Abstract
本发明涉及一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材及其制备方法,由PVC树脂、增塑剂DOP、稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、FeOOH纳米颗粒、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂组成除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的原料,投入捏合机中,捏合后投入挤出机中挤出即可得到除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材。在制备的过程中,直接以PVC方式卷材制备过程中所使用的填料碳酸钙粉末为载体,在其表面负载乳突结构的晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒,赋予填料优异的光催化效果,并将其用于制备PVC防水卷材,并配合FeOOH纳米颗粒,改善整个PVC防水卷材的除霾、减霾效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC防水卷材领域,具体涉及一种具有减霾功能的PVC防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
雾霾是大规模的工业发展所带来的具有危害性的产物,其主要有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、可吸入颗粒物这三种物质组成。其中,最具有危害性的是可吸入颗粒物。近年来,大规模的雾霾污染频发,目前,最长用的检测目标是细颗粒物PM2.5,而PM2.5的主要形成来源包括挥发性有机污染物(VOCs),如甲醛、甲苯、二甲苯等。
人们为了减少雾霾所带来的危害,通常会在室内安装空气净化器。然而,在室外,普通的空气净化器的作用就微乎其微了。为此,有很多研究者尝试了在建筑物的表面涂覆具有光催化作用的环保涂料来净化空气中的雾霾。
其中,大都是以涂料乳液为基础,然后在其中添加光催化剂,如TiO2、ZnO等,在添加其他的添加剂作为涂料涂覆在建筑物表面。但是,这类涂料的成本通常比较高,且光催化效果不理想,通常需要在光照很强的情况下才具有一定的光催化作用,因而对雾霾的去除或减少并不明显。
现有的光催化建筑环保涂料的基础出发点是利用建筑物的广泛分布性,可以将其表面的光催化建筑环保涂料相对均匀、离散地分布在雾霾污染严重的大气中,并实时实地对大气中的雾霾污染进行光催化去除。但是,光催化环保涂料的效果却不理想,因此,需要寻求其他的替代解决方案。
在建筑物表面,除了会涂敷涂料外,还会在建筑物屋顶施加防水卷材。然而却很少有研究如何赋予防水卷材优良的除霾、减霾效果。目前,成都新柯力化工科技有限公司提出将乙烯-丙烯-辛烯共聚物、三维纳米氧化锌/二硫化钼颗粒、抗氧剂、光稳定剂组成抗雾霾层原料,然后将抗雾霾层和卷材层共挤出形成具有抗雾霾功能防水卷材。但是,在该方法中,需要用到二硫化钼纳米片作为载体,成本高,同时使用了氧化锌作为光催化剂,制备工艺复杂,在实际的应用中难度较大。
为此,本发明旨在提供一种成本低、制备简便的减霾PVC防水卷材及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有的除霾、减霾防水卷材所存在的高成本、制备工艺复杂的缺陷,本发明提出了一种成本低、制备简便的除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材及其制备方法。
一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,由PVC树脂、增塑剂DOP、稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、FeOOH纳米颗粒、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂组成除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的原料,投入捏合机中,捏合后投入挤出机中挤出即可得到除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,具体步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为5%-20%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为5%-20%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至60-80℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂60-75质量份、增塑剂DOP 1-4质量份、稳定剂1-4质量份、抗氧剂1-4质量份、紫外线吸收剂1-4质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒0.5-2质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂20-30质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在100-120℃下捏合10-15min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
其中,稳定剂选自钙锌热稳定剂CZ-1、钙锌热稳定剂CZ-2、钙锌热稳定剂CZ-3中的一种。
所述抗氧剂选自单酚类、双酚类、高分子型酚类、硫类、磷酸酯类中的任何一类;具体可选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、丁基化羟基苯甲醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚;2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫联双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯、四{亚甲基-3-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸酯}甲烷、双{(3,3’-二-4’-羟基-3’-叔丁基苯基)丁酸}乙二醇酯;硫代二丙酸二月桂醇酯、硫代二丙酸二肉豆蔻醇酯、硫代丙酸二硬脂醇酯;三苯基磷酸酯、二苯基异癸基磷酸酯、苯基二异癸基磷酸酯中的任意一种。
所述紫外线吸收剂选自二苯甲酮类、苯并***类、三嗪类、水杨酸酯类中的任何一类;具体可选自2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-2’-羧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正十八烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-苄氧基二苯甲酮;2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-羟基-3,5-二甲基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-甲基-4-羟基苯基)苯并***;2-[4,6-二(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-5-辛氧基苯酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-己氧基苯酚中的任意一种。
在本发明所提供除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法中,摒弃了现有的使用额外的二硫化钼纳米片作为载体的方法,直接以PVC防水卷材中所用的填料颗粒碳酸钙作为载体,并在其表面原位形成二氧化钛纳米颗粒,没有增加PVC方式卷材制备的原料成本。
二氧化钛纳米颗粒的制备一钛酸四丁酯为原料,在分散溶液中原位水解即可,相比光催化性能相似的纳米氧化锌而言,制备工艺简单。
所制备得到的表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂,具有球状壳核结构,核心为碳酸钙颗粒,壳为离散分布的晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒乳突结构,这种乳突结构具有丰富的比表面积,可以明显改善二氧化钛的光催化效果。
在除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材中,添加了FeOOH纳米颗粒,其对可见光具有明显的吸收作用,可以产生光生电子和空穴,配合乳突结构的晶体二氧化钛,可以提升其在可见光范围内光催化效果,改善整个PVC防水卷材的除霾、减霾效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为10%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为10%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至70℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂65质量份、增塑剂DOP 2质量份、稳定剂2质量份、抗氧剂2质量份、紫外线吸收剂2质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒1质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂25质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在110℃下捏合12min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
其中,稳定剂为钙锌热稳定剂CZ-1;抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;紫外光吸收剂为2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮。
实施例2
