Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cold-resistant adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to an adhesive, application thereof and a warning adhesive tape.
Background
The adhesive is used as an intermediate for connecting two materials and can be used for mutually adhering various materials such as metal, plastic, wood and the like. The traditional adhesive is not suitable for low-temperature environment, and the low-temperature environment is easy to induce the conditions of reduced permanent viscosity, embrittlement, breakage of the adhesive tape and the like of the adhesive. Although low-temperature-resistant adhesives exist in the prior art, the low-temperature resistance can even reach-100 ℃, but the low-temperature-resistant adhesives are only suitable for special use scenes. For the general cold resistance requirement, the cold resistance can meet most of use scenes when the temperature is low to about 0 ℃. Although the conventional adhesive tape coated with a low temperature resistant adhesive can maintain the viscosity at a low temperature of 0 ℃, the shear strength is poor, and the adhesive tape is easy to break.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: providing an adhesive suitable for a working environment at about 0 ℃;
further provides the application of the adhesive on a cold-resistant adhesive tape;
further provides a warning tape with a shear failure temperature of less than 0 ℃.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an adhesive, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
8-11% of natural rubber, 4-6% of styrene butadiene rubber, 8-11% of petroleum resin, 6-7.5% of terpene resin, 0.2-0.4% of antioxidant and 70% of toluene.
Further provides the application of the adhesive in preparing cold-resistant adhesive tapes.
Still further provided is a warning tape prepared from the adhesive.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the styrene-butadiene rubber, the petroleum resin, the terpene resin and the natural rubber are mixed for use, so that the problem of poor weather resistance of the styrene-butadiene rubber, the petroleum resin and the terpene resin is solved while the initial adhesion of the adhesive is improved through the natural rubber; and because the petroleum resin and the terpene resin have the advantage of low softening point, the cold resistance of the adhesive at the working temperature of about 0 ℃ can be effectively improved.
Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments.
The adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
8-11% of natural rubber, 4-6% of styrene butadiene rubber, 8-11% of petroleum resin, 6-7.5% of terpene resin, 0.2-0.4% of antioxidant and 70% of toluene.
