一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,涉及一种驱动装置。发动机与输入轴联接传动,输入轴经变速器壳体一端伸入,输出轴联接传动车辆后桥,输出轴经变速器壳体相对另一端伸入,中间轴与输出轴连接为一体,中间轴与输入轴之间安装有C1离合器,输入轴通过第一行星排与第一电机的转子连接固定,第一电机为发电电机,中间轴通过第二行星排与第二电机的转子连接固定,第二电机为驱动电机。通过双电机和双行星排的结构,提供多种驱动模式,有效降低燃油消耗率,达到节能减排的目的。

本发明涉及一种驱动装置,尤其是一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,属于汽车混动变速器技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,机动车的数量也在逐年增长,在给人们带来便利的同时,过多的尾气排放也给对自然环境造成了严重的污染。为控制汽车尾气的排放,车辆动力正在逐渐由传统的燃油动力向纯电动进行转变,然而由于技术还未发展完善,目前的纯电动汽车仍存在里程和动力上的缺陷。因此,兼顾了燃油动力和电动力的混合动力目前处于蓬勃的发展阶段,在市场上占据了极其重要的位置。
然而,目前的混合动力驱动受结构限制,需要多组湿式离合器以及多组行星排,并且阀体结构和控制策略较为繁琐,驱动模式单一,综合节油率低,仍存在很大的改进空间,难以满足当前市场的发展要求。因此,亟需一种结构及控制策略简单,能够提供多种驱动模式的混合动力车辆驱动装置。
发明内容
为解决背景技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,通过双电机和双行星排的结构,提供多种驱动模式,有效降低燃油消耗率,达到节能减排的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,包括发动机、输入轴、变速器壳体、第一电机、第一行星排、C1离合器、第二电机、第二行星排、中间轴以及输出轴,所述发动机输出端与输入轴外侧端联接传动,所述输入轴内侧端经变速器壳体一端伸入其内部,所述输出轴外侧端联接传动车辆后桥,输出轴内侧端经变速器壳体相对另一端伸入其内部,所述中间轴一端与输出轴内侧端同轴连接为一体,中间轴另一端与输入轴内侧端之间安装有C1离合器,所述第一行星排包括A1齿圈、PC1行星架及S1太阳轮,所述A1齿圈与变速器壳体连接固定,所述S1太阳轮设置在A1齿圈中心位置,S1太阳轮通过第一套管与第一电机的转子连接固定,所述第一套管套设在输入轴上,所述第一电机的定子与变速器壳体连接固定,第一电机为发电电机,所述PC1行星架与输入轴连接固定,PC1行星架上安装多个等角度排布的P1行星轮并啮合于A1齿圈与S1太阳轮之间,所述第二行星排包括A2齿圈、PC2行星架及S2太阳轮,所述A2齿圈与变速器壳体连接固定,所述S2太阳轮设置在A1齿圈中心位置,S2太阳轮通过第二套管与第二电机的转子连接固定,所述第二套管套设在中间轴上,所述第二电机的定子与变速器壳体连接固定,第二电机为驱动电机,所述PC2行星架与中间轴连接固定,PC2行星架上安装多个等角度排布的P2行星轮并啮合于A2齿圈与S2太阳轮之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、成本低廉、布局紧凑、整机搭载性好、控制策略简单,通过双电机和双行星排的结构,提供多种驱动模式,能够有效降低燃油消耗率,达到节能减排的目的,满足当前市场的发展要求。