一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为15%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为10%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至80℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂75质量份、增塑剂DOP 4质量份、稳定剂3质量份、抗氧剂3质量份、紫外线吸收剂2质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒2质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂30质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在120℃下捏合15min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
其中,稳定剂为钙锌热稳定剂CZ-2;抗氧剂为丁基化羟基苯甲醚;紫外光吸收剂为2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并***。
实施例3
一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为5%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为10%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至60℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂60质量份、增塑剂DOP 2质量份、稳定剂2质量份、抗氧剂1质量份、紫外线吸收剂1质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒0.5质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂20质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在100℃下捏合10min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
其中,稳定剂为钙锌热稳定剂CZ-3;抗氧剂为2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚);紫外光吸收剂为2-(2-甲基-4-羟基苯基)苯并***。
实施例4
一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为20%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为15%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至80℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂70质量份、增塑剂DOP 2质量份、稳定剂4质量份、抗氧剂3质量份、紫外线吸收剂2质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒1.5质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂25质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在120℃下捏合13min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
其中,稳定剂为钙锌热稳定剂CZ-1;抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂醇酯;紫外光吸收剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
对比例
相较于实施例1,在PVC防水卷材的制备过程中,用10质量份的碳酸钙和15质量份的纳米二氧化钛替换了其中的25质量份的碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂和1质量份的FeOOH纳米颗粒,其他制备条件相同。
为了更好地体现本发明的PVC防水卷材所具有的除霾、减霾的效果,对实施例1-4和对比例所制得的PVC防水卷材进行性能测试,具体测试方法为:分别取上述五种PVC防水卷材置于除霾测试箱内进行测试,并分别用30W的紫光灯和日光灯进行照射,分别用氮氧化物、二氧化硫、TVOC测试仪对照射前的初始浓度C0,以及照射2h后的浓度C1进行测试,并计算出对应的光催化降解率Ω=(C0- C1)/C0,结果如下表所示。
可以发现,本发明的除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材不仅在紫外光条件下具有优异的光催化效率,在普通的日光照射下的光催化效率也非常理想。同时,本发明的PVC防水卷材的制备工艺更为简便,成本低,更具有市场应用前景。
Claims (7)
1.一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,由PVC树脂、增塑剂DOP、稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、FeOOH纳米颗粒、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂组成除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的原料,投入捏合机中,捏合后投入挤出机中挤出即可得到除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将碳酸钙粉末分散在去离子水中,制成质量体积浓度为5%-20%的碳酸钙浆液A,将钛酸四丁酯溶解在乙醇溶液中,制成质量体积浓度为5%-20%的钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B,将碳酸钙浆液A和钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液B按照体积比1:1混合,并搅拌均匀,加热至60-80℃,使得在碳酸钙颗粒表面形成具有晶体结构的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,将分散液经静置、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后,得到表面包覆有晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒的碳酸钙粉末,即碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂;
(2)将PVC树脂60-75质量份、增塑剂DOP 1-4质量份、稳定剂1-4质量份、抗氧剂1-4质量份、紫外线吸收剂1-4质量份、FeOOH纳米颗粒0.5-2质量份、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂20-30质量份,混合后投入捏合机中,在100-120℃下捏合10-15min,然后在挤出机中挤出即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:稳定剂选自钙锌热稳定剂CZ-1、钙锌热稳定剂CZ-2、钙锌热稳定剂CZ-3中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂选自单酚类、双酚类、高分子型酚类、硫类、磷酸酯类中的任何一类。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂具体可选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、丁基化羟基苯甲醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚;2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫联双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯、四{亚甲基-3-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸酯}甲烷、双{(3,3’-二-4’-羟基-3’-叔丁基苯基)丁酸}乙二醇酯;硫代二丙酸二月桂醇酯、硫代二丙酸二肉豆蔻醇酯、硫代丙酸二硬脂醇酯;三苯基磷酸酯、二苯基异癸基磷酸酯、苯基二异癸基磷酸酯中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂选自二苯甲酮类、苯并***类、三嗪类、水杨酸酯类中的任何一类。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂具体可选自2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-2’-羧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正十八烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-苄氧基二苯甲酮;2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-羟基-3,5-二甲基苯基)苯并***、2-(2-甲基-4-羟基苯基)苯并***;2-[4,6-二(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-5-辛氧基苯酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-己氧基苯酚中的任意一种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的制备方法制得的除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材。
