinforcing steel bars in the wall body through the cracks, so that the reinforcing steel bars are corroded, and the wall body is damaged.

EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a construction method of a protective structure of a prefabricated double-skin laminated wall and a UHPC post-cast wall, including:
step S1, referring to fig. 1 to 2 and 5 to 6, a plurality of continuous grouting pipes 300 for independent grouting are horizontally arranged at the lower end of the wall 110 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 and exposed at two ends of the wall, the plurality of continuous grouting pipes 300 are sequentially arranged from the outside to the inside from the upstream side of the wall at the interface, and each continuous grouting pipe 300 is provided with grouting holes 310 which flow in one direction from the inside to the outside at intervals.
Step S2, please refer to fig. 1 to 2, hanging the self-supporting anchor bars of the prefabricated double-skin composite wall 100 on the floor anchor bars of the floor and binding them. The floor 200 may be a floor or a floor of another layer. The prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 includes a wall body 110, self-supporting anchor bars 120, truss reinforcing steel bars 130 and inter-beam connecting reinforcing steel bars 140. Wherein the floor 200 includes floor studs 210.
Step S3, please refer to fig. 3 to 4, a post-cast section side form is erected at the interface between the prefabricated double-skin composite wall 100 and the floor slab, and UHPC is poured to a designated height to form a UHPC post-cast section wall 150, so as to complete the assembly and connection of the prefabricated double-skin composite wall 100 and the floor slab node.
In step S4, referring to fig. 3 to 4, 100 side forms of the prefabricated double-skin overlapped wall are erected, and concrete is poured between the double-skin overlapped wall to form the core-filled concrete inner wall 160. When the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 is two or less, concrete may be cast at the inter-panel connection bars 140 to form the inter-panel perps wall 170.
Step S5, an inner waterproof coating is coated on the wall surface of the interface between the wall 110 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast wall 150, and the waterproof coating is located on the inner side of the waterproof tape 500. To better apply the inner water-repellent coating, the wall surface may be smoothed prior to application. So that the wall surface of the interface is firm and has no floating ash or pollutant, and the protection effect of the waterproof coating is improved.
In step S6, referring to fig. 3 to 4, a waterproof tape 500 is sealed and disposed on the wall surface of the interface between the wall 110 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast wall section 150. Wherein the waterproof tape 500 can prevent the intrusion of harmful media into the interface.
Step S7, coating an outer waterproof coating on the wall surface of the interface between the wall 110 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast wall 150, where the waterproof coating is located outside the waterproof tape 500.
In the construction method of the protective structure of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall and the UHPC post-cast wall according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the continuous grouting pipe 300 is disposed on the lower surface and the inner surface of the lower end of the wall body 110 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100 and/or between the wall bodies of the double-skin laminated wall. In which the continuous casting pipes 300 are arranged along the same line in the horizontal direction, and may be arranged non-linearly. In order to better protect the wall reinforcing bars, the continuous grouting pipe 300 may be terminated before the self-supporting anchor bars 120 and the floor anchor plates 210 of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall 100. The continuous grouting pipe 300 is not suitable to be too long, so that blockage is easy to generate or the grouting pressure is too large, and the construction efficiency is influenced. At most, 2-3 prefabricated double-skin superposed walls can share one set of continuous grouting pipe 300. Each continuous slip casting 300 can be used only once, with the sequence of use proceeding from outside to inside.
In order to improve the protection effect of the grouting protection layer, in the construction method of the protection structure of the prefabricated double-skin laminated wall and the UHPC post-cast wall provided by the third embodiment of the present invention, the continuous grouting pipes 300 may be distributed in multiple rows and multiple columns. According to the protection structure, the using method and the construction method of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and the UHPC post-cast wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention, the continuous grouting pipe 300 is arranged in the wall body of the interface between the wall body 110 of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast wall body 150, so that when cracks or possible cracks are generated in the wall body of the interface between the wall body 110 of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast wall body 150, grout is injected through the continuous grouting pipe 300 at a certain pressure, and the grout flows along the horizontal direction of the wall body of the interface and flows into the cracks of the wall body through the unidirectional flowing grouting holes 310, so that a grouting protection layer is formed in the wall body of the interface. On one hand, corrosive substances such as sewage and the like are prevented from permeating into the wall body of the interface through the crack to cause corrosion to the wall body reinforcing steel bars through the grouting protective layer in the wall body, so that the waterproof and anticorrosion capabilities of the interface wall body are improved. On the other hand, the crack is filled, so that the repair of the shrinkage crack in the UHPC post-cast section wall body is realized, and the service life of the wall body with the interface is prolonged.
According to the construction method of the protective structure of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and the UHPC post-cast section wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waterproof coating is coated on the surface of the wall body of the interface of the wall body 110 of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall 100 and the UHPC post-cast section wall body 150, so that the waterproof capability of the wall body of the interface at the joint and the whole surface of the wall body is improved, water is prevented from permeating steel bars in the wall body to corrode the steel bars, and the phenomenon that the wall body is cracked in a large area due to overlong soaking time when the wall body of the interface is used in a water environment is prevented.