本发明的驱动模式包括:
纯电动模式
该模式下发动机1及第一电机4不工作,C1离合器8处于分离状态,动力由第二电机9提供,采用搭载的电池为第二电机9进行供电,通过第二行星排实现变速后经输出轴14传动车辆后桥,此过程中由于A2齿圈10为固定结构,第二电机9驱动S2太阳轮12主动转动,带动PC2行星架11减速比调节中间轴13,从而有效降低第二电机9的转速区间,为输出轴14提供较大的扭矩,满足整车需求,并且通过控制第二电机9的正反转即可完成前进挡与倒挡的切换,实现车辆正常运行;
发动机直驱模式
该模式下第一电机4及第二电机9不工作,C1离合器8处于接合状态,动力由发动机1提供,经输入轴3、C1离合器8、中间轴13及输出轴14直接传动车辆后桥,一般用于高速工况下,由发动机1直接驱动车辆行驶,此过程中发动机1沿其同轴方向完成动力输出,可看做直线速比,发动机1处于高效率区间,燃油经济性较好;
增程驱动模式
该模式下C1离合器8处于分离状态,发动机1通过第一行星排带动第一电机4的转子转动,为第一电机4提供动力发电,此过程中A1齿圈5为固定结构,发动机1通过输入轴3驱动PC1行星架6主动转动,带动S1太阳轮7增速比调节第一电机4的转子,使第一电机4进行发电,同时,第一电机4为第二电机9供电,第二电机9为输出轴14提供动力传动车辆后桥;
并联驱动模式
该模式下C1离合器8处于接合状态,存在两条动力传递路径。
第一,发动机1经输入轴3、C1离合器8及中间轴13传到输出轴14。
第二,第二电机9通过第二行星排传到输出轴14。
发动机1与第二电机9动力在输出轴14处耦合,提供一套较大的动力源,一般应用于功率扭矩需求较大的工况下,比如高速超车;
停车发电模式
该模式下C1离合器8处于分离状态,发动机1仅通过第一行星排带动第一电机4的转子转动,为第一电机4提供动力发电。
本发明在发动机1不在高效率区间时,作为驱动电机的第二电机9依靠电池提供的电能以纯电动模式实现驱动工作,节省燃油,在发动机1达到高效率区间时再采用发动机直驱模式,增程驱动模式下发动机1为第一电机4提供动力发电,第一电机4为第二电机9提供电能,增加行驶里程,采用并联驱动模式,发动机1和第二电机9共同提供动力,满足高速超车等需要大功率扭矩的工况,当停车怠速时进入停车发电模式,发动机1为第一电机4提供动力发电,避免发动机1空转造成动力的浪费,通过控制第一电机4和第二电机9工作调节发动机1的工况点,控制策略简单,降低发动机1的油耗。

Claims (5)

1.一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、输入轴(3)、变速器壳体、第一电机(4)、第一行星排、C1离合器(8)、第二电机(9)、第二行星排、中间轴(13)以及输出轴(14),所述发动机(1)输出端与输入轴(3)外侧端联接传动,所述输入轴(3)内侧端经变速器壳体一端伸入其内部,所述输出轴(14)外侧端联接传动车辆后桥,输出轴(14)内侧端经变速器壳体相对另一端伸入其内部,所述中间轴(13)一端与输出轴(14)内侧端同轴连接为一体,中间轴(13)另一端与输入轴(3)内侧端之间安装有C1离合器(8),所述第一行星排包括A1齿圈(5)、PC1行星架(6)及S1太阳轮(7),所述A1齿圈(5)与变速器壳体连接固定,所述S1太阳轮(7)设置在A1齿圈(5)中心位置,S1太阳轮(7)通过第一套管与第一电机(4)的转子连接固定,所述第一套管套设在输入轴(3)上,所述第一电机(4)的定子与变速器壳体连接固定,第一电机(4)为发电电机,所述PC1行星架(6)与输入轴(3)连接固定,PC1行星架(6)上安装多个等角度排布的P1行星轮并啮合于A1齿圈(5)与S1太阳轮(7)之间,所述第二行星排包括A2齿圈(10)、PC2行星架(11)及S2太阳轮(12),所述A2齿圈(10)与变速器壳体连接固定,所述S2太阳轮(12)设置在A1齿圈(5)中心位置,S2太阳轮(12)通过第二套管与第二电机(9)的转子连接固定,所述第二套管套设在中间轴(13)上,所述第二电机(9)的定子与变速器壳体连接固定,第二电机(9)为驱动电机,所述PC2行星架(11)与中间轴(13)连接固定,PC2行星架(11)上安装多个等角度排布的P2行星轮并啮合于A2齿圈(10)与S2太阳轮(12)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)输出端与输入轴(3)外侧端之间安装有减震器(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述变速器壳体外联OP油泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)、输入轴(3)、第一电机(4)、第一行星排、第二电机(9)、第二行星排、中间轴(13)及输出轴(14)同轴排布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述A1齿圈(5)及所述A2齿圈(10)外壁分别沿周向设置有卡齿,变速器壳体内壁对应位置分别设有与所述卡齿配合的卡槽,A1齿圈(5)及A2齿圈(10)分别卡设定位在变速器壳体内壁上。
